Astorea had quickly become Comet's playground. She'd managed more than enough unique situations that led to a sort of comfort; the forestland held familiar sights and sounds. The perfect place for her to improve her hunting skills. Comet logged in with the ambitious goal of using her bow for more than target practice. If the weather spared her then she would initiate combat with wandering foes to get a taste of battle. Her weapon usage, she decided, wouldn't improve if limited to only shooting at inanimate objects. An ominous feeling sent a shiver down Comet's spine. She could overcome feeling anxious when presented with the possibility of bettering herself as a player, but that didn't mean her gut would rest reassuringly. With a drawn bow, Comet prepared herself for combat by scanning the landscape to-and-fro for any potential predators. Or rather prey since she's the one on the hunt. The shaking of her hands hadn't completely gone away; through repetitive, daily training out of the game she slowly become accustomed to the awkward quality. Comet never could or did find out why parts of her body couldn't stay still for all the money in the world at times. It began at a young age and never went away. However, Comet wouldn't let the setback overcome her desire to be an archer of impressive feat. The pink-haired woman spent only a few minutes or so before settling on a lone wolf. In a virtual world she completely let herself go of thing such a guilt for killing meanwhile the switch to the outside world meant advocating animal rights and preventing abuse, anything she had to say to sound presentable. Hunting, as it turned out, actually happened to be interesting and enjoyable to the inexperienced woman. The tracking, waiting, hiding, etc.; the step-by-step process planned out in her head and being able to observe wildlife made for a sport in which she would genuinely involve herself in if not for a life spent perfecting a vulnerable reputation. Drawing back her bow, the arrow quivering, Comet set her target and swiftly shot the arrow into its... leg. Hardly piercing even a paw let alone the area that she'd actually been aiming for. With a shake of the head she shuffled closer to get a better shot. However, while concentrating and drawing an arm back for the next attack, Comet picked up the sounds of crunching grass from behind. Another wolf appeared but hardly seemed a problem for the pink-haired woman's quick reactions. If not for the approaching enemy from seemingly all around she'd keep that smug smirk instead of sporting a face of regret and slight fear. The parents of the wolf she'd managed to snag weren't pleased in the least and now she was trapped without much to do but run. Long legs wouldn't be able to carry her very far on a chase with much faster animals. Anyone that happened to be around in that moment would be able to catch sight of a tall player surrounded by the front and from the back, obviously in danger and defenseless. @Corvella
Corvella had never taken time to explore Astorea thoroughly. She merely went in and out of the capital of Dormont for a few businesses. Today is not the usual though, as she took a day for herself and walked around the region of the player nation Astorea. She walked through the fields, with the forest sighted on the landscape. One could easily spot wild animal silhouettes in the distance. Well, some extra meat for tonight would help. She activated her investigation mode to track animals around the area. Corvella was not quite a hunter; her investigation senses aren't as sharp as the others with the special affinity. Rather than placing a well-aimed strike, she prefers dazing them with her illusion spell then going in for a swift kill. Nobody could have sneaked around animals with such heavy armor anyway. It took quite a moment before her investigation senses picked up something. A player, bow-wielding one. Corvella walked closer to be able to identify the player clearly. A tall girl with pinkish hair apparently shared her intentions and stalked a lone wolf. The way her arrow hardly damaged the wolf could be a pointer on how she might be a new player. As soon as the girl was about to prepare her following attack, her investigation mode sensed something else. A bigger wolf, closing in to the archer from behind. Judging from the relative power level, that thing was actually something that the archer could handle alone. But it would be best to alert her anyway. Before Corvella could even alert the girl to the presence of another wolf, the archer quickly reacted and took some distance. Watching her taking care of those wolves would be entertaining if there were only two of them, because apparently they brought some numbers to surround the archer. Okay, now she have to interfere. She quickly rushes into the vicinity to help the pink-haired girl. Casting a spell now would be too long so she ran straight into the girl, bashing one unfortunate wolf in the head with her shield in the process, causing it to fly several feet back before falling into the ground. Corvella came to @Comet's side, raising her sword and shield to intimidate the wolves before speaking to her "I suppose you need some help with the wolves." That particular one wolf got up on their feet and growl viciously at them, ready to attack at any moment.
Shuffling back in surprise, Comet's eyes widened while her lips simultaneously curled up. Blue eyes glimmered in admiration for her savior donning flattering armor. Bravery radiated from the strange woman and laced her every word. For a moment or so Comet stared in awe before trembling hands regained grip and an arrow aimed for the wolf closest to her. It seemed the two had become a duo - or at least they had to - standing close to one another with the same intentions. A job to get done. Drawing back her bow, shakiness and all, Comet swallowed hard before nodding in response. "Some help seems appropriate, if you're willing," the pink-haired woman chuckled while her dry throat raged on. The stranger held a dangerously powerful tact of intimidation to which the wolves responded to with a sense of fear in their eyes along with a lack of confidence to be seen in their movement. Despite this they carried on with the plan of hurting those who threatened their young. Comet hardly thought of the moral aspect of the situation. Instead her mind wandered to how much persistence the wolves held. Just like her own determination it burned something fierce within their souls. She held a respect for the enemy but planned to properly finish them off alongside her teammate, a sort of respect within her heart. A deep breath and then the sensation of impatient lungs retaliating. Comet held everything inside the tightness of her chest. An arrow flew through the air in slow motion despite the world remaining as much as itself as it ever had been; controlling even Comet who held a high authority over most anything that crossed her path. Without hesitation she prepared for another shot but would not allow herself a single breath. That is, not until her arrow's head made its way inside the wolf. A fatal penetration. Once again lungs shriveled up with anticipation were free of Comet's deadly grasp. The pink-haired woman prepared herself for the other wolf though her teammate seemed capable enough to keep herself safe. "I only got lucky," she stated as if it were that simple as soon as her savior finished an inexperienced foe off with ease. In reality she hardly spoke to the other more than she spoke to herself. Perfection isn't luck, it's planning and precision and- Not her. Despite her guts churning and burning with envy, Comet aided the swordswoman in battle nonetheless. She had kept her bow drawn as back-up. The two were side by side the entire time and easily were able to take over the wolves that with a power that the animals once had over a lone, pink-haired archer with enough faults to drive her crazy. Without waiting for composure Comet asked with the raise of a brow, "What's your name?" and mentally planned to somehow offer a genuine thanks without knowing how to do so. @Corvella
The circle of wolves grew closer as they prepared to attack. The archer girl regained her calmness and released a fatal arrow into a wolf, killing it instantly. Another wolf jumped onto them ready to attack with its claws but was met by Corvella's shield bash, leaving it fallen to the ground to be finished with a sword strike. She smiled at the remark the girl let out. Back to back with the pink-haired archer, Corvella kept the wolves at range while her new partner finished them one by one with arrows. Soon enough, the battle was over. Several surviving wolves retreated, knowing they would be the prey whether they had stayed. Corvella stood in her place, letting them walk back into the woods with their wounded. She deeply honor those who know when to back down, or when to fight to their death. The other girl opened a conversation and asked her name. "My name is Corvella. Yours?" she replied, offering a handshake to the girl. She continues with another question "I haven't seen you before, and I hang out quite a lot in Dormont. Are you new here?"
With a grin of triumph and pride, Comet had been able to fight her way out of the previously terrifying battle with an unknown outcome. The handshake spread a warmth down her spine and she shivered in response. Her savior seemed brave in two different way: while socializing and during combat. With admirable armor and a pretty face Corvella both impressed Comet and filled her with a sort of envy. Though she took no interest in close-combat the shininess of a long sword and prowess with such a large shield made for an image of power and strength. A bow slung around her chest covered with skimpy cloth had the pink-haired woman beginning to doubt herself all over again; an inevitable fate after successful feats for a perfectionist filled to the brim with hidden insecurity. Nonetheless the blueness of her eyes lit up in reaction to how effortless Corvella spoke. "Corvella," she tasted the sweet and simple name on her tongue. "Corvella and Comet; we make a good team," tucking locks of pink hair behind her ears - giving off the impression of practiced innocence - she responded with, "I usually go farther out for target practice but today I decided to change direction. As you can see that wasn't going so well... My hunting skills really need improvement," she frowned, if only for a moment, before returning to flashing her pearly whites to hold a friendly demeanor deemed necessary to indirectly tell that she was welcoming and enjoyed Corvella's presence. Which, to an extent, she truly did if not for the scratching and tearing of jealousy at her gut. "Dormont? I can't recall visiting Dormont yet. Is it nice... situation and all aside?" her intrigue was genuine and head tilted in curiosity. Exploration held an important place in Comet's heart while venturing the depths of Terrasphere. Her knowledge on Dormont clearly was limited but the gist of the things going on in the city had been picked up from time to time by the conversations of others. @Corvella
"Comet, is it?" Corvella smirked "Nice to meet you" she ended with a formal greeting. Her feet began to walk back slowly, her head nodded gesturing Comet to follow her. The blond-haired knight responded to Comet's frown by telling her "No no, you did good there. Were you expected pack of wolves earlier, I believe that you could take them alone." But truly, everyone would panic in situation they don't expect. Corvella had been in some of them, that she learn to expect everything; even something as absurd as a magma gorilla. The girl had quite of a potential, but it seems lack of confidence in her own power filled her blue eyes. Corvella really wanted to help the girl to achieve higher prowess, but when it comes to things like hunting, she is clumsier than a cat chasing laser pointers. Then a familiar figure came to her thought; a master huntress she befriended before. Should probably introduce her to Comet when they meet someday, she might learn a thing or two on hunting and archery. As they walked slowly through the fields, they conversed to each other. "Ah yes, the situation is quite complicated some time earlier in Dormont. But now it was successfully rebuilt into a fitting capital, thanks to King Astor and generous adventurers" she briefed. Her left eyebrow raised "Should be a good place to look around. Want to go there?" Corvella asked with a smile. "Ruined castle turned capital would be quite a sight for sore eyes." @Comet
She pondered Corvella's comment for a second or two: wondering if she truly could've eliminated a pack of wolves. From afar, perhaps. However, Comet restricted herself from risking an ego inflation. Most of the women - well... girls considering the way they act - her age were arrogant as if above everyone else. As a child Comet vowed to rightfully earn the position of "best"; not pretend as if she owned the part, a pitiful performance. The reaction towards the unexpected situation played over and over again within a mind that never forgets. The pink-haired woman mentally shook her head and sighed - careful not to convey these feelings in Corvella's presence. No need to ruin such a comfortably set mood between the two with bitter and rather pathetic emotion. I'll try again, she thought, but without help. A pep to her step, simply due to the opportunity to sight-see in Dormont, made itself obvious as if her worries had evaporated. Long legs worked with a jittery excitement as the two headed for the capital city. Frankly Comet knew little to nothing about the history of Terrasphere's world. She felt no need. So long as she could jump into battle and succeed in obtaining some sort of compensation for the effort - whether that be pride or gold - she could care less about sides or races or lore. Eventually, she knew, knowledge could potentially provide power or become a needed asset. Her plan was to learn from others such as Corvella who seemed to know a few things more than given to Comet from snippets of conversation she had picked up in order to learn a variety of things. "If you think so," she nodded and offered a hint of a smile. "You lead and I'll follow. Usually it's the other way around with people but I trust you. After what happened I don't see why I wouldn't, yeah?" both arms were crossed over her chest, tightly, as if the position were holding her back from something: a soul leaping free from chains or a persona's curtains ripped open from the seams. "King Astor," she whispered beneath her breath, thinking of the game's tier system and its Nobles. "I wouldn't mind that place in the world. What about you, Corvella? Doesn't Princess or Queen sound nice to you? Or maybe Knight would be a better fit. You've already proven the heroics and have the armor to shine~" the pink-haired woman jeered with a smirk, brushing thin locks past her thin shoulders. Blue eyes shimmered with anticipation and focused on the landscape ahead awaiting proper sight of a promised city; the ruined castle part interested Comet the most. Who knew a virtual game would contain such turmoil? @Corvella
"A princess, eh?" she playfully smiled. Her memories brought her few years back in London, where on every set weeks she had to attend royal-something-meeting-thingy. It is weird for her that customs alike managed to stay until this very day. She remembered seeing the princess of Britain; which was 10 or so when she met her, she'd probably been a princess before she had been a person. That kind of nobility always bothered her, what if she doesn't want to be a princess. On the contrary, an idea of being a princess of her own nation and commanding the people has been a dream of Corvella since she was a little; probably read too many fantasy books. In the harsh reality, the concept didn't quite grasp well. "Maybe one day. I'll stick with miss knight for now." she joked followed with a small chuckle. Some time has certainly passed and they should see Dormont anytime now within their view. Don't want the conversation to end, she replied "Did you find something for yourself in this game yet?" Some players might play this game out of enjoyment or escaping the real world. But it can't be denied that Terrasphere has become a second home for majority of them. Maybe because it has things to offer, the kind you cannot try to get in reality. No matter what the answer is, the conversation would be stopped short as they arrived at the gate of Dormont, the signs of destruction still painted in the towers and the wall. The two guards on the front of the gate smiled as the two adventurers made their way inside the massive capital-turned castle. Corvella and Comet would see spot where everyone seem to gather for chatting. On their left, most facilities are being built right now. The expansion seem to do pretty well, as Yladian refugees now have sufficient place to build their home. On the right side, merchants and traders line up selling wares and foods. The shops are just half-finished, but it doesn't stop people from coming in and buy things. "Welcome to Dormont."
Her mouth opened, as if she meant to say something, but when the words couldn't make way past a suddenly dry throat it closed. A twitch shifted her lips into a thin line of slight displeasure. The question hit far too close to home for her to even want to consider. Like a switch she went from her real life to Terrasphere and back, without much thought about the difference of either other despite them being obvious. It's easier to remain ignorant of the negative: Comet had unknowingly succumbed to this mindset. She twirled a lock a hair idly before shrugging, "It's just a video game. All I get are a few good hours away from stress," not entirely a lie but not the whole truth which left her satisfied. Corvella's sweet and friendly, she knew this, but they'd only just met. Before the question could be returned the two reached their destination. Much quicker than the pink-haired woman would've thought and different than she expected. Mostly because it wasn't a Stokbon or Dunnstads; not that much could compare to her two favorite locations in Terrasphere as of late. Still, her jaw went slack is it did while discovering any new place to observe and map out. An eidetic assisted her fairly well with such distinct surroundings, creatures, and people wherever she stepped foot. The unfinished landscape had her legs jittery and hands shaking in disturbance. It would take some getting used to for her nerves were at a state of unrest. A need to fix everything for herself and restore the capital led to this odd display only those who payed close attention would notice but one Comet hated herself for almost immediately. War had interesting effects that would either bring people together with newfound hope or pull them apart with blood and rage. Surprisingly the former seemed to occur rather than the latter. "The people don't seem as torn apart as the city. I guess I should look more into the history, huh?" personally she hardly cared for Terrasphere's past but the yearning to learn this knowledge had planted its seed and would eventually grow. For now, exploration and enjoying time doing absolutely whatever for the pleasure of freedom occupied Comet's interests. Seeing the Yladian race - only reading or hearing random bits of information about them until now - for the first time quirked a brow but they hadn't interested her enough to get into the depths of things that'd occurred to even get to the current situation of Dormont, and the rest of the world as well. Along the lines of greedy but true to her nature she continued walking on without much regard or care towards her last statement. "Yladian are very tall compared to all the 4-foot-something's I've seen running around so far to the point where you can't even guess an accurate age. It's sort of a relief."
Stopping for a while, Corvella chuckled at the comment regarding Faerins. "I agree" she added. Comet had a good point, it's true that the Yladian refugees and former Dormont residents quickly adapted the city as their new capital. They walk along the largely unfinished big wall in the east, an location of interest that would have a very important role in the future unbeknownst to them right now. "I think the townsfolk and Yladians are quite relieved" she stopped, looking at the city from a higher ground and continued "They always feared the day Falderen siege and plunder the defenseless capital. Fortunately, it seems Astorea is one step closer to mending its relationship with Falderen." She then detailed the things about Yladian refugees and the missing Falderen Princess. "Oh, did I bore you with the politic talks? Sorry." Corvella quickly apologized when she realized she spoke too much, socializing were never her best aspect. She signaled Comet to come walk down as they headed to the heart of the city. The unfinished architectures mean that you can fairly see anything from the streets, but the most interesting place was the royal castle. The massive building was almost done, complete with Astor's redesigns on the interior. Few days back, a ceremony was held to commemorate the success of raising funds for rebuilding Dormont. It was a shame that she was not there to witness it. Stepping on the steps of the main castle stairs, Corvella's UI rang for a second. She opened the palm menu for a while "Great" she elaborated "The King's mobilizing rescue troops for the missing princess." she let the quest notification hanging there for a while, eyes back to Comet and ready to continue their little tour "Well, where to next? Do you want to go to the market?"
"Falderen is public enemy number one, then?" she inquired, thinking of parts of the would she hadn't visited yet. "At least for the Yladian and natives around here, it seems..." with little information on the subject she took a guess that if the elven race fear Falderen that it must've had something to do with the race's becoming refugees - as well as crafting Dormont's people into a scared bunch of innocent civilians. Comet's slight disinterest towards the history and politics of the land alike had Corvella's words go in one ear and out the other. Not to mention she'd been captivated by the long, pointy-eared race with a unique beauty and sense of close community. She brought a cold hand up to stroke her dull, flushed ears and pondered upon either getting acquainted with a fellow player Yladian soon or in the near-future choosing to become apart of it. Not so much for knowledge or admiration as for vanity and curiosity. The east wall had blue eyes shifting from one area to the other in a quick fashion. It seemed to be highlighted by the possibilities soon to be brought - such as protection - to Dormont; the unfinished construction a symbol for the city's growth as relatively important destination among Astoreans. Words regarding a missing princess proved a topic worthy of Comet's attention. She'd practiced for many years the art of pretending to be well-aware when she knew nothing at all. With a nod and smile she allowed Corvella to believe her talk was sufficient and created a pleasant atmosphere. Half of this lie, shown through a simple gesture, wasn't exactly dishonest. The castle, admittedly, impressed the pink-haired woman who paired the location with memories of visiting castles in the real world. Owning a castle existed within the compact ball of hidden desires shoved into the back of her head. Though they were respectable, astonishing, and of historical important some part of insecurity told her that it'd be a childish endeavor only to end in failure. Terrasphere, she reminded herself, could fix that problem if it's pursued correctly. The stairs were gold beneath Comet's feet. With a sheepish grin she scuffed her boot on the pavement, as if making an invisible mark. "Rescue troops for the missing princess?" she repeated with confusion as to what was going on. The situation hardly appeared or sounded serious to the pink-haired woman until now. "Oh, um, sure," as if on cue her stomach growled. "I do need to get my Food meter back up. It's been a while." Though, frankly the quick subject change made her feel awkward. As if it'd switched from important matters to their own personal ones.
The blonde reached for her leather bag on her left hip, grabbing some gold coins from it "Last job was very generous. Come on, I'll treat you something." she grinned like a happy child, thumbs pointing to the eastern Dormont where the market is. They proceeded to walk down the steps to grab something to eat and drink. Her throat felt sore from all the talking like someone from a museum would. When she thought about it, the last time she went into the food market the place was not even half done. The ambience of the market district, particularly the food market is what you would expect from any RPG game. People (mainly housewives) chattering, grown-up men drinking and laughing, smoke and the smell of roasted meat, accompanied with music from street performers. The food market looked quite different than it was before; many tables were placed out in the open surrounded with stands that sell many kind of delicacies unknown to newcomers, a perfect place to eat with your friends. This place sure had grown quickly from the last time she was here. There is this stand that emits a very tantalizing smell from whatever it is cooking, quickly getting the attention from Corvella. From what you can see, it's a fairly small stand, where a Yladian girl could be seen grilling skewers. Wait a minute, she recognized that smell. It was meat of a particular gigantic mushroom monster warrior that she fought before. Corvella remember they harvested the meat after the fight, but did not expect to find it grilled and sold in the food market. She quickly grabbed few gold coins and talked to the Yladian girl enthusiastically "Are those skewered mycolossus meat? Can I get some of those?" They have to wait for a while, so the blonde knight reserved a table near the stand, and they walked around to find something that they might also want. After she and @Comet finished getting the foods and drinks moment after, they sat down. Biting on her portion of the suspicious mushroom 'meat', her green eyes glimmered for a while her mouth emits that "Mmmmm.." sound. The grill and hot chocolate was a great choice for the cold air. Even while Corvella still had food in her mouth, she started to talk "They said the Falderen princess were *munch* kidnapped and asked for assistance. I hope it's not some kind of *munch* betrayal traps though." She finally processing the last of the meat shortly after "How is the foods? Fantasy game delicacies did surprise me many times."
Corvella reaching for the bag pleased Comet, who smiled right away. Her bag was still new and fresh and hardly full. She'd like to grow as a player and increase the amount of coin in her pocket. Fortunately, the blonde seemed willing to pay for the two of them thus the pink-haired woman immediately accepted the polite offer with a giddy nod. Though she often ate little her stomach raged with unbelievable hunger that would be made known even more in the real world. To eat food caused a sickness to churn her gut like butter, but starving certainly wasn't an option. Comet wouldn't hurt herself that much after witnessing the effects on others far too often in the model industry. "Thank you Corvella," she hummed, almost hesitant to leap off the castle steps to follow her friend. The lively market impressed the pink-haired woman who's shiny, blue eyes could hardly keep up with the excitement of the near-bustling market. It seemed an escape from the world outside of rebuilding and reminder of the past. The people of Dormont were living in the moment, enjoying every second of their freedom and the lack of war, effortlessly putting a smile on Comet's face. Confused and quite the newb she grabbed whatever Corvella had - following the blonde like a helpless puppy. Never before had she visited somewhere other than the wilderness of Astorea's forests and the abundant hunting villages. Though not her favorite compared to the freedom of the world outside city walls, she could appreciate the culture and company that came with visiting such a place. Instead of feeling disgusted by her companion's lack of manners, Comet laughed. A hearty, genuine sound that only came with being able to let herself go. Even if only for a moment and as rare as it was to run from the anxiety, the punishment of her soul by far too many troubles to keep track of, it could happen and it was happening. Terrasphere, she would soon realize, could bring immense happiness that the real world lacked. The game held the key to Comet's change: this single laugh being a starting point. "A betrayal trap?" she questioned with quirked brows before taking a tiny bite from the stick-food in her hand. The smell hardly could be identified despite being enticing, and the texture wasn't exactly appetizing; however, the young woman shut her eyes tight and took a bite anyways. Chewing and swallowing happened to be a long process for her but wasn't as hard in a game where weight wouldn't be gained and hecklers would accuse her diet. "Wow," she nearly devoured the skewered meat whole after the first taste, stomach satisfied. "I gotta say I'm impressed too. How did you know what it was called, though? I didn't see signs or anything..."
"We're still technically enemy to Falderen. Wouldn't be surprised if the mission is all a ruse." She joked and picked up the skewer she had finished before "This? Let's say it was the meat of a giant mushroom with an unique smell, as ridiculous as it sounds." The golden-haired swordswoman slowly sips on the hot chocolate-looking drink. They enjoyed small talks as cold wind slowly breezes and the sun began to set as the time quickly pass. Corvella looked at her now-empty cup, realizing how much time had passed since they sat here. “Oh, it’s late already? My bad.” She felt sorry for keeping Comet occupied with her for so long in the Market district. It might be too dark and dangerous to leave the city at night, considering pink-haired archer have just been ambushed by wolves this afternoon. An idea popped inside her head "I can get you a room. I know the innkeeper, he'll rent it for a night for a nifty price. If that sounds good for you, of course." She offered. Corvella herself cannot stay longer since she have to prepare herself for the princess rescuing mission to the mountains with the rest of King Astor's task force. They walk through the sparse traffic of the dusk city. The reddish, fantasy sky slowly turning dark into a blue one, complete with dazzling stars decorating the sky. A view that's impossible to see in the real world, that is. Corvella and Comet found themselves in front of an inn, which looks very finished compared to the other buildings around it. It might be prioritized as it would be very problematic if there's no place for adventurers to stay. "Sorry I couldn't stay longer. You know, duty calls." Corvella scratched the back of her head "Today was great, I enjoyed it. I hope there would be another opportunity like this shall we meet again." She bowed in a graceful manner, before smiling and finally bid Comet a goodbye. OOC : Sorry that this got delayed for too long. Had to cope with fractured left wrist and fingers.
The apology, and rest of the 'interesting' facts, would be met with a dismissive wave of the hand. She appreciated both the company and consistent responses from the blonde who could've spent her time doing anything else other than helping out a newbie. Finishing off the mushroom proved no problem. In-game, eating relieved her versus the struggles of even chewing small bites while on the outside. Corvella created a chill, comforting atmosphere without expectation despite being the heroine of the day. A soft sigh escaped Comet's parted lips. Gratefulness and envy mixed to pour out as the warmth of the breath. With the mission a ruse, and not much else to do, the pink-haired woman scanned their surrounding unsure of what exactly to say or suggest or act out next. Her pace matched Corvella's who led her to an inn. "Oh, thank you. That would be nice. I do want to get to know Dormont better," she spoke softly - a bit disappointed such a pleasant day had to end - while emerald eyes settled on the blonde with a mix of many emotions softening the color. They rivaled the gorgeous evening sky ahead of the two, but hardly beat the stars beginning to shine bright aside the up-and-coming glow of the moon. Soon the real world would interrupt such astonishing, newfound beauty. Reveling in the moment for as long as desired would be nice but unfortunately impossible. "I totally understand. You look like you'd be a busy woman and definitely have the skills," she chucked lightly before waving as a form of goodbye. "That would be nice, wouldn't it? See you later Corvella." --exit thread-- OOC: no problem! i take forever to post without any problems anyways haha
