She looked so very determined, her brows and nose scrunched up as she approached @Gwyn ap Herne. She cleared her throat and reached out to grab Gwyn's hand, hesitating at the last moment and then switched her aim to grasp at Gwyn's elbow. "Do you... want to drink with me?" she asked, cheeks slightly pink and eyes averted. She noticed the big drinking game attraction set up in the distance. "Over there, at the... um. Drinking games? I challenge you!" she quickly added. If Gwyn agreed, the duo would make their way to the center. Kyupin's hand seemed to slowly drift down Gwyn's arm, inching towards her hand, face slowly growing redder. She squeaks loudly as the drinks are presented and rips away her hand as if it's on fire. Gwyn groaned into the crook of an arm as she was defeated once more, the heavy alcohol getting to her in earnest now. God that kid was half fish, half sailor. Had to be. She took a moment to leave the shelter of the drinking stall and breathe in the fresh air the outdoors offered. The sharp edges of the world were softer and the shadows didn't seem quite so dark, but it was still off-putting to the huntress. With so much time and effort put into honing her skills in hunting, to lose the sharpness of her trained senses was... disconcerting, to be frank. It was like losing the function of another limb. Like her lame leg before it healed enough to be of any use. At least this would have her suffer the next day and then show blissful mercy. Speaking of blissful mercies on the senses, she started at the grasp around her elbow and turned to blink widely at Kyupin. She smiled immediately and followed helplessly after as she agreed to the combat of constitutions. Gwyn might have already been a little, or a lotta, into her drinks by that point, but she hadn't intended on stopping quite yet anyway and it was her Kitten! How could she say no to spending time with her? She was wonderful. And Gwyn should be there so bad things never had to happen to her again and Gwyn was sure they wouldn't because she was already there. She wondered if Kyupin would go with her when she fought her way into the Monster Hunters and tore off after their prey in time down gametrails and roads and moors and mountains and anywhere the horn bayed? Or would she go on quests with others in Astorea and keep her shop and her tames safe at home? Gwyn didn't mind, but her arrows were smart- sharp? Kyupin was smart. Arrows were dumb things, but sharp things. Good teeth, but useless without the jaw to dig them deep and the mind to target them. She was talking, and Gwyn lifted a drink to whatever cheer she had offered. There was a cold absence on her arm where the other had tugged her along and her brows furrowed for a moment before the warmth of the beer covered up the cold tracks. Later. For now, drinks!
