Mushroom Theory [Easy Quest]

Mushroom Theory [Easy Quest]

  1. Asrafil found himself to be unnaturally punctual to events. In this case, punctual is better identified as "recklessly early." His back lay flat against the stone brick outside of the walls of the nearby settlement, awaiting both his requited ally and one sir Fynion Lankas. The appointment had been made some number of hours ago that Asrafil had completely discarded from his thoughts. Instead he eagerly tapped the heel of his boots against the digital sediment that borders a settlement in Brisshal.

During his time of idling, he picked eagerly at the wrists of his gloves and contained the luminary glow of his grin, both being incredibly confident but also overcome with exuberance. The thoughts running through his head were ones of glory and fame. These were strange thoughts to be having given the circumstance; Asrafil was only dedicated to one quest from a random alchemist. Asrafil made a dire situation on the fly, one that could entirely make or break his ability to do his job.

"I hope those spiders aren't as big as they said they are..."

Idly rubbing his chin, Asrafil returned to an assortment of entertaining daydreams of a future where he lay upon a pile of gold or a comfortable bed in a castle. At least, those were the initial thoughts on the mind, as his left hand fiddled with the ripped parchment with some words scrawled on it with the request in mind as the time seemed to pass rapidly.

  2. Some people have a habit of arriving too early to a event while others don't arrive when they should. Roja checked the time to make sure that he didn't make his newfound alley wait very long after going AFK. The game wasn't his biggest priority far from it actually as it was merely a hobby of his in his free time. Because of this, he makes it a habit to go AFK to do minor things like check the mail.

Thanks to this habit, he had forgotten that he was suppost to go on a mission that afternoon with a fellow player and rushed towards the meet up location. Thankfully the player was still there, but their client wasn't.

"Hey there." Roja said out to Asrafil making his way towards him.

"I hope I didn't keep you waiting too long."

  3. Time was a precious resource, and one Asrafil took for granted in hindsight. He was generally poor at fulfilling its contents, boring through it with generalities and napping if there was nothing else to do. This rang true even for the mere moments he awaited the second adventurer to make their appearance on the scene. He'd stayed awake long enough to at least meet him, then started rubbing his eyes and effeminately yawning. He drew a hand over his mouth to stifle the yawn but he truly was exhausted just in the moments he'd spent waiting.

"No problem, no problem. Just... just a little tired is all." It seemed even mid-sentence a yawn broke through towards the end, having a light shine of his higher pitched voice within it. Asrafil cleared his throat, lightly tapping his remaining hand against the graciously tall stonewall behind him. He was about to open his mouth and ask if the other quest-goer'd seen Fynion, but the likelihood seemed minute.

"Got any idea where—?" Before Asrafil could even finish asking his absent-minded question, an erratic man appeared from the other side of the wall, his hands pressed together and being rubbed malevolently. Except the man himself seemed so generously harmless, Asrafil blinked for a moment or two before desperately trying to stifle his laughter.

    Yep, they found their man.

"S-sir Fynion Lankas?" He was stuttering through his special blend of a cough and a laugh.

The man nodded his head at them, then off to the forest already starting his way in. Asrafil started skipping along, holding his gut to stop the laughter. He turned his head to the other quest-goer, eyeing before speaking one last time. "Asrafil Ryva, it's a pleasure."
