Death_Grimoire [ 3/21/28 ] Idk who’s still here, but I just wanna get this off my chest. I joined the game when I turned 16. Before the game, I was just a loser kid you can find anywhere. I was the short, ugly loner (you know the type). I knew the game has srs serious consequences at the time, but I didn’t care. I was desperate. It let me craft and inhabit the best version of myself. I was able to look just the way I want and met npcs who I actually made real connections with. Does anyone remember sacrificing for an npc at the end of the Titanius raid? That was one of the best and most memorable thing I've ever done in life. The girl I saved invited me to her home afterward and made me dinner as thanks.

But to me it was realer than anything else in my life. I don't care what you say about the game, it was my life. I had spoken with my gf about maybe getting married and starting a family in-game, but it's been nearly a year... maybe she had moved on without me. My daughter started playing the game a year into its launch. The wife and I were really busy with work at the time, we didn’t even notice that she was spending all her time logged in. We were so busy that we didn’t even notice our 14-year-old getting skinnier by the day because she was skipping meals. Real shitty parents. I know. One day, we went to check on her and she was just... unresponsive on her bed. The medical expert said it was a peaceful death as if death was peaceful in any way... The wife and I shifted blame and hurled insults at one another until one day we just had enough and decided to divorcre. Perfect marriage .You know how it isd.

She looked like a different person, but the name was the same. On top of that, she knew all the identifying personal details of our lives too. I was so thankful I just let the game use my personal appearance. I know this is probably really hard to believe for some of you, but my daughter lived on in the game even though she died in the real world.
Someguy [ 10/6/28 ] Long story short, I reconciled with my wife and we started to log onto the game daily to be with our daughter. Her being alive in the game healed our broken family. It was crazy for me to think we could go back to where we were before she passed, but I don't pretend to understand. I'm just glad I got my family back. But you know, just when I thought that happiness would go on forever, the server shut down and from the rumors going around, it seems that it was the government's doing?

Ngl maybe it's better it got taken down before more people got sucked in. I've been trying to forget about it and find other hobbies but other VRs can't compare. Hope we'll hear something soon but at the same time I'm worried that it'll just make me even more obsessed.
