Personality
Alejandra is a person who pretends to be friendly to people and tries her best to pass as a moderately normal human being, although deep down she is more false than a coin of Frank Sinatra. She likes appear as the strong, the confident one, the one what will cut your throat if pull her leg and the kind of never admitting a mistake even if her life goes on it. More often than not, and specially under her manly avatar, she dares to reveal parts of her true self, acting arrogant and snarky with a sprinkle of megalomania. However, she will follow along with any role if it's not humiliating enough for her standards.
Yet to be fair, she has her reasons to behave the way she does. The first one – to not scare off people who might discover her horrifying persona. In real life she’s got to deal with people who would be willing to jump out of the window in order to avoid staying in the same room as her, so it’s understandable she’ll want to exhibit a more friendly nature. Second, the divorce of her parents due to both's pride doesn't really put her in a happy family enviroment. In fact, she is so clueless about social interactions that whenever she gets close to people it’s an hystrionic anxiety. And God – will she go crazy when she finds someone who bears her.
Oh, by the way, she’s also a bit nerdy. See how she uses a Sindarin and a Les Miserables references in her username and joke IG age. She likes to call herself cultured though.
Positive: Self-aware, Cheerful and Dynamic
Negative: Self-conscious, Insincere and Arrogant
Biography
So, you know how some people play videogames because they are shy, misunderstood or simply the world can’t stand them? Well, Alejandra is the last two but also a tad different. She doesn’t really play games for total escapism or a self-rempowerment fantasy (or not only). Her deeper reason, although she won’t admit, is learning to talk to women.
Yes. To women!
Because there’s this thing about Alejandra. She was born in a somewhat dysfunctional family somewhere in central Barcelona. By “dysfunctional ” I don’t mean she was hit, nor insulted, nor fondled – that would be too traumatic. But let’s say, she didn’t have the most healthy enviroment either. Her mother was the stubborn kind of digging her heels and never showing weakness; her father the one of having everything he wanted and being always right. This game of pressures, paired with her sheltered upbringing, somehow induced her into becoming the insufferable prick she is nowadays.
But then teen years came and messed everything up. Alejandra, finding her bubbly world small, began giving more importance to getting along with other people. She tried to make friends, get girlfriends, but male friends didn’t always respect the line and every girl ran for the hills in her presence. Even though this made her aware of some of her problems, it didn't stop her to throw a tantrum at the world. It was not fair it made things harder for her, it was not fair guys could get away with similar behaviour. If she was a boy, she thought, she could pass as such an awesome bad boy she'd get all the Belles of the ball.
One day, someone in her usual chatroom shared the Terrasphere client and the rest was history.
