Korra only flashed a warm grin looking up to Melody with a perked brow as if she were trying to think or reason her way through something as she spoke. "Mm, which one of us is the nervous one and the playful one then. I am feeling kind of nervous~" She tried to tease with a gentle smile that wasn't getting old. Korra was having a lot of fun after all, this was a happiness that was hard to come by, but having Melody around was definitely delightful. Reaching out she tried to softly pat Melody on the head to reassure the girl who looked like she was getting more and more nervous. She couldn't help a playful snicker thinking that Melody was unsure of exactly what to do, after all, she'd never really been put in this kind of situation in the past it seemed.

Being served the noodle bowl, particularly between them, Korra smiled brighter, reaching down to the bowl she gave it a soft shake to check the broth. Reaching down for the bowl, she smiled a little trying to lift some noodles to her mouth for a taste, a sweet hum coming through as she nodded thinking it was a good taste. She hadn't had a lot of ramen in her time after all, it was usually pastas but any kind of noodle or grain was good in Korra's eyes. Happily sipping some of the broth she tried to offer some to Melody just like the man said with a happy smile, an indirect kiss. She lifted a hand up to try and offer Melody the next bite with a nod. "How is it? This is your favorite then?" She asked wanting to know a bit more about Melody, after all that was the purpose of a date!

 

Korra only felt Melody jump towards her lap, a warm grin on Korra's face as she nodded back to the blind woman contently. Since she'd gotten such a boon why not take advantage of it? She held onto Melody shaking her head a little, trying to reassure her that it was okay, after all, Korra would never want to hurt someone, specially someone who cared for her. Though Korra was a bit more physically frail then usual, she reached her hands up to Melody's chest trying to give the girl's soft chest a sudden squeeze. "You surprised me a little too." She tried to tease back contently while she entertained herself with Melody for a short while until the girl settled. If Melody tried to struggle though, Korra would let out a wince or pained whine as if the girl's struggling hurt her or caused discomfort to try and urge her to stay.

In that kind of position, while idly spending her time with Melody, she'd try to finish her food as quickly as she could before letting out a soft sigh of relief, happy to be a bit full she nodded slowly. "There... Now all that's left is my errands. I've never really been good at logging and tree cutting though-- Can I delegate that to you my trustworthy servant?" She asked delightedly and affectionately trying to continue clinging to that soft chest of Melody's as she spoke. "I'll lead the way, but I still need you to carry me, I hope that's not a problem." She answered knowing that the hardest thing for her at this point was still getting around. If Melody decided to pick her up right away, the place Korra would lead her to is a space near town but not quite within it either, it was a splotch of land that was still wooded with bushes and trees or stones here or there. All things Korra would need to get rid of.
