Personality
Vladimir is usually a calm and collected person acting pretty cool around everyone unless they are girls. Girls are always a different story for him because his personality changes a lot starting to flirt around and throw compliments from left to right enjoying the reaction of the women. Since this is a natural thing for him it's hard to control but regardless he is very patient when it comes to winning over someone so it helps him wait until the "right moment" and strike without getting disappointed if his first try would be a complete fail. This also allowed him to become mentally strong so he won't allow others control him, he needs to be in charge of the situation and be the one pulling the heart strings. Being quite a daredevil you will see him go in the fight filled with confidence, do tricks which can either save him or make him look like an idiot...but that is also thanks to his will for girls attention, at first he just acted out in front of them and soon it became his trait and one of his strong sides.
Many will see the big difference in his attitude when he becomes too serious. It happens when something calls for his attention and he will put everything aside to take up on the opportunity and finish the task/argument/problem taking full responsibility of his actions and words. This is also one of the times where he shows that his head is not all about girls acting mature and intelligent.
Speaking of girls, they are his weakness and his fear at the same time. Seeing those eyes and pouted lips of a woman asking for help or a favour just makes something melt inside him...BUT remember it's hard to manipulate him. As for the fear part it's mostly his own decisions and mistakes, his preferences which can't be mentioned here, those are the ones that bring him that fear. He is very aware of his likings and it would break his heart if the one he likes will call him "sick" after finding out about those which explains why he is not going serious in relationships when he has one.

Biography
Vladimir grew up in a rich family with his father and mother being serious and busy people meaning they didn't and still don't spent much time together as a family so that's why he finds comfort in games and friends and for that matter girls who give him the most attention. Having a younger sister, Anastasia, he got overprotective of her knowing what kind of things guys can do which included him as an example so to avoid that he constantly checks on her even when they are far from each other.
His father a very strict personality, a man who wants his son to be able to take care of his own business. He's harsh and never approached Vladimir kindly and so it's the reason why his son is always serious and quiet around him keeping his own dreams to himself and having almost nothing in common or done any activities as a family.
His mother, a model that doesn't really care about much things except her career and how she looks beside her husband on his meetings, doesn't pay attention to her children except of the basic needs even though most things were taken care of maids and butlers from a young age. You wonder why she has kids, well, for status. Plus because his father wanted someone to follow his business. And his sister? Another status.
Vladimir went to a rich school with high education which didn't give him the opportunity to make any real friends knowing everyone in his class were selfish and arrogant but, he never really was in need of one since he had the internet. Lacking communication made him rather insouciant but so it happened that in real life he only got the chance to speak with girls since they were brave enough to approach him and soon he started to understand how they think and what they want using it to his own advantage.
Vladimir had a pretty cool life on the internet because it didn't matter what status you had, you could simply lie about your whole life and of course that's what he did, not having to expose himself was what interested him and he learned how to become more communicative and relaxed around others. Online is exactly how he found TerraSphere. One of the people he was talking to constantly kept mentioning this game, get so excited and happy about it that made Vladimir curious to see what was so good about this game. Buying the equipment wasn't a problem but downloading the game seemed a bit weird...well still worth a try.
