“BWHAHAHAHA PINKY! I TOLDYA HIHIHEHAHA.” The goblin jumped, one leg after another used to propel himself a considerable height, his fall hitting the sandy ground and spreading sand everywhere.
“Gobbu can sssmell treasure chestss milesss away pinky! Can ya’feel my usefulne-!?”
Ju’s fist hit the creatures head with a loud and satisfying sound, shooting him down face-first in the sand. Her eyebrows furrowed and lips curled gave away her frustation and anger at the green thing. After a few long moments of patting her clothes to get rid of sand on every nook and cranny, she cheked the situation on the treasure chest her goblin pestered her so much for while near the shores.
The situation wasn’t quite as simple as she initially thought. There masts everywhere and while climbing shouldn’t be a hard deal for her, the whole jumping around ordeal would surely be a big pain to deal with. Ju glanced back to her goblin, only to see it struggling to get pull his head out of the sand. Ju grabbed the Gobbu by his leg and pulled it at once, throwing him on the sand afterwards.
“Damnit, pinky! At leasst tell me yer gonna hit me!” The goblin looked at the chest once more before turning his eyes to his master. “Y’know pinky, I’d try to git that, but I’m way too sssmal to jump across those masts to reach the chessst. It’s up to you!”
Ju sighed in response to her minion’s usefulness and prepared herself mentally. Much to her dismay, climbing wasn’t as smooth as she thought. A few slips in would often pull her down a bit, but with enough resolution she managed to reach the top of the most accessible mast. From there, Ju had to deal with a good deal of running jumps and dangling ropes – of which one, in a special case would probably lead to her death should she fail at gripping it right. Ju felt particularly sick with every running jump or dangling rope she had to deal with.
If successfully arriving at the chest’s location Ju would check if it was locked – of course. Treasure chests are meant to be locked, apparently. After an audible and defeated sigh, she checked around to see if perhaps the key was close somewhere, and that’s when upon closer inspection she found a hallowed out object made of some sort of material unknown to her. Ju glanced at the treasure chest, and then back at the object. Shrugging, she blew the musical object that she had no idea of it’s type or name.
