Breaking the molds (part one)

Shigure had finally solidified her resolve. She was going to go through with it no matter what others thought or told her. Right arm fastening her left armguard as she slowly descended into the dungeon. No team mates, no mercy for the monster, no kindness to those she might encounter during her time within the dungeon. Right hand slowly reaching across her figure as she drew the tanto admiring the blade as she reached the base of the steps and drew it out fully, fingers twirling the blade to wield it back handed before she crouched low to the ground, her muscles tensing, breath slowing. Before one simple step forward launched her into full sprint down the first tunnel.

Her cloak rusting rapidly as she rushed through the corridors scanning for anything. Right leg tensing as she pushed off it and bounced down the left corridor. 'Something's up ahead.' Shigure slowed down to a near halt before fully stopping and crouching low to the ground. Her cloak rustling one last time as her tail slowed to a halt below the fabric. Eyes glancing through her black mask as she slowly crept closer to the sound. banging, like a drum, but against the wall? Shigure could not fully make the sound out with her ears covered and pushed down but it was enough to go on.

Her breath was faint and slowed as much as possible, her presence lowered as much as she could while she slowly approached the sound. Head looking around a corner to see a small clearing with a group of goblins, roughly three that she could see. It slightly surprised her so many goblins still could be on the first floor despite it being mid day. She was not going to go in unprepared however, this smelled of foul play. Her eyes watching the goblins intently. ’Why aren't they moving away from the wall?’ Tanto spinning in her right hand to hold it normally as she backed away from the corner looking for a rock.

She stayed low to the ground, eyes scanning her surroundings carefully before picking up a small pebble. Casually checking the weight as she tossed it up into the air and caught it with her left hand. It was light, but with enough force and a good angle it could make a lot of noise. Returning back to the corner as she peeked back to check on the goblins. Frustration building as they still remained where they stood. Pebble gripped tightly before she throw it across the hall she was in, the rock bouncing off the wall and floor echoing for a bit as Shigure kept her focus on the goblins.

’Trap. But by the goblins, or other adventures?’ - "Second choice … goblins aren't that smart …” Shigure mumbled under her breath as she replied to the voice in her head. Clearly someone was waiting on the other end of the tunnel at the clearing entrance, she just could not hear their breathing or movement. Lips parting once more for a low toned growl before she stood up and walked into the full line of sight for the clearing. Her face was flickering with annoyance under her mask as she slowly approached. ’Cowards, preying on the weak and hopeful. Kill them, kill everything!’ Shigure grin began to curl and grow sinister. Left hand rising slowly as she closed her fist around air and fell low to the ground ready to pounce. "Shadow…” Magic exploding out of her as black smoke covered the hall and allowed her to use her skill Shunshin to jump past the entry as she heard a loud crash and her smoke cleared. Her figure turning to face two adventures standing behind a spike trap they had tried to use to impale her.

Her grin only grew darker as she looked them over. Both males, and both annoying werewolf pure breeds. She audibled hissed at them as she held her tanto tightly. Both of the males drew their short swords and a clawed gauntlet covered their free hand. "”Surprised you saw through our trap kitten.” The deep voice emerged from the male on the left, Shigure's eye twitching at his comment as she reached for her second tanto within her right armguard. Two verse one, Shigure liked her odds as she spun the right tanto backwards once more and waited for the wolf people to make the first move.

Shigure was expecting more coordination from the two, maybe even perfect unison. But as the one on the left was the first to rush forward looking like he was out for blood she seemed only to get more annoyed by the two as she got ready to counter attack him. "Stupid brother don’t go charging in recklessly!” the right and likely older brother rushed to try and keep up with his brother. Shigure crouched down, her muscles tensed up as she built up pressure before springing forward.

Cloak spinning to match her as she applied two cuts into the left leg of the first wolf boy, and only one cut to the right leg of the second who had more time to react to her sudden counter charge. Slowly standing as she turned all the while spinning her blades to dual wield them forward. If they could see her face they would have seen a blank expression as she noticed the blood against the blade. Her mind was in pure kill mode for the time being and as they staggered she wasted no time starting another attack. Eyes memorizing their current locations as she chose to focus the younger wolf boy.

"Shadow…” Yet another explosion of black smoke covering their sight as she jumped forward with ’Shunshin’. Tanto spun back to back hand as she felt herself landing onto the back of a target and slamming the blades into the presumed shoulder blades. When a pained howl filled the air she twisted the weapons for good measure before ripping them free and kicking off her prey’s back landing outside the smoke as it began to fade. A boost of confidence in her ability to win was given along with her exhaustion from using her magic twice in such a short amount of time. But as the younger wolf boy struggled to keep a firm grip on his weapon it was well worth it.

The older brother took the time to rush to his brother’s aid, Shigure growing more annoyed on the inside by their actions. Their foe was still before them and here they seemed to not care about her enough to kill or try to kill her before looking after the wounded member of their group. Hands gripping her tanto even tighter as she rushed forward towards the older brother. His clawed arm rising to try and counter any attack she might have. Rookie mistake of his was to expect she was truly after him. Left Tanto connecting with an upward slash to his armguard while the right hand went to thrust into the heart of the younger brother without mercy.

Shigure twisted her blade to confirm the hit before she jumped back and watched the scene unfold. "Brother! … Brother come on hang in there…” The older sibling dropped his weapon and tried to hold his hand over the wound as he tightly gripped his dying brother. "Bonds are only weakness…” Shigure spoke faintly, her hands spinning her tanto as she watched the light fade from the younger brother’s eyes. Then the older brother hit Shigure’s last nerves full force. "Please let us go .... you can take the loot we got, you can take our supplies… I … Just let me bring my brother back home so we can bury him and let my mother know he died fighting a monster or something!” Not only was her enemy begging to be left alive, he spoke of family and spoke of lying to his mother so she worried less about her dead child. Stopping her tanto as she approached the werewolf with no emotion in her eyes as he fumbled back leaving his weapon behind. Tanto slashing across his neck as he fell back holding the vital wound. Shigure jumping to pin him down as she sheathed her weapons and removed her mask to show her smile.

"You think I care for what you want? You think someone you tried to kill should show you mercy?” Shigure kept a close eye on the bleeding, her right hand jabbing the wound to make him suffer more. "Allow me to say where you went wrong, NEVER speak of bonds between family or drop your weapons, or worry about others in the heat of battle!” Her hand pushing deeper into his wound before she saw the light fade from his eyes. An annoyed hiss as she got off the corpse and looked for something to wipe her hand with.

Shigure did not mind the corpses behind her or the goblins, she felt more at home with them then anything to me honest. Stealing was also second nature to her after only a short amount of time to be honest. Her hands opening what she assumed was the older brother’s satchel bag and began to throw things she did not need at the moment aside. One of the first few things she tossed out was a pendent with a picture in it she could care less about. Then a set of daggers, a piece of bread, setting the bread to the side on the small blanket to eat later all the while getting annoyed by the goblin’s going crazy because of the fresh blood they could smell.

"Would Nyaa all shut up already!” Shigure spun around to hiss at the goblins who refused to listen to her demand. She was keeping them alive for company but they clearly wanted death instead. Standing up before she dusted her cloak off a bit and removed the black fabric to reach her shuriken easier. She had no idea what was keeping the goblins where they stood, nor did she care as she opened her side bags and began to pull out her shuriken. "If you don’t shut up I'm using you as target practice!” Shigure stomped her foot like a little kid as her new friends kept making noise. Fingers gripping the first shuriken in her left hand before throwing it.

Shigure’s bad aim proving to be an annoyance like always. She was AIMING for the goblin in the middle, more so the base of his neck. But as she heard metal meet stone she looked to the right to see it lodged into the wall beside the other goblin. Growling as she stomped her feet more, some blood splashing up in the process. "Stop fidgeting!” Truthfully they could not even move anything aside from their heads, but it helped Shigure deal with her terrible aim issues. Grabbing four shuriken this time as she threw them all at once, surely one would hit the target right? Sadly such was not the case for Shigure as she continued to throw a fit over the situation.

The first two shuriken hit the wall five feet over her targets, one hit the floor, while the last cut a strap of the center goblin allowing to freely move its arm it seemed. Pulling out one shuriken once more as she looked at her target intensely. She was aiming the back of the center goblin, her fingers tightly gripping the shuriken as she rolled her hand and arm back and got ready to throw it. Excitement soon followed as she heard the goblin shrike. Rushing over as she poked the shuriken deeper into the goblin’s spine with a wide smile. "Yea! I got one, I got one … Ahem I mean serves you right!” Shigure jumped around with excitement for the first part before she coughed and regained her composure for the second half.

Shigure moved to stand slightly further back as she got another shuriken at the ready. However just as she was about to throw it at the goblin the spike door blocking the entrance began to budge causing her to drop the Shuriken as she rushed over to hold it. "No! I’m practicing aim in here, you're not allowed in! My spot!” Shigure hissed as she slammed her shoulder to the back of the two sides and pushed whatever was trying to open it back for the time being. Slowly moving away from the door as it seemed like whatever was outside had stopped pushing for the moment. "I can’t have them ruin my focus again … Corpses!” Shigure slammed a fist to her open palm before scurrying to the two dead bodies.

Arms locking under the arms of the older brother corpse as she began to drag him slowly to the door. "Your heavy weakling number two! Lose some weight already and decompose!” Annoyance lining her voice as she heard the door start to open again and dropped the body to slam her shoulder to the door again. "I Said MY SPOT!” Once again the opposing force stopped, Shigure waited at the door for a few moment before she went back to the body and kept dragging it. Reaching the door she set him against the left door before she fell to the floor breathing heavily.

"Nyaa~ … one down, one more to go!” Slowly rising as she tried to catch her breath while walking to the younger brother corpse. Hands gripping his shirt collar before she started to drag him over to the door also. Feet tripping over a rock as she growled at herself. "No time for dirt naps! Move corpse to the door so he can hold it!’ Shigure mumbled to herself as she pushed her legs up before slamming them down and jumping back to her feet. Fingers around collar once more before she resumed dragging him until he was set against the right door. "Now then back to target practice!”

Shigure could not resist the urge to twirl on her way back to throwing range. Right foot crossing left before she spun herself playfully laughing in the process. But she still needed to focus since she was in the dungeon so after two spins she stopped her childish acts and returned to focus on the struggling goblins. The one with his hand free was starting to claw at the wall making Shigure laugh uncontrollably. "Look at him struggle.~ He’s so cute trying to hold to a life I can end any moment I felt like it.~” Shigure figured it was about time she lowered her targets before her so with a playful laugh she began to pull out a handful of shuriken.

Right hand holding ten small shards of sharp metal while her left gripped the first star and took aim. Right goblin’s neck near the base, she was feeling adventures with her target size shrinking so much only after getting one hit she had intended to hit. Snapping her wrist quickly as she throw the weapon towards the goblin grazing the right side of the neck. "Oh~ So close…~” Shigure looked slightly deterred for a small frame of time before she got her next throwing star ready and regain her confidence. Figure moving to aim for the left goblin’s skull.

"One …~ Two ….~ Three!” Hand letting go of her shuriken at the count of three as it spun itself into the goblin’s skull. The goblins shrieking loudly as Shigure got her next star ready to throw at the same target. "Your ruining my focus SHUT UP!” Throwing another into the back of the goblin’s head as it kept crying out causing her lip to twitch. "You want something to whine about! I’ll GIVE you something to whine about then!” Shigure stomped over dropping her shuriken on the ground before getting her tanto out.

Facing the left goblin she held the weapon over his eye hissing at him. The goblin struggling to try and avoid the metal slowly nearing his face before blood scattered across the wall. Shigure slowly, and rather crudely carving the goblin’s eye out due to it’s struggles. Stabbing the eye socket before she pulled up the ruined eye shaking the weapon to get the eyeball off it. "Dwarf said damaged goblin eyes are no good. Stop struggling!” Shigure shouted into the goblin’s hear hoping it would get through his thick skull. Unknown to Shigure however, the binding ropes that held the goblins began giving way to their struggles.

Drying her tanto on the fabrics the Goblin had on before she glanced a look at the other two goblins with a playful smile. "One moment everyone, i’ll come play with you in a bit!~” Shigure chimed happily before stabbing the left goblin’s right forearm and twisting the blade in the wound. "YOU need to sit still, or this is going to hurt a lot more then you would like it to.” Shigure set her gaze to the goblin’s ears, slowly drawing out her weapon from the wound before quickly cutting upward severing the ear. Jumping back as the blood sprayed out.

"look at it spill out ha-ha~” Shigure moved to get a closer look at her work, while trying to avoid the blood as best she could. Then she heard the unsatisfied snaps from the ropes drawing her to defensively jump away from the goblins as they began to move freely from the wall. Shigure only now chose to register them as individuals. A green goblin, a blue-ish green goblin, and the one she had taken and eye and a ear from. "Grannie, Bubbly, and Patchy!” Naming each goblin as she pointed to them in order. Then they tried to rush Shigure sending her into hostile mode.

Eyes grew cold and distant as Greenie tried to claw at Shigure’s left arm. Her right hand slamming the back side of her Tanto’s handle to the goblin’s hand before she hissed and kicked the goblin back with her left foot. "No touching!! Hades … HADES IS THE ONLY ONE THAT TOUCHES ME!” More hissing escaped her lips as Bubbly tried to bite her right hand. She did not want to kill them quickly, she had grown to enjoy torturing them, so rather then stabbing her tanto through Bubbly’s mouth she slammed her right armguard to his eyes and kicked him back with her right foot.

Then Patchy made the worst mistake. Shigure felt a sharp pain rise from her back, along with it going downward across from her right shoulder to hip. Body spinning as she slammed her tanto into the skull of the Patchy, eyes brimming with pure rage. "Damaged Hades property … DEATH! DIE! DIE! DIE! DIE!” Shigure spun back around as she crouched down, tanto cutting the legs of Bubbly and Greenie as Patchy dissolved to dust leaving only his soul stone and blood on the wall in his memory. The angered Shigure could care less though, her mouth only lipping the same word over and over, ‘die’.

Shigure jumped back as Bubbly and Greenie tried to slash at her. Left hand reaching across to her right armguard pulling out her second tanto as she landed. Both weapons in hand as she rushed forward. Left hand rose to sever the hand of Greenie, while right hand cut forward to cut open the guts of Bubbly as she passed them. Their cries of pain not registering in her berserk state, cold eyes still gleaming with hatred far behind them as she spun around and rush back in for another slash.

Right armguard pushing Greenie’s stub hand away before she stabbed him between the eyes like her left hand did to bubbly. Three goblins and two werewolves had died in her wake in one day, and she still wanted blood to run across her blades. Hands quickly moving downward as the blood splattered the floor before she went to sheath her weapons while growling afterwards. Leaning down to get the soul stones, goblin ear, and her shuriken she had dropped before pulling her weapons out of the wall also. Eyes returning to the satchel bags of the dead as she never finished checking what she could sell to the dwarf for extra profit.

Returning to the older brother's bag as she kept pulling things out, sorting them slightly this time. There was not much left though, medical supplies and a fire starting kit with some wood covered in cloth. Turning to face what she had pulled out while her right hand reached for the bread to nibble on as she spoke to herself. "Hades said … weapons more than metal… metal more than food… But I'm hungry so no food from this bag.” Moving to place the daggers and pendent back into the bag along with the medical supplies before going to the next bag, not expecting all that much.

A few gold coins, a set of daggers, a matching pendant to the one the brother had, and some food wrapped in cloth. Going back to the other bag before she tossed everything into one bag and took the short sword off the dead younger brother, and the one on the ground where the older brother dropped it before looking to their clawed gauntlets. Placing one short sword in the bag before she slammed the short sword to the younger brother’s arm and began severing the arm just over the weapon. Once she go about three fourths through the am she began pulling while cutting until the arm was free from the body.

Focus setting on the next body before doing the same. Using the weapon still in hand to help her move the corpses away from the door, sever the ears and tails from the bodies and storing them into the bag and began to leave the dungeon. Her expression was clearly annoyed as she kicked stones out of her path while going towards the exit. "Annoying goblins… Now hades won’t praise me because I let her property get damaged…” Shigure kicked another stone out of her way before a pair of goblins crossed paths with her. Shigure let go of the satchel bag and rushed forward as they slowly turned to notice her.

Arms crossing to Tanto handles before pulling them out and severing the necks of the goblins in the process. Slashing the blades again to remove the blood as she rose with the goblins turning to dust behind her. Sheathing the weapons slowly, picking up the stones left behind, and her loot bag before resuming her path to the exit. Stopping her small fit with kicking stones to avoid having to drop her bag again. Reaching the exit she left the guild hall quickly, she never learned that the members of the guild could be asked to exchange the stones for coins, she had her own trader who also was fine with stolen things. Long as it had been a few days since the theft before they reached him. Until then she needed to find a spot to hide her loot near her house until then.

_____Another day, Another desperate attempt to get stronger to be Hades favorite tool. Shigure was feeling the adrenaline today even without her morning cup of warm milk and coco in her system. Her figure bouncing with each step as she descended to the second floor, hands holding her coffee cup carefully to avoid spilling her drink. Her back still stung a bit from the previous day within the dungeon, but not enough that Shigure would give up on trying to train and get stronger. Reaching the bottom step Shigure was greeted by a group of adventurers who raised their weapons to block the tunnel into the dungeon further.

_____"If Nyaa don’t want your arms ripped off, you will drop those weapons and let me pass.” Shigure spoke happily as she lifted her drink to her mast and took a small sip while looking at the two human adventures blocking the path, and the two dark elves they had for backup. ”Or you can just pay the toll and we will let you through little kitten.” Shigure’s eye began to twitch at the comment from the left human. Slowly lowering her figure as she set her drink down and looked back to the male. "Few people called me Little kitten, even fewer lived after doing it.” Shigure rushed forward, stepping over her cup and getting her weapon from her cloak.

_____However she was not so much expecting the dark elves to be fellow speed fighters. Slowing down as she jumped back to avoid the two chained swords from the two who slowly recoiled their weapons back. ”Not the smartest move Little kitten, these two here are rather good at keeping people safe if you pay them. Sadly that action just rose the toll to get past here so pay up.” Shigure’s eye twitched again before she walked to her drink and picked it up. "Can’t kill goblins so you try to make money by having people pay to advance past you, coward tactic.” Shigure hummed to herself, though not trying to hide her insult from the two humans who rushed towards her.

_____Shigure knew two things about hired help, the first is the more you pay the better they act. The second, they don’t care much if you rush to attack someone and not order them to do such. Right hand moving back as she splashed the hot drink in the eyes of the first human while her left hand moved her tanto back out and lodged it into the other human’s stomach. "Anger is a funny thing, makes people so much easier pray in my opinion.~” Shigure slowly twisted her tanto while dropping her cup and getting her second tanto out to apply a mirror wound to the other humans gut.

_____”Ok ok, you can go without paying, just get … the dam weapons out of our!” The male tried to speak as Shigure cut his gut open while she turned to face them. "I’m sorry but you have to pay for weapon removal out of gut, did I not say that before? Sorry, must have forgot when you called me little kitten to warn you about it.~” Shigure pulled her tanto out of the other male who had not spoken before stabbing it into the one who had spoken the death sentence. One tanto was resting at the base if his rib cage, while the other was moved to rest at the base of his neck as Shigure smiled under her mask.

_____Unlike any other time in the past when Shigure could end someone’s life and do it, she simply pulled her weapons back and began to spin them to get the blood off as she passed the dark elves who did not move to stop her this time. "Some kittens have real sharp claws, remember that or Nyaa might get killed for it.” Smiling happily as she sheathed her weapons and went to find the way to the third floor or some monsters to fight. Something deep inside her told her that killing any more adventures in the week would cause Hades some trouble so she would ‘try’ to refrain from such actions.

_____"Nyaa would have loved to kill them though… Hope a group of monster does it though… Nobody call me Little kitten!” Shigure stomped for a bit while she spoke trying to deal with her small fit. Soon however her fit was cut short as Goblins began to emerge from the wall before her, one fully red drawing her focus. Reaching for her tanto once more as she looked at her foes closely. Two green goblins, one with a club while the other held a sling. Then there was two bluish green goblins with a dagger for one of them and a shield for the other, lastly the red goblin who just had sharp teeth and nails.

_____Five on one was not exactly ideal for Shigure. She was much better with picking off her targets rather than fighting them all at once. Sadly she did not buy more smoke screens and she wanted to refrain from using magic as much as possible. Her figure slowly settling closer to the grounds as her fingers began to tightly wrap her two weapons held with one in each hand to her sides. Her main threats would be the ranged goblin and the red one. However for now she simply had to figure out if this guess was correct. As the five foes set foot on the ground Shigure hissed lightly to draw their focus, her footing slowly back tracking to try and act afraid to lure them in recklessly.

_____Shigure was not expecting the red goblin to be so fast. Her footing stumbling was the only reason the goblin's teeth had not sunk into her left shoulder as she defensively jumped back with a look of surprise across her face. Her hands spinning the tanto once more to face them forward as she focused only on the red goblin. The creature screeched before rushing towards her again, his speed once more startling Shigure and causing her only to jump away from his jaw. She could not find a chance to attack him, the fear he could side step and make her miss was heavy on her mind.

_____Sadly the other goblins would not allow Shigure to simply ignore them as the two with weapons began to run towards Shigure. She did not have much time to react between their aggression and the red Goblin's blitzing. Right arm slashing widely to cut the hand of one goblin with a shallow cut before she jumped away from the other two goblin's attacks. She was starting to learn their patterns, but there was still the ranged goblin and the shield wielding goblin that seemed to be sitting things out causing Shigure to focus on them more then those attacking her.

_____If she had not been doing such she might have been able to avoid the club connecting with her head and sending her mask into the wall to her left side. A small bump just over her right eye as they glowed with hatred. Why was it always the goblins that could hurt her? Fangs barring as she hissed while looking at the goblins with pure hate, but washed under a expressionless mouth. "Now Nyaa pissed me off!" Blades spinning as Shigure took a few more steps back trying to find a good place to fight them.

_____Shigure sadly was not having much luck when it came to finding a very narrow corridor. Taking a turn to her right, then another right before she found herself within a large open space, the complete opposite thing she was looking for. The Goblins began rushing in while Shigure tried to find another way out only to notice it was a dead end. Tounge clicked with annoyance as she jumped away from the red goblin still not feeling safe with slashing at him. The shield and sling goblin stayed at the tunnel exit leaving Shigure trapped unless she could break past them and the three goblins attacking her already.

_____Grinding her teeth she had to start fighting before she burnt herself out with just running around and avoiding the attacks. The dagger wielding goblin rushed forward trying to slash across Shigure's chest region. Her left hand held tanto pressing the bottom right side of the slash and trying to direct it away before her right tanto was lodged into the goblin's throat. The club goblin hitting her outward extended arm as she jumped back before she could cut the throat more. The dagger goblin dropped his tool and began trying to stop the bleeding before it turned to dust leaving only the stone behind.

_____"One down four to go..." A self monolog to remind herself she was still fighting, another jump left with a slight stagger and heavy breath to avoid the red goblin. If that one got a hit on her she could only assume it would be the first of many so she had to avoid it. Another deep breath as she tried to relax her muscles while still keeping alert enough to dodge and counter as she needed to. Sadly the lowered reaction time was focused on by the sling goblin who shot a sharp stone to hit Shigure's eyebrow and cut it open. Left hand moving to hold her eye while right moved to connect with the Club goblin's weapon.

_____Her left eye was not hit or damaged thankfully, this was reassured when she moved her hand away from the eye and could see the goblins clearly. But with blood soon to cover her left eye she was going to either find something to stop the bleeding, or close her eye to avoid the pain from blood in her eye. Weighting the two choices as she swung her left tanto towards the red goblin to detour is rush forward. Sling goblin slowly pulling back another stone before shooting it towards Shigure. Sliding to the right before ducking to avoid both the stone and the club swing for her ribs.

_____Daggers slowly moved towards her mid section before she sprung upward and slashed upward with both weapons against the club goblin. When the two blades reached the neck however she moved to cross her arms cutting the throat twice and covering herself with blood. The goblin quickly turned into dust and leaving it's stone behind before Shigure could move her focus to the red goblin that shouted at her before rushing in. Slowly Moving down as Shigure waited for the best moment, four feet away two feet away before she shouted. "Shadow!" The air turning black while she rushed forward towards the goblin.

_____Both tanto moved to stab into his lungs before she began twisting her weapons and stabbing him as many times as she could muster in his chest region. As the shadows began to fade from all her motion the Goblin was still standing, but barely. Countless stab wounds lined his chest as Shigure panted from all the quick movement. both hands moved to stab the Goblin's forehead to end it's life before she staged back trying to catch her breath. The shield goblin had yet to move away from the sling goblin, while the sling goblin was pulling back another sharp stone. A light hiss as Shigure moved to fighting stance.

_____Shigure was not a gambler, she did not like the idea of risking something that could be gained or earned in a easier way. But as she slowly stood up and sheathed her two weapons she was already taking on the gamble. These goblins had yet to rush forward or split from each other, so she was taking the gamble they would remain to do such even if she did not have her weapons drawn. The sling goblin sent a rock that would graze Shigure's cheek from remain still and making no attempt to dodge it. Her eyes locked on the exit, only seeing the Goblins with the corner of her eye. Slowly kneeling down as she got ready to, what someone would assume pounce past the two goblins, but her idea was much more of a gamble.

_____"Shadow!" The black smoke rose once more as Shigure waited, only listening to the sound of the goblin's sling being pulled back. The smoke was just short of getting her to them forward, but as she reached for her side bags to get two shuriken in each hand it was clear to herself, that this gamble was, could she hit her targets? Then she jumped upward, head and arms poking out of the smoke just long enough to get a quick register of where her target was before landing once more. A deep breath escaped her lips as she throw all four Shuriken.

_____She left the outcome in fate's hands, a goblin's shrike and the sound of metal lodging into wood told her some of her attacks had missed, but some had hit was enough for her. Getting her tanto back out as she rushed out of the smoke gunning right towards the goblins now. One shuriken rested in the shield, one in the left eye of the sling goblin and the other passing by, but not before it took out the rubber band of the sling on the goblin's arm, sadly the fourth missed entirely. Shigure thrust her left hand toward the raised shield and began fighting the Goblin in a battle of strength. using all of her strength she had in her left arm to try and move the shield so she could stab the heart of the sheild Goblin before her and get to the sling goblin.

_____The continued battle of strength would not be over quickly or any time soon. The two evenly matched as Shigure kept trying to lean all of her weight to the left while the goblin moved right to contest it. For Shigure, she was unsure if it also effected the goblin she was clashing with was the loud screeching of the sling goblin as it tried to get the Shuriken out of the left eye socket. Shigure's ears lowering down to try and block some of the sound before she made a quick change and mover all her weight left to match the goblin.

_____Shigure fell towards the right, slowly spinning her body to face her back to the goblin before she slammed the free blade in her right hand into the Goblin's ear and twisting it before she fell to the ground with the goblin. Her hands shaking from exhaustion as she let the blades fall just as the Sling goblin regain his senses and returned into the fighting scene. His figure moving over Shigure as it tired to jump down on top of her. Shigure's nose cringed at his breath as he kept trying to bite her face and neck, the only thing stopping it was Shigure's weak grip on his neck.

_____The claws of the Goblin scratching into Shigure's arms as she hissed and kept fighting the strength battle she was terrible at. Growling before she slammed her forehead to the Goblin's and pushed it to the ground with her over it. She had tossed her weapons down already, leaving only one tool left in her arsenal. Teeth soon sank into the Goblin's neck as she tried to use her fangs to rip the flesh and sever an artery. The taste of goblin was much worse then the smell as she had more incentive to rip him apart for tasting so bad. After a minute or two she finally ripped out a chunk of the goblin and spit it out to her right as she fell back and got off the goblin before it turned to dust "Five ... outa ... Five." Shigure spoke between panted breaths a she fell back to lay down and catch her breath while she could.
