the location was unknown, the time was night. A chill wind blew on this winter night. No animals or insects were seen near this cliff in this distant country. In the distance was a harbor far off by the sea that stretched out before 'her'. A young woman stood at the top of a piece of land that reached out over the ocean that reflected the moonlight onto her even this far from up from the water. The cold wind blew hard across her on this high point. However, as her hair whipped about she made no attempts to warm herself or stand down from the wind. It may have mattered if she could feel, however she had no desire for such a ability. It was pointless.

She reached out her hand slowly into the wind and closed it as if trying to grab at the air. Opening her gloved hand and looked into it. Nothing, air was such a meaningless thing, just like everything else. Why did these 'things' need it? Why did anything need anything? Pointless. Seeing nothing she folded her arms and waited. No breath even came from her mouth into the cold night air.

The Liberator awaited one of her disciples without a single semblance of impatience.

  2. Braving the bitter cold, Inan had traveled more than seven hundred miles back to the site of the unknown. As he drew ever closer, he could not help but feel a little excited to visiting his master after so long. It was here on this moon kissed land from its desolate villages to this peaceful hill that the young prophet truly felt the closest to the Void – closest to his true home. That place wasn’t like the rest of the world for it could not leave any form of impression nor were there any words to really describe the site of the unknown.

That was what made it such a treasure but enough of such sentimentality. If the Liberator would go out of her way to call him here, then it was most likely important. The Void truly does bathe Inan in blessings. As Inan finally caught sight of the Liberator, he made a note that none of the other disciples were present and quickens his walking pace until he was before her. “Master….” The young prophet lowered himself to one knee with his expression seemingly devoid of all life. Having noticed the Liberator without her armor was especially nice since her physical form now must be fully tethered together in this physical realm and far sooner than expected Inan can see.

Could this be a sign that the Void will awaken far sooner than expected? Dear oh dear. What a happy thought. Inan had best watch out for those. “It is a pleasure to see you again Master, and so soon at that. What is thy bidding? How may I serve the Void on this very night? Is it the time to tell or perhaps I should wait for the other disciples if they are also expected?” Oh just listening to himself prattle was rather humorous to the young prophet and yet doing such was his nature.

The Liberator would not turn to the thing that spoke. No, her disciples were actually things that understood at some meager level what pointless existences they led. How fruitless everything was and that reality was a falsehood that should never have been at all.

"One that walks with me. No other is coming. For years I have traveled this thing called a world by the things that call themselves gods."

The voice echoed into the night. Even though her mouth moved, it was as if it neither came from her nor from away from her. It was also not real sounding, it sounded more like a mimicry of speech then a human.

"To use your tongue. The time is approaching. You are here to accomplish a new commandment."

The mysterious woman finally knew, finally knew what had to be done to fix all of this. To end that which was wrong to even exist. To end this pointless.... game. Even the sound that her throat emitted, called a voice, was horrible and loud to her. Voices only brought conflict and more chaos in the form of sound waves. All the disgusting working of the body as well. All of it was pointless. She had no choice however. Reality was forced upon her, but soon that was finally going to end.

"Your commandment thus is to fulfill the prophecy of the Void. Soon peace will come to you. Struggling and hardship. The book of existing itself will be forever closed to never again be reopened. The time has come for you alone to become enlightened."

Speaking in such a way was indeed pointless but it was the only way to lead the things called mortals. To make them believe you are a teacher and a guide that has all of the answers and some some such pointless garbage. This made them easier to use once she needed them and now she did.

"The absolute truth is in the Void. That is all that has been and all that should be. Everything else is a falsehood. Pointless. Long before you were all given life. the Void was filled with unending chaos. Taking away the peace and eternal silence. On this world is a cage that keeps Void from awakening. It is contained within the chaos that has tainted it's solitude with pointless elements."

The Liberator at last knew what was needed. It had taken so very long. Now she could reveal the next phase to her followers as she chose. However it was important to not over spread this information. This task required a degree of confidentiality.

"In this world among the false gods there is one known as Khaos. She is the door to the void. To truth for all. Covered in lies and falsehoods. Corrupted beyond salvation. However she, I and yet another all share the same fate. That of being the avatar of Void. I am the path, she is the door. All that is left is the key."

The Liberator. Truly had not yet discovered where the third avatar was, nor what persona they had become. The chaos had maintained complete control of the door as it's vessel so if the void had taken the Liberator. What was the need for the key at all? The Liberator decided that it must be just a conduit. Nothing more.

"Other disciples have gone on their tasks. You shall go to the door, Khaos. She is the embodiment of everything that must be erased. Use her. Grow stronger and spread the word of the Void whenever you are able. With my blessing you shall not succumb to the madness of her falna but may use it to further your power for the future ahead. For you have found truth in Void. Act as a puppet to the wills of this pointless world for but a bit longer."

She pulled out a small clear gemstone from her pocket she opened her hand and it defied all physics by floating behind her down to Inan.

"That is the Soul Key. You will now how why and when to use it only when I reveal it to you. No one is to know of this. Once the third avatar has been found and my final preparations have been completed. You will be told of the next step."

Her eyes closed, she was even tired of the sight before her. It was so painful to see. It was time to send off her disciple.

"Orario City is your destination. Go my child. Leave me."

The Liberator would say nothing else. There was nothing else to say and she hated to speak any more than was necessary.

  4. The ends of Inan’s smile stretched from ear to ear when he heard when the Liberator spoke. To think that this will be the night where it was time to act and for the seeds of cleansing to finally sprout at last. Now Inan was commanded to seek out Khaos, the so-called Goddess of chaos itself. Oh yes, the young prophet knew of that fool. Out of all the false idols and Gods, Inan has always considered her to be the most unpleasant but since she is the door to eternal peace then even she is tolerable.

Now to think that the Goddess of chaos will serve as the gateway to the end of all the calamity in this world. The irony was almost glorious. At the mention of the Soul Key, the young black lamb looked up and grabbed onto the gemstone before he tucked it into his robe. There wasn’t much to say now other then: “Yes Master.” The youth rose and turned around as he began his walk down to Orario City. Oh busy, busy, busy; Inan is going to be so busy these next couple of months.

So he went over what he had to do in his mind. Find Chaos, join whatever Familia she has, use her to increase the youth’s strength, and take some time to prepare her for the inevitable. Oh and let us not forget that Inan has to spread word of the Void along the way but under Khaos’s eye, he may not be able to do it so freely as he would like. All well. It all sounds easy enough. Inan knows that he has been a puppet for so long then it’ll be child’s play to play the role for a tad much longer. Now may the world fall in serenity of ever-blooming nothingness!
