  1. Having always had a fascination for lighthouses, it was only natural to the ironically pyrophobic faerin to take on the task of putting the flame of one out. After all, it meant she'd get to enjoy one of her favorite kinds of places! Though, considering her pyrophobia, she couldn't do it alone. Thus, she'd been quick to ask the friendly pyromancer on her contact list, @Rawlin, for help.

Waiting before the lighthouse with a grin as grand as the ocean t the edge of the peninsula of Dunnstads, her purple hair was dimly lit in the somewhat low light of the outside world. A gentle breeze blew some into her face, causing her to cough as she waited for her friend. At the very least, her voice was quiet even in doing so, and she was already prepared to enter 'stealth mode' when he arrived.

"Now that I think of it, this is my first time actually going into a lighthouse, isn't it?" She mused, pondering to herself while waiting his arrival. "This will be great research while we're at it. Stealth takes patience, so it means I should get a lot of info...And if not, I can try dragging him with me again, I guess." Tapping her foot in irony to her note of patience, she looked around. Shouldn't a fiery red-head be easy to find in this light?

  2. It was his first ever quest in this new game but he had to admit he was not used to stealth stuff but had been glad when Harveste invited him to join her for it despite the reasons he had to keep his mouth shut it was a beautiful view as he walked up to the area cloaked in a hood so his bright red hair wouldn't give him away. "Evening Harveste. Hopefully we can get this quest done right, i'm not really the best with stealth but I hope I can be useful here." Rawlin said silently as he crouched next to her. "Alright we ready to start then?" Rawlin said as he looked back to her.

  3. "Oh, so you were hiding yourself! I didn't even realize that was you, Rawlin." Smiling gently, the girl couldn't help but laugh, a hand being held out in the direction of the hooded man. "I may not seem it, but I'm really good at being quiet. As long as you control your breath, I can probably get us in and out. What i really need help with is the flames. I...Can't handle fire well, if you recall."

Her mind briefly returned to memories of their first meeting, where she'd learned of the pyromancer chef and his skills at a bonfire. She'd enjoyed the meal, and would hopefully get to enjoy another one after this was done. "I've always loved lighthouses, but I never thought about how they worked until now. To be honest, I'm really nervous about this...But I was just sure I'd feel A-OK if you came! So, let's give it a go, okay?"

Before he could really reply, she began to lead the way up the staircase that would bring them to the top. The moment the light of the tower's flame caught her eyes, she shivered, hiding behind the wall that separated the staircase from view. "Er...C-Can you put it out? I don't think I can handle going any closer...I can lead us back afterward, as long as you keep a hold of my hand, though. I'm pretty good with the dark."

  4. "Yeah I recall you jumping in fright when i heated the water up last time." Rawlin said stifling a chuckle under his breath. At her reply about the lighthouses he wished he could of taken her on a less stealthy kind of quest so he could see her smiling face more openly. "I feel better hearing that from you Harveste. It's good to be around you again." Rawlin whispered to her as they started to sneak up the stairs right to the point where the lighthouse flame was. He noticed her cringe so he silently walked in front of her and held out his hand to absorb the flame into his being which usually would be used to release later but this was not the time to do so. The lighthouse flame was at the most part dimmed down to a low candle like light which was needed for the quest. "Alright that should be enough. Lets get out of here and complete the quest so we can hang out somewhere later." Rawlin said as he started to sneak down the stairs with her.

  5. As the man remembered just how she'd jumped upon his use of fire magic in the past, the girl felt herself turn a tinge red like the flames they were forcing to quiet down. "Y-Yeah, pyrophobia's been one of my issues since I was a kid. It's why I can't cook even offline, aside from microwaving and sometimes some baking. I really wish it were easier to find a place with an electric stove..."

That wasn't important, especially right now, though. Shaking it off thoroughly, she watched as the light dimmed, a soft sigh of relief leaving her lips. It was surely darker now, and there was a part of her that felt bad taking away the brilliance of the lighthouse she so loved, but she was far too happy to experience entering one for the first time to really notice that bit of sadness.

"Yeah, that's a good idea. Let's get going." Holding a hand out, she offered to aid him in sneaking out more easily. It was time to get going, and to hand in their quest. If they were lucky, this would turn out to have been a good thing to do. "I'll have to come here again someday outside the quest though. I really like lighthouses. It'd be nice to study it a little more for a setting to use. That'll be for another day, though, I guess."

  6. As he was led down the stairs by Harveste he felt at ease as they would exit the area and be able to turn in the quest. As lovely as this experience was he did not like stealthy stuff but nodded his head when she mentioned about visiting here again outside of the quest. As Rawlin took a good look around to see if no one noticed them he would proceed past the bushes and into a clearing where he would take his hood off and smile at Harveste. "Well mission accomplished I guess." Rawlin said feeling a little bad about this quest and what he did for it. "I don't really like these kinds of quests but money is money it seems."
As they headed out Rawlin would hold out his hand to hold hers as they would walk back to turn in the quest.
