@Korra Quinn Parvati shouldered her bag as she looked around the forested area she was in. Inside the bag was food and a book. What did the book detail? Well, when she was reading it, she came upon a section that talked about powerful magic users learning from animals. But that couldn't be true, right? She wasn't sure what to make of the new information. Did old sorcerers truly learn their skills from ancient beasts? It was something she couldn't comprehend, yet excited her. Perhaps she could become powerful that way too, if she found the right creature to teach her. But she needed advice from someone first. That was why she was in a forested area, she was looking for Korra, the strongest known magic user in Orario City and her friend that she was slightly jealous of. But she was able to put that jealousy aside in all the meetings they had, so it was no big deal for now. "Story singer? Story singer!" she called out as she began walking again, patting the bag that hung by her side, "I have a question to ask! Where are you, story singer?" She had been looking for her for some time, she didn't know how long. Why was it always so difficult to find her? True she was like a nomad, but it would be nice if she knew where she lived.
Korra had been true to her words, trying to make a sanctuary for the little butterflies had become a goal of her's, but she first needed to keep them together. From when she last met Parvati, she had one extra blue Papallion, the pair of blue butterflies flew struggling and occasionally bumping into each other as they tried to yank the rope that bound them apart. It was wrapped gently around their wings in an X pattern to ensure there was no way for them to slip out or free, but the pair continued trying to fight against their bonds. Kirin, the one they were both tied to around the stomach only occasionally flashed annoyed glances at the butterflies that were still fighting it. Kirin himself couldn't fight his weird summoner's beckoning after all, it didn't expect these two frail creatures to succeed in escaping her trap since even it couldn't escape at this point when it realized just how bizarre a person she was. Korra herself though was stretched out lazily along a tree branch, a fair distance higher up from Kirin that was curled up at the base lazily passing it's day as well. Korra with Lute in hand was idly playing a few strings, a few notes in thought as if considering words for her song once more, she usually passed time like this, this same pattern for her when she wasn't trying to touch girls. It was only when Parvati called out for her that she perked her ears and turned her head up with concern. Hearing her calling, Korra tried to slowly turn her body so that she could lean down off the end, her knees curled around the branch so she could hang down with a happy smile. Though that left her skirt flapping up revealing that very thin cloth that kept her covered up, she didn't hesitate reaching towards Parvati with beckoning hands happily gesturing to her. "Parvati~ Here~" She said as if expecting the girl to jump into her arms.
@Korra Quinn Parvati couldn't help but brighten up when she heard Korra's voice. She scurried over to the bard and waved, though she didn't really jump into her arms and give her a hug. Their level of friendship wasn't like that yet. "I am glad I found you," she said as she rummaged through her bag, "How is the...the sanctuary going? Have the butterflies like their new home?" After all the pleasantries were over and done with, she took out the book and opened it to the page she bookmarked. "Story singer, I have a question you may ask," she said, her expression comically serious, "Is it true that one can learn magic from animals? This book says many a master learned their magic from animals. I am unsure if it is true or not, is it?" She looked at the bard in earnest.
