Aaron Bright Race: Human Age: 20 Sex: Male Sexuality: Heterosexual Relationship: Single Aaron could be described as an attractive man, with a youthful face, bright green eyes, and wild brown hair, and a pair of feather earrings dangling from either side of his head. He walks with a casual sort of confidence, seemingly carefree of much of what goes on around him and focusing almost entirely on what is going on in front of him. Though the clothes he wears are generally of good quality, they are often in a bit of disarray. His shirt is often wrinkled, trousers dirtied and stained, the only thing that seems to stay clean on him is the loose white mantle he wears over the rest of his clothes. Height: 5’9” Build: Thin Athletic Personality Aaron is overall an easy person to get along with. He's the kind of person who enjoys life in its entirety, and tries not to worry about the simple things. While generally carefree and laid back, he becomes extremely passionate about whatever it is he puts his heart into, though what exactly that is can vary from day to day. A fan of teasing and flirting, he usually doesn't mean much by it. While he may often act overconfident, it doesn't mean Aaron is particularly stupid. Positive: Friendly Passionate Laid back Negative: Flirt Stubborn Overconfident Biography Born into a fairly prestigious family of mages, Aaron was simply one amongst many other siblings and cousins. For a a good while, much of his time was spent competing with his siblings for the attentions of his parents, often busy with some sort of business or work, and soon enough, Aaron grew to find the attention he sought elsewhere. Sneaking out of his family home to play with other kids, he found himself at the head of a small group of street rats, the group often getting themselves into all kinds of trouble. It was during this time that Aaron heard the stories of the Adventurers, those sworn to a God and a Familia in order to brave the Dungeon within the center of town, and how it was the ambition of nearly every child to join their ranks someday. After all, all one needed to do was to find a God willing to accept them, and they would be able to grow in strength past anyone would be capable of by themselves. Of course, the truth was a little bit more complicated than this, but it mattered little to a bunch of children playing games and telling stories. When Aaron finally grew old enough to begin his education in magic, the boy was banned from wandering off to play with his friends. His following proclamation of wanting to be an Adventurer was met with a similar reaction. After all, what were Adventurers but a bunch of thugs and hired muscle, fighting the monsters that spawned from the Dungeons only for their own self-benefit, so quick to turn their weapons upon each other for the slightest extra bit of coin. The Bright family was above such things, and so Aaron was forced to study rather than play at being an Adventurer. Unfortunately, or perhaps fortunately for young Aaron, the boy proved rather inept when it came to the study of magics; proving barely capable of even the most simple applications. After several years of different tutors, attempts at discipline, and all other various sorts of things, Aaron's parents finally gave up, leaving the boy to become the black sheep of the family. Aaron was left to do as he wished, so long as he did not bring shame upon the family name. Sadly, becoming an Adventurer was one of those things that he was not allowed to do, and it had remained as Aaron's one true wish throughout his time forced to study and learn magic. Perhaps, though, just perhaps... He could still be one, without having to swear himself to a God or Familia. After all, most starting Adventurers were simply average people like him, and his ability for magic, however slim it might be, meant that he was likely a slight step above most other starters. So long as his family did not catch wind of him venturing into the Dungeon... He could still at least play out some small portion of his childhood dream. Aaron is capable of 'sensing' magic, and is able to detect it in people, and items, as well as from what direction a spell is being cast, or if there were any spells cast in his direct area recently. Magic: Ether Overload: [Arcane, Single Target, Disrupt, No Chant] A blast of pure magic targeting an opponent's senses. This spell floods and overloads the target's ability to see, hear, smell, taste, and touch, for a single instant. Not a particularly skillful use of magic, it makes up for its lack of skill with simple raw power in the casting of this spell. "Overload!" Equipment Weapons: Training Saber: A simple curved blade, the edge of this weapon is blunted either on purpose or from simple age. Either way, this weapon is at the very least a sturdy one, and not likely to break anytime soon. Armors: White Mantle: Less armor and more a piece of clothing. A simple white mantle with trailing black designs across it. At the very least it'll soften the blow of a punch a little bit?
