(Bare Melee/Stun) A quick run straight into a crotch kick. A desperate move from a lonely yet determined girl. Can stun, but generally isn't very effective.

Blade Dispenser V1
(Tinkering) A device Chelsea designed in a haste during a dangerous situation. Wraps around the wrist like a watch and possesses a spinner that can eject razor blades the same distance as a crossbow when spun. Even so, it is still but a simple prototype made with spare tools in a beginner kit. It cannot be expected to handle anything beyond the minimum damage requirements.

Development
(Passive/Utility) The ability to create on the fly gadgets or adjustments to currently equipped gear. Generates various starter tool sets when required and the blueprints to design better ones. However is limited by what is available to the user and their current total mastery levels.
