Fun baking facts! 1. You can sometimes switch margarine, butter or vegetable oil in recipes with apple sauce. I recommend using a bit of both. Apple sauce gives a light texture to me! 2. You can also use banana mash instead to make banana cookies and stuff. how do you get mash? Literally just take bananas, let them ripen too much and shove them in a container in your fridge. They may seem to ferment, but it's safe, I PROMISE YOU THAT. Because otherwise I should be dead from food poisoning by now~ Oh, and if you feel like being lazy, you can make most baked goods into cupcake tins instead of normal baking sheets. Because what's bad about a cupcake shape? Normally nothing. If you're still reading this, Lyre...Bad girl. xD
