  1. A basic undescernable tavern, much the same as any other. It wasn't a nice place, but it wasn't shabby either, strictly middle of the road. There, in a corner table by a window, Captain Cosma waited for someone to answer her world notice post, which went as follows...

Captain Cosma sipped her chocolate milk----actually something of a luxury----as she waited for someone, anyone really, to answer her call. It'd been slim pickings so far, in fact, it was already 2 in the afternoon and nobody had yet shown.

Nobody's takin me seriously, she muttered pouting, but that'sa their loss...

Because the map she had, was in a sense, the real thing. It certainly lead to some sort of treasure, only...

The map itself was a fake.

---Not that Captain Cosma knew that. She'd purchased it unawares from the slum's black market and had been caught unawares in an obvious scam aimed at fledgling adventurers. In an impatient huff, she kicked her feet, and raising her arm, turned to order another choco-milk from a tavern server only...the person standing before her...was someone she didn't recognize. They clearly didn't work here at least.

    Captain Cosma tilted her head.

"Hao? Hao? Hao? Be you The Map Master~?"

(OOC- In retrospect, I have no idea how one would tell that a map is fake without exploring it, lol. Comet's well traveled, so maybe the landmarks in the map are totally in the wrong places or the scale or coordinates are just way off or something? Haha...)
