  1. Inside the tavern Rawlin was using what money he had to shove down food into his mouth as the npcs started to take notice of how fast he was eating and how much. It was actually surprising for them as they had not seen someone scarf down lots of food and still be hungry to eat more. "Oh man this stuff is great!" Rawlin would say between bites and then place all the money he had on the table to cover the bill which would have been quite a lot considering he ate at least enough for four people. He then noticed @Corvella and @Ozwin Ahab come in as he waved to them with his free hand holding a half eaten drumstick as he then finished his meal he patted his stomach in delight knowing that he wouldn't throw up because it was a game and internal stuff like that wouldn't happen or at least not to his knowledge. "Hey guys I got lost in the forest a bit then found this tavern. Good to see I finally found you both again!" He said as he wiped off his face with a napkin then got out of his chair to greet them. "Anything happen on your end?" Rawlin said as he walked up to them.

  2. One way to make the NPCs less disturbing is ignoring meta things, eh? Good idea. She was here escaping the real world, wouldn't be a hassle to treat it as a part of newfound reality. As they entered the tavern, a familiar red-headed man was waving at them. @Rawlin then stood up and talked to her. It seems he found his way to the tavern, good for him.

"Nothing, but it seems like Ozwin made himself popular along the villagers. You still up for some food and drinks, Rawlin?"

She then sits at one of the tables, ordering some food and drinks. The menu is peculiar at best, so she chose the ones she had been familiar with; chickens.Won't risk eating a dragon meat, slime gel something along the lines of that. After finishing one serving of grilled chicken dish (unlike those gigantic portions of Rawlin had eaten) they converse about the things they are going to do.

"This place is big, we don't even know where is the boundary. We need to gather info and explore ourselves to complete the Map, it seems" she said as she checked the map on the palm menu "I want to go to the big cities to see how it is. But starting small is also okay for me. Can't travel with empty hands." She never gets to see a kingdom in a fantasy setting. How close it would be to real life? Is the life of a fantasy royal family better than a real-life one?

She can't wait for everything this game has to offer for her.

  3. "Ah @Rawlin you are alive. I was wondering what happened to you... And yeah made some discoveries over how... adaptive the NPC are. My suggestion is to consider there actions to be what you might suspect in the real world... Or perhaps more extreme even. I really need to learn about this society more before I try flirting again."

Ozwin ate mystery impossible to pronounce dish number 4 from the menu. Despite the appearance which seemed much like a meat donut filled with green goo and the... interesting scent of the spices, it wasn't half bad taste wise though the texture bothered him a little... The booze though...

Ozwin hummed as his drank something called dragon cider. It was similar to a sparkling apple cider but the fruit it used was a bit more sour and the drink itself had a massive kick to it. "Woof, you guys need to try this stuff. Also... looking at the outline of this map it is obviously Massachusetts. Look, right over where Boston would be is some major city. Wonder if I go there if I could find where I live... in a geographical sense obviously, not that I expect to find the building where I live. Seems as likely a first stop as any for me. Bound to have a busy port."

  4. "I don't even realize that the map is based on Massachusetts. You're quite sharp." she praised Ozwin. The in-game location can't be possibly that big, maybe downscaled version of it. She finished her drink and left several gold coins in the table for paying later, then leaning back relaxing on the chair "I think I'm going to rent a room and stay for a while. And Rawlin where would your destination be?" The village isn't a bad starting place, it might be the best place to start out by helping the villagers and hunting monsters around.

Corvella feels that she isn't ready yet to leave knowing how weak she is right now. Gotta get some coins to buy armor and weapons first. She grabbed the coins and walked to the barmaster and placed several coins. It bought her two nights for a room and paid for the lunch she just had, and then she walked back to the table "Well, there goes the last of my coins. Guess I'm back to bashing slimes."

  5. Rawlin was curious when Ozwin mentioned flirting with an npc then wondered what he wanted to do next. "I suppose I will just do some monster hunting since i spent most of my money on food. Then after that? Yeah i'm not sure really, maybe a quest or two?" Rawlin said as he would get up and set out to take a walk around the area. "I need to walk this food off anyways so if we encounter any monsters on the way we could make some more money from it i suppose." Rawlin said as he would walk around the table where they were sitting.
"But yeah I suppose I'll stay here a little longer like you two. I am curious about that npc though Ozwin, was she cute?" Rawlin said with a smirk.

  6. "Very cute," Ozwin replied without hesitation. "She was the blue haired event NPC at the entrance, Trinity. Unfortunately she wanted to just skip on to marriage without dating first. A shame really she seemed like a very fun person to spend time with... Not to mention it was a hell of a kiss. That is the scary thing about these NPC, it doesn't take much for me to think of them like I would people irl. Whoever programmed this game is beyond genius."

Finishing up his dragon cider with a very refreshed gasp, Ozwin stood up himself. "I think I will go back out here soon to earn enough for a room for the night and some travel coin before I head out tomorrow. Also going to go around and ask the NPC about the customs around here. Don't want to accidentally marry anyone before I get to know them. Or I can see if I can get one of the NPC to let me stay the night." Ozwin said the last bit with a grin and a wink before making his way to the door raising his hand to mark his departure.

"If either of you two are ever near a port, feel free to ask around after me. I am afraid it won't take long for me to get a bit of a reputation and i might be around." Pausing for a moment at the door Ozwin fiddled a bit with his menu and sent the other two his messaging info. And with that he was gone.

  7. Stelluna gazed upon the little village of Honeyhome. While it wasn't exactly her first choice when it came to finding work, all journeys had to start somewhere. It seemed like a popular spot for adventurers and mercenaries as well. Lots of people that didn't look like the villager type roaming around, buying gear, setting off for distant lands... Quite busy for such a small place.

Stepping into the village proper, she headed to the marketplace. If there was anywhere where work could be found, the marketplace was often it. The bakery in particular caught her eye, it seemed like it was quite a popular place. Opening the doors, the smell of honey and fresh bread immediately assaulted her nose. The journey was quite long and she had a bit of money to spare. It shouldn't hurt to buy just a couple of cakes...

Stelluna waited until the line dispersed before walking up to the counter. Behind the counter was an old woman, she appeared to be quite busy but quickly turned to Stelluna before saying,

"Greetings dear, I run the bakery in Honeyhome. Folks around here call me Mrs. Whittle. As you can see things are a little hectic, everyone want's a taste of the honey cakes but there just isn't enough to go around. I've had to ask a few of the younger fellas around here to collect some honey. Say, would you be interested in helping out? I'm sure I could whip something up for you by the time you get back."

Not quite what she expected but it would have to do for now. But then again, how was she supposed to carry the honey? She certainly didn't want her bag to get all sticky.

"I suppose I do have some time to spare but where would I find the honey? Also, how will I bring it back? I don't have that much in the way of containers and the like..."

"Oh, well, the hives tend to pop up near big groups of flowers, or was it the other way around? Nevermind me, memory's a little foggy these days. I do have something to carry the honeycombs back though, give me a moment... Aha, here it is. Just break open the hives, fight off the bees... or run for the hills with a chunk of the hive I guess, and put it in this box. The bees always find a way back so don't worry too much about it."

Stelluna thanked Whittle before accepting the box and heading off in search of a bee hive to harvest.
