Part time goddess Valis, if Freya wanted to go anywhere upward in society in the mortal world she would need the currency. If she had only thought a bit before coming down to the mortal world she could have used her power to make enough gold to go wherever she wanted in the upper district, but for now she needed to work her way up the old fashion way. It was for that reason her face was a rather bright red, and her body shaking nervously as she pulled her dress down to cover her legs. She was a goddess of love, sex, and beauty, and to be wearing a maid outfit sent numerous bad signals through her mind. She never wanted to be the goddess of those things, but she had to play her roll in the great game of fate, and this was no different. A long winded sigh slowly escaped her lips and filled the changing room as she gathered her nerves. Looking down she did not like how much of her chest was showing, but she truly felt unease about her shoulders being revealed. ”Relax Freya, you are working the day shift here and that is the only shift. The chances you will be seen in such clothing by a large group of people is little. Just make the money you need from here then move up to a job better fit for the likes of the goddess of gold." Her tone lightly nervous as she looked at herself in a mirror. While she had her regrets for picking such a job, she kind of liked the outfit. A small spin to see herself fully in the outfit before she heard knocking on the door. 'Freya, you ready yet, we need a little bit of help out here.' Her nervousness washing over herself again as she opened the door. and got ready for her short shift. Freya's appearance Tags: @Korra Quinn
Korra spent her time as she usually did, playing her lute for the masses, though she was a dungeon supporter, she worked only what she was hired to work. It was a lack of adventurers who needed and or trusted in her assistance that led her to her current job. Though she wasn't quite at the same level of Freya who was working a job that she was so unsure about that she would hesitate, instead, for Korra, this sort of work was common. She wasn't dressed in a unique outfit, instead she was still dressed in her usual hide clothing, her lute in her hand, she laid herself draped casually over a table as if it were her own personal living room. Though it looked insanely unprofessional, there wasn't a soul who corrected her, she had a rather unique reputation around town that allowed her to behave as such after all. She was someone who simply wouldn't let a girl go until they were either frustrated or smitten this role of her's was much more well known then any other, but adventurers knew her true role quite well. The song she played was well composed, the notes, the tempo, the atmosphere it provided was so perfectly coordinated as if a god themselves couldn't do better. Korra's talent for music was strong enough to appear in the shape of a skill that calmed insecurities and negativity and increased morale and confidence in those who heard it. It was for this reason, some treated Korra's sudden whimsical concerts like a treasure, it was also why nobody minded the reality that Korra only ever seemed to lazily move at her own speed through life. It was mid-music that she glanced back towards Freya, dressed in a made outfit, she perked her brow initially, her gaze scanning the goddess from head to toe as is assessing and analyzing assets. It wouldn't be hard for even a normal woman to feel the intensity of Korra's criticizing gaze upon them, it was because of this very intense gaze that she often sported a red palm print across her face every once in a while from a slap she no doubt deserved for looking too deeply. After a while, if Freya was paying attention to her, she'd see Korra's tongue slip out long enough to moisten her lips before she gestured with a lazy hand beckoning to the goddess as if asking for service with a coy grin. No doubt "this would have a similar result" were the thoughts many shared, but it was always a good show to see Korra causing disasters.
Part time goddess Freya's right eye twitched slightly, it was just her luck that a women would be looking her over like a trophy of some sort. Calling the goddess over only caused her frustration to show once more as she tensed her muscles gripping the small notepad for taking orders before forcing a annoyed smile at the girl. ”Would you please stop disrespecting this establishment and me as a individual mortal." Freya's gaze was lined with annoyance as she looked down at the women. She could care less if the manager told her to respect the customers, some did not deserve the goddess's respect. Slowly however, Freya lifted the notepad and reached for a pen held behind her ear with her free hand. She clearly was ready to stab the pen into the women's hand if she tried to touch her but if she respected that Freya was not the goddess people thought she would be they would have no further issues. ”What can I get for you today madam?" Freya spoke as kindly as she could, and it was clearly being forced as she twirled the pen between her fingers to keep herself from being all that nervous. Freya's appearance Tags: @Korra Quinn
Korra only let out a very mellow giggle at the girl's words about being disrespectful. It was a new retort to her antics, but not one that was unexpected. Korra's nature only allowed for a single speed, without urgency or lethargy she shook her head back in response to the comment about being disrespectful. "Now now, don't say something so harsh. I just want to be as relaxed as possible-- At the very least Kirin's not here so I have at least the bare minimum of respect right?" She spoke commenting on her mount that she didn't call into the restaurant since it would be bad for business. Korra's relaxed and lazy demeanor however, while unnatural wasn't exactly causing problems. "I'm very comfortable like this-- a nice clean table where the floor of the dirt won't get to me, it's not confining like a chair would be, it's very nice; very free. You too-- You should relax as well, just be yourself, it's far more lovely that way." She explained with a gentle gesture at the air before going back to playing the lute with a content expression. Her words were filled with neither disrespect nor empty flattery, instead, she tried to have a discussion as equals, as two people even as her fingers continued to dart across the strings to try and keep the mood calm since it seemed her waitress was flustered. Hearing Fraeya's voice though, Korra's ears perked, if nothing else, she was sensitive to sound, the anxiety in the goddess's voice wasn't hard for her to miss since sound and voices were something she understood well. "Take a deep breath--" She spoke, her gaze falling on her instrument as she tried to offer advice. "--It's best if you act natural, even if it's harsh what's most important is the comfort and quality of the service you provide. Once you have that down, you can afford to try different faces expressions and demeanor to set the mood you know?" She offered, flashing a mellow smile to the goddess with a glance before once more turning her eyes back down at her lute. A hum of consideration came from her lips as she considered what to order, but after only a few moments of silence, she finally answered with a gentle tone. "Something sweet to drink, not liquor though, surprise me~" She offered with a kind gesture, not too particular on what she was served as long as it wasn't alcohol and was sweet as she sipped it.
Part time goddess It was mortals like this that caused Freya to question if any of them had any sanity. They had timers over their heads, a limited time on this world and they would chose to spend it acting so carefree. A low sigh escaped her lips before she bowed slightly and walked away to find something sweet. She could care less what a mortal had to say about how she should act, her own stubbornness not wanting to accept others know things more then she did. A slow gaze set on a few drinks as Freya reach for a small glass to check the taste of each. She honestly did not want to taste any of the drinks that had been set out, but she wanted to at least try and do as she was asked. Slowly lifting a greenish transparent like pitcher towards the cup before stopping it after only a small amount of the content was within her cup. Glass slowly rose towards her lips as she inhaled the smell before even trying the taste. The small hint of alcohol made her pour the glass out in a sink before a quick rinse and moving to the second pitcher. It would be a few minutes of checking each before she would walk out with a pitcher and glass filled with ice. ”Honestly, if this taste bad don't blame me. I don't like any of the drinks they have back there, this one only barely made it onto my list as something sweet." Freya's face was slightly red as she seemed to shakily held the pitcher with some steam coming form the top. Slowly she let the almost clear liquid fill the ice glass before sliding it over to the girl, quickly moving her hand way to hold the pitcher steady. She knew that the alcohol of the other drinks she had tasted had started to get to her as she giggled lightly for no real reason. If the girl tried the drink she would first taste a fairly strong Honey flavor that would wash over with a bit of sugar. Under it, while almost unnoticeable to anyone without a good sense of taste was that slight bit of alcohol that had escaped Freya's sense of smell and caused her current situation. Nervously looking away from the girl as she kept shacking the pitcher slightly, her grip losing ever so slowly. Freya's appearance Tags: @Korra Quinn
Korra's mellow smile remained even as Freya slid away, it was only unfortunate that Freya kept her grievances to herself, if she talked to Korra a while longer, she'd find Korra had a rather unique reason for being so relaxed and calm. No matter what it was she was doing, where she was in the world and what task she tackled, it was all purely for the sake of women and girls. She pursued and chased them openly, blatantly and without a scrap of restraint because she felt that was the only thing she needed in life to be happy. With only one thing to work towards, life came very easily to Korra, who didn't covet anything more then the warmth of a companion she'd yet to find. Wealth, lavish partying, delicious food, fine liquor were all, large homes and accommodations; all of these things weren't worth more then a blade of grass or grain of sand to Korra. She was content with a tree to protect her from the rain, and a large bag to protect her from the cold, bread when she was hungry and water when she was thirsty. Seeing Freya leave to taste the drinks though, Korra chuckled to herself finding her ploy to be rather clever. A Goddess no matter who would find a hobby or direction somewhere, she imagined Freya who worked as a waitress didn't yet have one, so giving her more opportunities to expose herself to mortal culture would no doubt help her understand. while this was Korra's earnest and innocent intention, she was oblivious to it's potential to go wrong from the girl's weak senses. She relaxed idly in wait for Freya to return, though as she approached she could tell visibly that something was wrong. Korra's talent pertained only to music, only to her senses after all, the quality of her ability in those areas was the totality of her worth as a supporter after all. She noticed something wrong the moment Freya started approaching her again. Rather then dwelling on it or shaming the goddess though, Korra tried to gently pet the table beside her, trying to offer Freya who seemed to have a few drinks a seat beside her. "Why not take a seat with me, if nothing else someone to talk to would help me find inspiration." She spoke as if anticipating that Freya would refuse if made an offer to help the goddess. Accepting the drink, she gazed down at it briefly before smiling towards Freya pulling it close, but not taking a drink as she continued playing idly. "Do you like music?" She asked, but rather then waiting for Freya's response, Korra continued with background music that was easier on the ears. "I like music." She answered her own question continuing. "How people respond to it and receive it tells me a lot about them. I've seen a lot of really amazing dancers since I've started playing, though I'm not sure how good Gods are at at that sort of thing." She said with a soft smile as if trying to playfully provoke Freya who had written off her advice, she assumed provocation would be an easy way of reaching her.
Part time goddess "Honestly ..." Freya cut herself off as she looked to see the pitcher almost falling out of her hands and moved to reset her grip on it before she spoke again. "I did not listen to much music when I was in heaven, I just watched the mortals that did something with their small time here looking for someone..." Freya's hostility was gone as she remained standing at the end of the table tapping the bottom of the pitcher with a slightly off rhythm to try and match the music. "So I guess I can safely say I've never danced before in my life. At least not as long as I could remember. I'm the goddess that is the strict one and has to tell most the others to stop being such fools..." Freya's tone held some sadness, she truly was the strict one because she felt like as one of the older goddess she had to be the adult and never let herself relax and enjoy things around her. It was why she rarely drank because she knew exactly what happens when she relaxes. A faint hiccup escaped her lips as she moved one hand to cover her mouth slightly red. "Any ... Anyways ... Can I get you anything else for today miss?" She had loosened up just a small bit, her shoulders less tense but still on edge because she did not trust the women before her all that much from first encounters. Her focus quickly looking around to see a few other tables needed some help as she looked back to the women before her on the table. She was hoping for a answer before she was asked to another table from a customer. Freya's appearance Tags: @Korra Quinn
With a soft, almost disappointed sigh, Korra couldn't help reaffirming the uselessness of pride seeing the state of the woman before her. Truly such a lofty status meant little without experience or knowledge to back it. Instead, she leaned her head to one side, believing she might as well be talking to an inanimate object, but effort was it's own rewards she thought justifying her actions. "Is discipline for the sake of strictness such a valuable thing? Don't you think it's more important to have a direction then a stern-ness?" She asked the goddess who was a few drinks in it seemed. Korra didn't have any kind of trouble having a debate with this sort of person, though Korra often moved at a singular speed no matter what regardless. "No matter how foolish, how lazy or silly. We all live lives mastering a craft and pursuing a goal. I've always been of the mind that those most foolish are those who try to pretend to be something they're not-- Those who try to enforce their ideals or creeds on others." She explained hanging her head to one side finding Freya's attitude to be cute. Korra was naturally sensitive to tones and expressions, seeing the girl acting the way she was while under the influence was something that she wouldn't miss. "It might do you some good to study us a little-- even if it's just superficially, to understand what drives us, motivates us, what we live for. You might come to understand why so many other gods came down to walk among us." She explained idly, knowing that 'boredom' was a reason for a lot of gods and goddesses descending. Her own was no different she thought, Bri's nature was one she assumed couldn't tolerate a place like the heavens anyway. With Freya working hard though, Korra didn't exactly want to stifle this goddess who was at least struggling to do her best at some menial work. Though she knew the girl was probably a little out of it from the tasting, Korra shook her head with a mellow smile. "No no, I'm alright with this. I'll let you know if I need anything else~" She spoke not wanting to keep the waitress too long. Naturally, if Freya walked away, it wouldn't be too long before Korra began considering lyrics idly. If Freya was working long enough, she'd hear yet another person slapping Korra in passing. Though the blow crumpled the bard pretty easily because of her frail constitution, there wasn't hate or disdain on anyone's faces, even as the girl stormed out, Korra could only exhale a relaxed sigh, rubbing her cheek hoping to wipe the mark away somehow.
Part time goddess Freya was not able to fully think about what the women had said, but she did know that other guest needed to have their orders taken so she moved away with a slight bow of her head. Making a stop at the counter to leave the pitcher to free her hands before she moved to a small group of muscle head adventurers all beaten up. The first made the mistake to look Freya dead in the eyes before crawling away from her as she spoke. "Is there anything I can get for you today misters?" Her tone, while slightly annoyed was the largest amount of kindness she could muster for any mortal, and that was not much to be honest. She watched with a dull gaze as one of the males tried to touch her hand only to find his pinned to the table, her pen between his fingers as she smiled coldly at him. Slowly moving her pen back along with her arm and hand as she kept her focus on them until she heard the sound of someone being slapped. Slowly turning her head to see the victim be the girl she was previously server she could not help but smile slightly, the girl deserved at least that much she thought. Focus setting back on the males as the largest of them coughed a bit like he was trying to get her attention. "You can get me some of you, I like the feisty ones." The group of men began to laugh as Freya moved to lean against the table and got right into his face. Her tounge slowly tracing her lip before she spit in his face causing him to fall out of his seat. "Does spit count?" A rather harsh tone as she slowly pushed off the table and looked at the rest of the group. She was in no mood to deal with muscle heads, they never had anything worth listening to, at least that was how it was with the muscle head gods she had known. Freya's appearance Tags: @Korra Quinn
Korra lazily continued reclining and playing music through the chaos, oblivious to Freya's good feelings about her being hit. The Goddess might be bothered if she ever found out just how much Korra didn't mind that sort of thing. She made the effort to reach out to them after all, every risk has it's consequences and rewards, Korra naturally accepted both the positives and negatives when dealing with girls. If anything it was a badge of honor for Korra who was trying so hard and so persistently reaching out for her goal. While it stung and she'd be stuck with the mark for a good long while, it would do very little to deter her efforts to find and tease others. The group of thugs though made her sigh heavily before rolling her head towards Freya's direction, it was an unfortunate encounter lacking class on both sides Korra thought. Finding it cute for the harsher Freya but in poor taste for the thugs who didn't know when to stop. She idly played for a long while, finally draining the glass she had taken from Freya previously. Though it had alcohol it wasn't a big deal for Korra, she preferred not drinking it since it would make many question how honest she was when she was professing undying love, but still she needed an empty glass. Glancing towards Freya who was already starting a scene, Korra finally heaved a sigh, trying to chuck a glass from across the room to the man's head The glass drew a beautiful arc through the air before crashing against one of the groups' heads splintering with a crash. Korra remained contented, relaxed despite suddenly assaulting someone. With a hand raised, she wore a mellow smile beckoning for service. "Another glass-- Something sweet, no alcohol~" She urged after making sure the man stayed down, her sense of urgency still non-existence, unbothered by her attempt to help the Goddess out of trouble, instead, Korra simply relaxed and patiently waited for her next drink while moistening her lips.
Part time goddess Freya did not what to do the next few things, but fearing the outcome she had to act against her own self interest. Her feet sliding her over a few paces as the glass hit the back of her head, her arm moving to catch it before it fell to the ground as she slowly spun to smile at the girl who had thrown it. While Freya truly wanted the group to suffer, if something was to break of the restaurant's shift because of her then it would no doubt come out of her pocket. "Understood miss, ill get it in just a moment so please be patient." Turning back to the group of males as she took their order and moved towards the kitchen to give their order to the cooks before going back to looking at the drinks. As the door closed behind her she fell down on her knees. One hand holding her head as she did her best to stay focused. Her mind was starting to slip into her drunk side and that was the last thing she wanted to happen while she worked. Shakily she rose back up and made her way to the drink area slowly. Scanning over the drinks before decided to just go with something that was recommended from a different waitress who rushed back out to help a rather rowdy guest who had been drinking a bit to much. Freya had to admit, this job came with a lot more then she assumed it would. Picking the apple juice out and getting a new cup out before she moved to return to the women with the red slap mark and began to pour the drink for her at the table once again. Doing everything to avoid eye contact. Freya's appearance Tags: @Korra Quinn
Seeing the Goddess picking up the glass, Korra couldn't help a small chuckle, she felt that Freya might not know that Waitresses weren't often responsible for that sort of thing but she didn't want to butt in in case she was wrong. Making things difficult for this poor girl who already seemed to have it hard wasn't something she was willing to do. Instead, she flashed a mellow smile nodding back contented as she relaxed back into her table to pass time once more. Though she noticed how long Freya was taking in the scheme of things, earlier she'd been rather quick and abrupt after all, it made Korra frown somewhat wondering if maybe things were getting to the goddess, not exactly sure just how hard things were for Freya in this state. Seeing her finally stagger over, to pour her a drink Korra noticed a bit more that the change was becoming more and more glaring. A soft sigh crossed her lips as she watched Freya closely, perhaps much to the goddess's chagrin, she kept a steady eye on the woman's gazing back at her with eyes that shimmered with both concern and expectations. Receiving her juice, she looked down, contented, it was one of her usual at least, this or pears but they were all the same to her and carried the kiss of sweetness she adored. "You don't seem so good." She'd say blankly. "Why not try to take the rest of the day off? If you keep going like this, a bigger accident might be caused and you might end up being fired." Korra offered slowly rising up to the table's edge to meet her face to face, a radiant expression on despite the red mark on her face. She wouldn't reach for Freya to try and escort her out, or even really offer to take her back to her place instead. Korra herself didn't have a place; a free spirit like her slept out under the stars with her mount at her back to keep her warm, though someday she anticipated having someone beside her, that day surely wouldn't be today. "If you need a place to sleep it off, I could find one, but you'll not last at this rate." She spoke with a genuine sigh of concern.
Part time goddess "I'm fine miss, Im just feeling the effects of alcohol in my system, as long as i don't mistakenly drink anymore I should be back to normal in a bit." Her voice was kind, and not just partly her shell down as she was not able to keep holding it up while drunk. A calm smile across her face as she made no hostile action for being approached so closely, she only playfully laughed before speaking some rather out of character words. "Any closer and Im kissing you, please stay back." Her face red as a apple as she moved her face away and tried to look the girl in the eyes. There was not much else Freya could do to keep herself in check anymore, the bad feeling bubbling up in her system of losing the control she had over herself to the annoying alcohol in her system. She took a uneasy step back and noticed her view switch to the ceiling as she began to fall backwards, her left leg tripping over her right like a fool. Should she not be stopped she would soon bang her head against the table of a small group of girls and spill the pitcher over her dress. It was a good thing she had black under the white of the maid outfit but the events made her cover her face. "I'm sorry ... I'll clean it up right away ... Im such a clumsy fool when I get drunk I hate it ..." Her voice seemed to be normal again, but her actions mirrored that of a drunk. A slow rise up only to fall down again as her hand slipped in the apple juice she had spilled onto the floor. her right hand kept at her head where she had hit it against the table while she kept trying to do her job, she was not going to leave on a bad note on her first day at work. She needed to show she could handle the job no matter what came her way. Freya's appearance Tags: @Korra Quinn
Korra couldn't help a mellow sigh, seeing the girl's condition, the retort made her moisten her lips though. How often was it that people tried to tease her? Korra was certainly someone who should never be allowed an inch, the moment she felt there was hope, she'd sink her teeth in like a wild dog and not let go no matter how hard someone was striking her. "Now now, you don't have to be coy and dance around-- If you want to kiss me I'll not fight it." She spoke as if Freya's words were a playful or coy invitation rather then a warning. Korra was absolutely not someone who needed to be warned or even made aware of affections incoming, instead she welcomed such pleasant surprises without hesitation. The girl falling and striking her head though made Korra sigh, naturally Korra was a deviant, she was both relentless and persistent in her efforts to have the affections of girls, but it was those affections that was more important then the other things. It brought a mellow and content smile to her face seeing Freya's true nature even if it was just a few flickers here and there. "No no, that won't do. At this point now, I insist." Korra spoke as she leaned down, trying to drape her arms around Freya, she tried to hug her, but it wasn't a gesture meant to take advantage of the goddess, instead, she held her innocently as she spoke in a very low tone, her lips practically brushing the girl's ear from how close she tried to speak. "Think about it rationally if you must. Covered in juice, staggering about, falling over. There'll be no end to the trouble if you stay, but leaving now while things are still at this point would be the better option mm?" She offered trying to slowly help Freya up even trying to sling the girl's arm over her shoulder. She wanted to offer her a place to stay, but Korra's own options were limited as she turned her head to Freya with a lazy sigh despite carrying the woman against her side. "Do you have a home somewhere? Or should I take you to one of my places?" She offered, though in truth all of her places were either spots of land that she'd sectioned off with a lazy collection of fence posts or a nice tree she'd drape a tarp over or curl up in a sack under. While that sort of rustic environment might not suit Freya, if Korra had no other option, she'd resort to that peaceful setting rather then the hustle and bustle of an inn or hotel of some sort.
Part time goddess Freya moved away from the girl when she tried to get her arm around her. "I said I'm fine ... I only had a little so it should not happen much longer silly..." Leaning against a seat as she got herself up with a small laugh. She did not even want to remember this embarrassment but she was not drunk enough to black out her memory, and she did not like when she did drink that much so she was trying to just deal with her mistake of drinking the drinks rather then ask others what each pitcher had in them before hand. A staggered step towards the kitchen and back of the café where Freya recalled seeing a mop that she could use should she spill something. Her own cloths not on her list of worries for the moment since others could slip on the juice unless she cleaned it up quickly. Reaching the door as she laid against it for a moment before her hand finally found the handle and she fell forward into the kitchen. "If I could just use my powers I could get rid of the alcohol in my system..." A light mumble as she started to walk a bit straighter and got the mop to support herself when she started to fumble over her own feet. Returning to the mess as she began to clean it, a light hiccup escaping her lips as she worked on fixing her mess. "What is your names anyway mortal miss? And why are you son concerned for a goddess, we can handle ourselves just ..." Her words cut short as her eyes grew dull and she began to fall forward. A light exhale of breath as she began to fall asleep much to her own disliking. At least she was going to be back to normal after she got a quick nap, that's how it worked when she was a goddess anyways. Freya's appearance Tags: @Korra Quinn
Korra only heaved a small sigh hearing the girl's reaction. A roll of her eyes, Korra could see rather clearly that that wasn't true, the poor girl was forcing herself. Rather then being put off or being persistent though, she waited, as if feeling that it would become clear sooner or later anyway. Relaxing once more, Korra could only heave a sigh knowing that this probably wouldn't end well. It seemed very clear to Korra's eyes and gaze that the girl was forcing herself, she wasn't exactly sure why there was a need to push so hard but with a shake of her head and a regret in spirit, she couldn't really do much to change her mind. When Freya started to dip though, Korra stretched out a leg trying to hook her body to keep her up right for a while longer. Leaning up, she tried pulling Freya back embracing her with a heavy sigh, it was the end she suspected would happen, but not the one she necessarily wanted. While Korra was a deviant and womanizer, what she appreciated was love and warmth, neither of which could be provided by someone unconscious or unwilling. While she wouldn't refuse the other things, they weren't something she would put her neck out for resulting in a tired sigh. "I'll take care of this one." She commented with a groan, though she earned several provoking whispers, and there would perhaps be no end to the rumors, Korra's heart was at least honest even if others would endlessly doubt her. Making it out of the bar, Korra, held onto Freya for a while longer, setting her Dungeon sack down for a moment, she used it to cradle Freya laying her in it like a hammock before speaking an incantation. The incantation was a long chant, but it was needed for her to use magic to transport Freya. Once she finished lightning would seem to strike as her mythical mount made it's appearance with the crackle of thunder and lightning. A majestic horse stood, it's hoof occasionally digging at the ground idly but unlike Korra it had a very prideful and diligent appeal to it making it clear that it was a creature of status. Unfortunately it's size as a horse suggested it was also a child, but the Silver scaled horse stood knowing what Korra had called it for, even if it turned it's nose up at the thought of being used as a beast of burden it would still be forced to. "A nice shady tree or something Kirin." She spoke patting the draconian horse on the head as she began walking alongside it taking glances at Freya in the bag as they went.
Part time goddess Even if Freya wanted to react to the things going on around her she was limited to only mumbling things. Her body only lightly feeling the support of another likely the girl who seemed so worried about her, she wanted to hit the girl for touching her without permission but she could only lightly exhale and be taken along for the time being. "No touching me to much ... Or I'll get mad..." Her gentle tone as she seemed to fall a bit more, not making the carrying all that easy. When she was moved and began hearing a chant she could only wonder what this girl was doing. Body shifting slightly as she also moved her arm to pull her sleeve up a bit and snored a bit during the chant. By the end of the chant Freya had fully slipped into her dreams and it started with the usual watching mortals from heaven. "Mortals ... I will never understand you ... Such limited time for each of you ... yet ... ..." Her mumbling growing fainter as she was moved once again and just enjoyed her sleep for the time being. She could see heaven, or at least her part of it. The golden balcony overlooking the things below. She missed her solitude, there was fewer people judging her back in heaven now that most had left. Down here there was so many more people that seemed to judge every action she made since she was a goddess and it caused her to tense up and act hostile to stop them from wanting to stay around her. "I just want to stop being judged by others ... why does nobody understand that pressure and stop adding onto it..." Another mumble as she kept drifting through her dreams. Korra chuckled smoothly at the girl's muttering, shaking her head slowly, of course she'd be touching her, helping her into the sack alone had plenty of touching, but the other perhaps more important trouble was no doubt Korra's nature. There was no doubt she'd take some small advantage of this golden gift. "You won't hate it that much, I'm not some brute who'd simply rush to the finish line on the first encounter dear." She explained in an attempt to put the girl's worries to rest, but it might only end up causing more worries for the Goddess, Korra reached down trying to reassure her with a soft pat on the head as the Kirin continued trotting along. Hearing Freya's following mutterings was something that made Korra's smile a bit gentler. Her god also asked her about why she was so slow and steady even if she had such a limited time to do things-- There were gods and goddesses who had more urgency then Korra in a lot of ways. He wondered why Korra who had less time then them could be so relaxed, but glancing down to Freya she shook her head in response. "I can't speak for other people, but I only want to live for love-- Whether mine or someone else's I'll sing or drink for it-- Every piece of gold, monster core and herb for gold to support it-- Every meal, drink and effort for energy to chase it. I already know what I want, there's no reason for me to rush to get it at this point. There are so many out there I can love and who could love me-- so I'll take my time, move at my own speed and see what everyone thinks of me one at a time." She explained lazily with a bright grin. Even moistening her lips, it wasn't hard to see the truth in Korra's words. Everything from how she slept outside to how she only drank juice and ate bread described how frugally she lived. All of her talents and skills were solely to support someone. "Now then, it would be uncouth of me to allow you to sleep in that-- Something more comfortable... But I don't really have anything you could use." She muttered with a heavy sigh knowing that it wasn't okay for Freya to be sleeping in juice covered clothes. Cracking her knuckles with a wide and playful grin. "You'll have to forgive me for this one Goddess, I'm doing this for you after all." She spoke at least trying to get rid of anything that was covered in juice with a sigh before letting Freya relax in the sack.
Part time goddess Thankfully Freya was rather careful with her clothing. Under the maid outfit was a roll of black cloth used to keep her chest covered and some pants to cover her lower region, thankfully neither had any juice on them but Freya was still asleep and defenseless. Her figure slowly stirring as she was breaking out of her small nap but still mumbling in her sleep for the moment. "Not there ..." While under the context it might have seemed bad, in her dream one of the gods was about to see her small plushy collection and she did not want that. Her body moving accordingly to the events of the past memory as she sat up with a full swung slap towards the girl's other cheek. Her expression fully red as her eyes opened and she took in the situation. Her first focus was that her maid outfit was able to be seen without looking down, the second was the fact she could feel the breeze on her sides and that the women was before her. Arm moving back as she went to try and uppercut her with her right hand while being redder then a apple. "Mor ... mortal ... you dare undress a goddess in her sleep! Roll over and die!" Sparks flared in Freya's eyes as she moved to try and hit the girl with another closed fist to the gut. Freya was freaking out, and leaving herself fully focus on offence. She wanted to beat the girl up to the point she did not remember what she saw, or worse. It was taking everything she had to not use her divine powers to smite the girl where she stood in her flustered state. Freya's appearance Tags: @Korra Quinn
Korra only sighed heavily seeing the girl wake up, though the sight was lovely, something that Korra could appreciate, she didn't feel she went too far considering what Freya wore even after losing her maid outfit offered more coverage then Korra's normal every day clothing. Unfortunately though, this blow was very important, while Korra was someone who could at least handle this much of an exchange of flying fists, it would be rude not to receive it. A blow thrown from anger or from being flustered about this sort of thing was a natural recourse, and like all of the slaps Korra received she could understand the feelings in the heart that stimulated this reaction. Being struck, Korra was jarred initially, rubbing her face and jaw-line, she was careful not to lose teeth or take any kind of series damage. Instead, she let Freya strike her intending to offer that as some measure of retribution for her inconsideration. That however didn't make Korra give her the outfit back, and it certainly wouldn't allow Korra to receive more blows as she pulled back with a mellow chuckle. "Now now, settle down." She spoke even as she rubbed her chin knowing it would hurt for quite a while, but gazing down at Freya her mellow demeanor didn't crack even with the pain she tried to roll with the mood and situation. "Something wet like this isn't good for sleeping in, with all the sugar covering it too, it'll be sticky." She spoke firmly trying to ball the dress up intending to wash it properly. Trying to lean away from Freya, enough that the girl might be embarrassed by being so under-dressed that she might not want to chase her and would instead stay in the bag. "I'll get you something clean, and some water-- For now, you rest... You got so frantic, I can't imagine you got it all out of your system." She said with a sigh, rubbing her face before flashing a mellow grin.
