Lady N is a mysterious girl who appears when things require her amazing abilities. Her personality is that of one who is special, very special, and she knows it... and will be sure to tell you how much you should know it as well. Over and over until you understand. She is a technological genius in her own mind and places her creations above anything else. Lady N is one who will appear in times of crisis! However it is only to test her latest adjustments to her weapons and armor. An anti hero? A chuunibyou? A nerd? All wrong, she is Lady N. Simple.
In actuality, there is a great deal more to her than what she shows to most people. Her apathetic nature is but a device to maintain a sense of neutrality as she prefers to not have her personal life or goals be disclosed to the world. She is someone who holds all of her feelings inside only to reveal the truth when she feels truly safe with a person. That safety is something only a chosen few can get.
A fairly mature girl who dislikes games and overly goofing around. Her desire to maintain a bond once it is forged is truly a sight to behold as she will go out of her way to not damage it. If it is broken or lost beyond her control she will react much more emotionally and many of her inner stresses can be seen. Only for her to close up again in the end.
She is also very torn on her families' business, The untimely death of her parents has left her dealing with a problem that is slowly growing with time.

Biography
Chelsea Ronda Nexon. Daughter of the original CEO of Nexus Corp which is HQ'd in Manhattan. She lived with her father and mother in a great estate in Boston. As the years went on and deals were made and broken. Nexus Corporation grew into one of the top corporations in the world. Opening it's own Academy, leading the way in various global markets. As for Chelsea? She was only interested in the technology. She would stay countless nights looking over the amazing designs her companies R&D's were developing. She spent many nights dreaming of creating a her very own. mech suits, AI programming, advanced weaponry, and spaceships that could go to other planets! The possibilities were endless and she did have the money for it after all! Why, even curing humanity of illness through cyber enhancement was not off of the table. This led to her making that her goal when she grew up. To create a real life science fiction world! To build off of her fathers empire!
Then came the fateful day her parents died. Both of them by mysterious means. It was a dark time then and Chelsea was left with her Aunt in New York. The aunt was a much less loving woman and immediately shipped her off to the Nexus Academy, the very academy formed by the Nexons, as a middle schooler. A unknown man named Chris became the new CEO and somehow things felt different for Chelsea.
One day, Chelsea began to look into certain things. She began to feel that her parents were murdered for something involving the corp. During her investigation, Chelsea was approached with concern by a worker of the company. They gave her a USB and said to try and relax some with the game that was on it...
Hmph, well maybe for a little while...
