Personality
Usually Hide is the quiet one of the group; rarely offering up his own thoughts and opinions unless directly asked for them. He much rather prefers to observe and listen than to be in the spotlight. Still, he always tries his best to help those around him who are in need without little thought for his own well being. In the past this would sometimes get him mixed up in awkward or downright dangerous situations (like the time he tried to protect his younger brother from a bully at school, resulting in a few broken bones, but hey at least the bullying stopped). Somehow he always looks for a way to pull through regardless of how hopeless things might look.

Biography
Hide was born to a middle class family and raised in New York City. Other than his parents his family also consisted of an older a brother and sister as well as a younger brother; all of whom he got along with fairly well. They all enjoyed competing for supremacy in the games they played and in his opinion dethroning his siblings was the most fun part of playing. Above all else, he loved the MMO genre because of the freedom that was placed in the hands of the player. Most games lacked the ability to choose exactly how you interact with the world or the people in it, but in an MMO that's only the beginning. The idea of creating a character, watching it grow, and practically living a second life through it always fascinated him.
Growing up, Hide didn't have many friends that he'd hang out with on a regular basis. Most days were spent rushing home from school so that he could sit in his room with the curtains drawn. Online gaming was the only thing he did that even remotely resembled having a social life. On the day when he received an invite into the world of Terrasphere, he accepted without hesitation. In his eyes it was the right choice; he would be able to both play a game and improve his social skills face to face with those who he otherwise would have only interacted with online.
