Melody sat alone on a metal chair overseeing a small group of kids practicing a play. Her left leg crossed over right with hands rested on her lap calmly. She lightly clapped her hands as the kids bowed, their rehearsals had been going smoothly since Melody offered a hand. Slowly rising to her feet as she walked up onto the stage and moved a cardboard cutout of bushes over a few inches before sitting back down with a pleased expression. "Well everything seems to be running smoothly, and the set is set perfectly I think. Anyone wish to give it one more try?"

The kids all moved back to their spots as the other adult present walked over to Melody. "Thank you for helping us again Melody." A older women's voice sounded beside Melody drawing her focus. "Anything I can do to help out Sister." Melody smiled faintly as she retuned her focus to the play before her. it was a simple child's play covering the gods decent. Reaching under her seat as she pulled out the script and flipped the pages to the first set. "Our story begins ten years ago. In the halls of Heaven as the gods spoke of their stories like so many other times before."

The first few kids came out onto the set, the others spinning the props to resemble a golden hall. 'Zeus tell the story of when you slayed the dragons!' A small kid with a winged helm a size to big over his head spoke up. His focus set on a child with a gray beard and paper lighting bolt in his hand. 'So there I was standing on the mountain, when the dragon ...' - 'Boring, we heard this story countless times Hermes, it's grown stale!' A third figure spoke up, dressed in a black cloak, and a skull resting in his hands as her approached from stage left. Everything seemed to be going smoothly, Melody only hopped he did not trip over his cloak again.

  2. He'd heard it in passing while wandering the streets of Orario today. Word that there was to be a play which portrayed the many gods telling stories of their times while up in Heaven. Originally, it sounded like an incredibly boring tale for anyone to have to sit through. However, when he heard that it would be cast by a group of children, he somehow found that perhaps it would be of more interest that way. So he made his way through the Entertainment Quarters of the city, following the bits of conversation here and there, as well as a few people who were advertising it as such. After a bit of wandering, he finally came across a stage in an open area, children positioned about wearing somewhat crudely made costumes modeled after certain gods. This was definitely the place it would seem. For now, he opted to linger off to the side, leaning against the side of a nearby building as he watched and listened in to the lines being recited. Admittedly, it was rather entertaining to see children participating in the performing arts. Hopefully, it would all go smoothly for them.

Melody began to uncross her legs, her new sitting position on the edge of her seat ready to rush the stage as she saw fake-hades start to wobble as he reach his spot before standing up strait allowing Melody to return to her cross legged position. 'All of our stories have gone boring. And as long as we stay up in heaven it will remain that way.' Hermes spoke up causing Melody to hit the script to her calf lightly to get the kids attention. "That line was for Zeus my dear Hermes.." The kid bowed with a light blush as the kids laughed.

"Lets try that part again ok?" Melody reopened the script as the kids stopped laughing and got back to their spots. 'All of our stories have gone boring, and as long as we stay up in heaven it will remain that way.' This time from Zeus as Melody nodded with approval before a new figure arrived stage right. A flower print shirt and shorts. 'Then why not go to the mortal world then brothers, the girls don't have to know.' The new figure spoke as he grinned and the kids scattered stage left and right. "And so our male gods began their planning to visit the mortal world. Without the consent or approval of the other gods." Melody watched as the kids struggled to switch out the scene pieces, her figure rising along with her sister as they went to help them out.

  4. Every so often, Celius' attention would fall to the blonde woman in black. She seemed to be the on orchestrating the play, and assisting the children however she saw may be necessary. And in turn, they all seemed to enjoy her tutelage as well as her kindness. He couldn't help but smirk a little as one of the children spoke out of turn, but hey, at least they memorized the script, no? This would be the first experience he'd ever had with a performance of the entertainment sort. It was certainly intriguing, to say the least. The concept of mere mortals telling tales of how the gods came down unto Earth from the Heavens above, and how they came to that point. He couldn't help but stifle a snicker at the bit about the men going off without telling the women anything of it.

Soon, the children moved about in order to replace the scenery pieces and props, setting the stage for the next scene. He had to admit to himself that he was very much into this little play being performed by the younger children, the two women accompanying them getting up to assist in moving things about. The young Chienthrope had the slightest inkling to walk over and offer his assistance, only to reconsider the thought and opt to keep himself parked where he was. He didn't want to potentially disturb the performance. Not to mention, there was a chance that the children would not take kindly to someone like himself, what with his ears and all.

Melody could only take so much of the kids offsetting the scenery, but when her sister did it also Melody stomped her foot slightly to get her sister's attention. The older women shooting a 'really?' expression to her sister while she mouthed the words 'They are kids let them set it how they like sister.' before returning to help fake-Zeus align his beard. Melody's eye twitching slightly as she noticed the two cm to the left from centering it.

"they made it a measurement because it matters sister!" melody spoke coldly as she marched to the kid and adjusted the two centimeter difference that was causing her to be angry. to most it did not even seem like much of a change but to melody it was everything. Going over to the set pieces and adjusting them the few inches as the kids laughed at her. "your sister is so funny, why does she adjust everything or act like she is?" Fake-hades spoke up looking towards the older women who sighed lightly. "Because my sister is a picky person with a habit of seeing everything as wrong unless she fixes it." Melody ignored the insult as she kept setting things the RIGHT way.

Celsius watched as the two women helping the children seemed to be having a debacle of some sort. The one with the piercing green eyes shot the more elderly woman a look as if she'd just committed a heinous crime, while she in return looked back at the more stern younger one as if she was completely over-reacting... which was quite possible from Celsius' standpoint. Canine ears pricked at the sound of their voices speaking to the children, the Chienthrope finally unable to keep silent for much longer as he let out a snicker from the minor bickering. It was odd seeing people argue with each other over the smallest things, but somehow amusing to watch one get upset as such. He'd soon stifle his laughter with a hand as one of the children looked over in at him, soon tugging at Melody's sleeve lightly and pointing in his direction. Oops. Looks like he'd been found out. Maybe if he was quick enough, he could just quietly side-step his way out without being seen? Big maybe, though.

Melody was not the first to react to her Sleeve being pulled, the Butler was holding back the urge to slam the kid to the ground for off setting her sleeve with the tug. A deep breath with closed eyes before she looked towards fake-Hermes, and then to the area the kid had pointed. She had little experience with those of other races, and some she often got mixed up. Right hand rising as she turned to face the boy before pointing to a seat as she got ready to speak. "If your going to watch the performance, watch from the proper spot." Melody slowly lowered her hand before going back to setting the set pieces right hand adjusting her sleeve in the process.

"Forgive my sister Chienthrope, if something is not how it should be or how she thinks it should be ... She can be rather cold." The other women spoke kindly as she waved to a seat as the kids got back behind the set pieces now that Melody was done aligning them. The two women last to leave the set area as Melody handed the script to her sister before going to sit slightly further back then before. Her mind still growling as she knew it was this scene that truly drove her OCD batty, and needed to be far enough that her eyes could not tell if something was off by a few inches or so.
