In order to truly impress Zeus, you must put your life on the line and continually strive to improve your person and stand up to the adversity of day-to-day life and the adventurer's life. Zeus is not particularly good at management; as such, he gives each of his children an incredible amount of autonomy, hoping that they find their own path to glory. Although Zeus plays a fatherly role in guiding and helping his children better themselves, he does not sugarcoat when it comes to the failings of his children. Any child who cannot upkeep his grand values are expected to make themselves useful in some other way, such as paving the way for the children who are more talented. Zeus familia runs on a rigid meritocratic tradition. He realizes that motivated heroes requires a lot of recognition, which he addresses by dedicating a massive wall in their home to his children’s heroic records: be it kill-trophies or a framed illustration of their deeds. When world-class disasters occur, all members are expected to confront it together and save the world in the name of their almighty father.
