Naburo was at his office in the Council when a member of the guard came in saying that there was a new adventurer looking around for a place to stay. Naburo chuckled and looked at his books checking each aprtment, each inn, each sleeping quarter. It was getting quite full, so full in fact there wasn't much sleeping space left for newbies. So he had to think of something. Deciding he would wait till he met the adventurer, Naburo stood up and walked to the exit of the office. Finally, after what had seemed like hours he was in the sunlight., Which, to him was the best thing ever. Looking up toward the sky, he smiled and then looked back down evening his gaze. Smiling more as he passed by people that he knew, people that he trusted, Naburo was trying to read into the mood of the city, it was a happy moment; which was really good for them. It meant the city was thriving, the people were happy, and the Gods/Goddesses weren't making mischief. As he walked he looked for the new person, he had been told the adventurer was a female human, a few years younger than him, but she had dark brown hair. It would be easy to spot that, at least in his opinion. So it did end up taking several minutes to get from the office in the tower down to the city. But once it was all said and done he had found a food stall. Maybe he'd treat her to a nice meal while they got to know each other. It was going to be a great day, Naburo could tell for some odd reason. Breathing in as he finally spotted the female in question, Naburo walked to her with a sweet smile. "Hello ma'am. I was told you wanted to talk to one of the members of the Council of Adventurers. Well I'm the only one available at the moment, so hopefully you'll be fine with that?" When those words were said Naburo slowly reached out with his dominant hand and then took her left and kissed the top of it. "You're actually much more beautiful than was reported." He then realized he had yet to introduce himself. "Oh my apologies. I am Naburo Keilz." Once again he offered her a sweet smile and then released her hand from his gently. Maybe he put it on too hard, but only time would be able to tell him if he did. @Emeline Arliette Fabron
THE BEATS OF A DRUM Orario City was much larger than Emeline had anticipated, and it overwhelmed her a great deal. The streets were busy with crowds of people of many races, each individual standing out in their own unique way. This caused the dark haired woman to feel very self-conscious, wondering how people would think of her from first glance. However, this wasn't the time to be thinking such thoughts. Patting her cheeks with the palm of her hands, an expression of determination appeared on her face before proceeding to move her feet towards the Trade Quarters. Having just arrived in the city, Emeline was hoping to find a place to stay for the night before it got too dark. The sun was beginning to set beneath the earth's surface, causing a plethora of beautiful colors to appear in the sky. The young Minstrel had never seen such a gorgeous sunset sky in what felt like a very long time, not since she started her journey. It was a refreshing view, helping give her the confidence she needed to ask around in search of an inn. As she wandered through the Trade Quarters, asking each individual she could find, the dark haired woman found that almost every single inn and sleeping quarters were completely full. This dampened her spirits, and a heavy sigh left her lips as she immediately planned on giving up. That is, until a member of the city guard offered her to come to the Council Hall, mentioning that a member would help her find a place to rest her feet. Her brown eyes lit up at the offer, and humbly accepted before following the guard eagerly. It was a decent sized building, and when she entered, she was told to wait by the entrance. With a nod, she watched the man walk further inside, giving her the chance to examine the room she was in. There were so many books, and Emeline couldn't help but feel curious about what would be inside the pages. So much history and stories to be discovered; she couldn't help but feel rather excited. However, her attention was soon directed towards a man's voice who greeted her, causing the young woman to turn her head and lock eyes with him. Hearing his words, she smiled sweetly and parted her lips to respond only for a small gasp to leave her as he suddenly pressed a gentle kiss onto her knuckles. Her eyes grew wide and her face flushed a bright pink at the contact, her heart pounding against her chest before he introduced himself. She swallowed hard in hopes of calming her racing heart, but to no avail. He knew how to charm a lady, that was for sure. A shy smile creased her lips, bowing her head politely before speaking. "It's an honor to meet you, Naburo. I'm Emeline Fabron, and I thank you for assisting me despite your busy schedule." [[ @Naburo Keilz ]]
