    ”Is that all you got… Ha-ha… that ain’t enough to stop the great Kaedé Hoshi!”

    _____Staggered and shaken breath as blood dripped from countless wounds across her fragile frame. Her weapon shattered in two and her stance nothing short of falling over if the winds picked up any more. Seven bandits turning back to the girl as she spit blood into the cobblestone path and waved them back over to keep fighting her. To hell with staying down, she still some breath in her lungs and was gonna use them to fight these fuckers without hesitation.

    _____Three chose to move to finish her off, the other four watching in amusement as Kaedé was still outnumbered and still trying to act brave. The only thing she could hear was the rapid beating of her heart and the sharp warning of her dangerously low health. Arms rising up and fist forming as she made a rapid move to connect a solid right hook against the first bandit before the other two slammed her guts causing her to cough a bit of blood up and stagger backwards away from the village entrance.

    ”You bitches hit like baby bees. Your fathers must have disowned you asses, hell you might not even be dudes I don’t see shit of a package…”

    _____Insults cut short as her hit target swung at her jaw sending her into a small spiral until she fell to the ground coughing a bit more blood. Hands released to clench the dirt and slowly rise back to her feet. The great Kaedé Hoshi was yet to show her talent of kicking people’s asses. Spitting out blood and wiping her lips before she rushed forward back into the fight. Hands pulling a bandit’s hair and tugging him down into her Knee before a double elbow slam to the back of his skull to take one down. Frame falling slightly backwards before she stumbled to get back to stand straight and grinning.

    ”That makes it four bandits down to one bitch, was that what you called me?” The past downed targets behind Kaedé and her newest knocked out victim before her as the group took out daggers and all rushed her, now growing annoyed by her arrogance and insults.

  1. When he read the quest description while he was searching some quests for him to do, the first reaction he made was complete shock and disbelief. He met some reckless players before but just reading this made him question what the quest giver was thinking. Not wanted her to die in this crazy quest, he accepted it and rushed over to the village of Samoshucachi as fast as he can.

    Due to his recent upgrades to his Masteries, his running was faster than before. Because of this, he managed to arrive at the village on time, which allowed him to witness the bandits about to attack the injured woman. With a tap on the panel right in front of him, he began to chant the spell as electricity began to gather through his left hand. "Thunder Burst!" He shouted as he jumped into the battle and let the electricity in his hand explode right in front one of the bandits. When it did, he drew out his sword and slashed the same one through their chest.

    As he did so, he turned around to the injured woman, which he was now glaring at her after he attacked the bandit. "What are you thinking?! Are you trying to kill yourself just by fighting these bandits alone?!"

  2. After getting her bearings being new to the game, Elysian had decided to finally start questing. There were many to pick from but the one that caught her eye the most involved saving someone and apparently a town from bandits. She could totally get on board with this. It took her awhile to find her way and by the time she did some other player had already arrived and was helping the quest giver. The bandits were distracted by the two of them and this gave her the perfect opportunity to try out her rogue skills.

    Ely quickly opened up her UI and activated her stealth ability. It was only a beginner mastery but she hoped since they were already distracted it would work. The small Felis stepped silently around so she would be approaching the enemies from behind and as soon as she was close enough she equipped her bow that had been slung on her back. She crouched close by, grabbing an arrow and carefully aimed it at one of the bandits closest to her. So far her aim hadn't been perfect, but to be fair she had never used a bow back in her real life so it was a learning process. She had been practicing on slimes though and just hoped it had been enough.

    Now!

    She released the arrow and it split through the air without a sound. Thunk! It was a direct hit as it sunk in right between the bandit's shoulder blades. "Hell yes!" She exclaimed jumping up, and in turn the remaining bandits spun around noticing her. Well crap. So much for being stealthy. "Uh I'm here to help with the quest!" She shouted at her allies as she readied another arrow and stood her ground.

    _____As people seemed to arrive to aid Kaedé she did not fully look happy. She had this under control and did not want help from others. Growling as a bandit stabbed her arm before she bashed her head down against her attacker’s head and struggled to flip them mover her shoulder and moved to fall on their stomach with a shoulder like a wrestler would. A bit of foul play soon followed as she moved her free hand to slam her knuckles to his crotch in a tight fist before another skull smash against her target to take that enemy down.

    ”THE GREAT KAEDE HOSHI DID NOT ASK FOR YOUR HELP, YOU ARE ONLY TO WATCH AND TELL MY STORY!”

    _____Kaedé shouted at her unwanted help as she staggered to her feet and looked over the remaining three enemies she still needed to deal with. She did not look like she would be able to make it to the other foes as the started backing away, her blood pooling in her mind as she only saw red and planed to make it true to her eyes. Her steps took time, her frame threatening to fall with each motion she took as she advanced with a focused gaze on proving she was able to overcome anything and to do what she wanted, to kick their asses.

    _____If either moved to stop her it would be rather ease, a light tap or touch would send her falling backwards and a almost knocked out state. She was running purely on fumes at this point and would get herself killed if nobody tried to stop her from fighting the fleeing group. The would be set with two choices, stop the fleeing group to make sure the village would remain safe longer, or help get Kaedé to safety and someone who could heal her wounds to avoid her death. What choice would the group make? Splitting would prove to cost them both chances.

    ”The great Kaedé Hoshi does not die without fighting to the end!” The near death girl swung her fist weakly before laying flat.

    P.S. You are welcome to pick chase or aid Kaede, it will not effect the quest, chasing with both or aiding her results in quest finished due to them fleeing. Are you the type to help those in need over chase, or the pursuer?
    @Verity | @Elysian

  3. Either he thought of her as too delusional or he thought of her as insane. He knew what she was trying to do will lead her to her virtual death. Regardless, he was not the type to let her do anything reckless by her own. The death in Terrasphere may not be permanent, but just leaving her like that will make him regret if he thought otherwise.

    "I'll try to give chase to her. What are you going to do?" He asked to @Elysian as he looked around the area. There were still more bandits around him and he can't just ignore them. But whatever the answer Elysian will give him, he then rushed over to @Kaede Hoshi's side and pulled out some kind of medicine bottle from his inventory. "Here, drink this. It might recover your HP a little until we get you to a healer," he said as he attempted to let her drink the medicine.

  4. This girl was crazy, even Elysian knew when to back down. Yet this Kaede seemed determined to get herself killed. On normal occasions Ely would have picked aiding an ally but seeing as @Verity was already helping her with a potion she didn't see much more she could do to help the crazy girl. "You help Kaede, I'll try stopping these bandits then I'll catch up to you!" She glanced at @Kaede Hoshi with a stern look, "Don't die on us!"

    Using her quick rogue speed, Elysian turned on her heal and gave chase to the three remaining bandits who were trying to escape. "I don't think so!" She shouted, sending out another arrow, which managed to trip one of the idiots. The other two turned on her, one rushing with a dagger. She easily jumped over them with acrobatics, flipping a few times before shooting an arrow at the dagger-bandit. It was a critical hit and he went down, but her victory was short lived as she felt someone punching her hard in the stomach. "Shit!" She grunted as she stumbled back and growled at the bandit who was still on his feet.

    "You just punched the wrong cat..." She said with venom as she rushed forward and sunk her own dagger deep into his stomach. The bandit on the ground tried to reach for her and she kicked him square in the throat. This Felis was done with being gentle, that was for sure.

    _____Dying was on the very short list of things she did not want to experience right now. The was a hot boy tending to her, and a cute cat girl going to avenge her. Sure they had came to her rescue also but she was not happy about that and chose to forget all about that incident. Shakily rising to her feet after drinking the potion before she ‘accidently’ lost her balance and fell towards @Verity leaving him in one of two situations. The first, if he was still sitting would be her chest falling on his face, and if he was standing she would be leaning against his chest.

    _____She would not move for a few moments but eventually she rose back up and smiled, waving if he offered her a hand before she went to follow after @Elysian worried the bandits might hurt the cute kitten before Kaedé could thank her and try to get a chance to scratch behind the girl’s ears. Her movement was slow, and thankfully she seemed to be a lot less death wishing now that she had some of her HP back to exit berserker status.

    ”A note to you Mr. handsome… Don’t get the berserker mastery, unless you train it some before EVER having it trigger in a serious situation…”

    _____Eventually Kaedé would reach to see Elysian had stopped the other three bandits on her own. A forced rush over before another ‘accidental’ trip caused Kaedé to fall towards the girl likely taking them both to the ground. If Kaedé was not moved or had her path altered even slightly she would be resting her head against Elysian’s chest. Reaching to ‘try’ and get up but in reality scratching the felis’ ear for a few moments before she rose up carefully, trying to make it look like she was having trouble still.

    ”Sorry little kitten… Seems I’m still having a bit of trouble staying on my feet… Glad you are safe, not happy you all came to my aid when I had things under control. But I do thank you both.”

  5. As he was @Kaede Hoshi's HP meter increased, he sighed in relief that the medicine worked. But Berserk? He never thought there was a Mastery like that, but that might explain her irrational behavior earlier. Guess that he might take on her advice just in case then. "Noted. Are you okay? That was still reckless of you, even without your Berserker mastery."

    Then once he turned around to check with @Elysian, he was surprised that she managed to take care of them all by herself. In any case, that should take care of their bandit problem for a while. Still, just hearing her words was enough for him to raise his stern tone to Kaede. "Even if you do manage to fight alone, you might be killed no matter how you have this situation under control. You should try to learn that even with your strength, you can't fight alone."

  6. As the last bandit fell over, Elysian brushed her hands together in satisfaction and turned to return to the others. Or she would have if @Kaede Hoshi hadn't caught her off guard. She tried to catch the falling girl and she succeeded but they both still ended up falling to the ground. A blush heated Ely's face when Kaede literally used her chest as a cushion and she grew even more red when her ears were scratched and she couldn't help the purr that rumbled out of her throat. She tried to act like nothing was wrong as she rose along with Kaede but she knew her face had to be wide-eyed and totally blush-filled. She just couldn't help it around pretty girls and maybe if @Verity hadn't been there she would have actually said something about the situation. There was always another time...

    "As long as you're okay that's all that matters," she said as she blew some strands of hair out of her face. She was still out of breath from the fall. Yes definitely just from the fall. "I agree with Verity. We were here to save you this time, but you need to be more careful. Fight your battles wisely," she grinned and bumped shoulders with Kaede. "But hey if you think you can take them on go ahead, just message us if you need help alright?"

  7. _____Hearing the purr made Kaede want to keep having fun with Elysian, but much to match Kaede felt she would get another chance and backed off for the moment. Her nerve and face twitched when both seemed to talk her off her pedestal but again chose to slide the comment out of her mind and smiled happily. Slowly making her way back to healer of the village along with a few of the Elders and others who came to thank the group. The healer blushing as Kaede chose to hum innocently and move her hand back to her lap while her wounds got recovered.

    _____The village did not have much to offer the group, a couple things of food and some drinks to help them recover from the fighting. None of them looked that good either, and taking a closer look the village was in a bad shape also. Looking around there also did not seem to be many men, outside elders or very young children. If the two made it clear they had noticed Kaedé would speak up.

    ”One of the reason I was fighting alone… Nobles of this area kept taking the men and kids to guard themselves from the bandits leaving this place wide open… Sometimes I really hate the system, even in a game it abandons the ones who need it the most in so many places.”

    _____Kaedé slowly got back up after she was fully healed, a wink to the healer who blushed and moved to help the others if they needed it before going back to tending to the wounds of others or helping repair some of the damage from the last few days. Kaedé clenched her fist and looked in the direction of the noble who had been causing the suffering in the area. A low tone growl before she turned to smile at the others.

    ”In the event the great Kaedé Hoshi ever needs assistance, I’ll be sure to contact the both of you if I feel it is needed. Just a note however… What are your names? You seem to know each other but I’m out of the loop here?”
    @Verity | @Elysian

  8. This was a very strange quest he just took. Thankfully, his actions to defend the village and heal @Kaede Hoshi had paid off as he was joined to have some food and drinks as quest rewards from the NPC townspeople. But despite the celebration, Verity was a little guilty that their village was a mess thanks to the battle with those NPC bandits from earlier. Once he heard Kaede's explanation, he understood why she adamantly fought the bandits all by herself. Though he was disgusted at how those NPC nobles treated those villagers.

    "A reckless way to help the villagers, but I commend you on your actions. I just wish I should meet those nobles so I can get a stern talk about their stupid decision." The thought of leaving them to fend themselves instead of sending some of their guards was enough to make him thought of them as selfish and greedy idiots. This made him compare the recent president and the other leaders from the news lately. Guess that even this simulated fantasy world, he can't get away with the dark side of politics.

    He wasn't sure on exchanging contacts to these girls yet. He only just met each other and he was still wondering if he should trust them or not. Although, Kaede's actions to defend the NPC village and @Elysian aiding them was enough to convince that he should contact them again in the near future for now. "Verity. And I didn't meet her before, but I deduced that she was here because of the same reason as mine for this quest."

  9. Elysian entered the village with her two quest members and she hadn't expected the village to be so...well to put it as kindly as possible, a mess. Many of the buildings were damaged, some even burned, and it seemed they hadn't even tried to repair them yet. The people weren't much better, most were injured, and they looked worse for wear. Elysian felt bad for taking the food and aid they were offered, even if it wasn't much. @Kaede Hoshi needed it the most, so other than taking a bit of food and water to replenish herself she declined any further help.

    After Kaede's explanation it made more sense why the village was like this, and she felt anger boiling in her gut. "That is so...wrong," she muttered, and didn't have much more to say without getting mad. "@Verity is right, it was reckless, but you did help the village even risking your own life. I don't know if I could have done the same so I envy you." Although she really wasn't sure what she would have done in the situation if she had been alone. Maybe she would have done the same?

    "No we've never met, but as he said I think we all just assumed we were in this quest together." She offered a hand to them both. "I'm Elysian, and I offer my help to both of you whenever you need it."

  10. _____Seeing the offered hand Kaedé grinned happily and reached out with both her hands lightly clasping Elysian’s hand and moving to kiss her hand and lick if the girl did not move away from her fast enough. A playful chuckle from her lips as she spun around a few times before setting her focus back on the villagers who needed some help. The quest she sent out was finished, and now she had other things to attempt to finish off. Turning slightly to look at the other two before she spoke again.

    ”Not much any of us here can give to pay you back for the help. I have to go see what else I can do for them, later I need to deal with the people who did this to them.”

    _____Bowing her head towards the two as best she could before Kaedé walked over to help people lift some of the buildings back, or help wrap the wounds of people she could alongside the healer tending to them. Every so often Kaedé would lean against the healer to make her blush before laughing a bit and speaking a few soft words to the girl to help her relax before kissing her cheek to make it happen all over again.

    _____Kaedé did however give her space after that as she walked to one of the more destroyed homes and began to rummage around for anything she could salvage for the people who once lived here. Her fist clenching at the sight of destroyed dolls and some covered in blood. She was going to first make those nobles pay for what they had done, then she was going to go after the bandits until the region was clear of them. Even if she had to do it alone, her fist clenching tightly as she looked towards the noble’s area with intent to kill in her eyes.
    @Verity | @Elysian

  11. Again with @Kaede Hoshi portraying as a lone fighter. Then again, the quest was to defeat the bandits (and save the young woman from herself), so he might as well take her word for it. "Alright, I'll leave the rest of the village to you for now. But just in case you're in that same situation again, just don't hesitate to give us a call sometimes." He was not a knight-in-a-shining-armor type of guy, but he was never the type to leave them to any danger like that. She was still a stranger to him, but at least he may try to answer her calls once in a while.

    Of course, he didn't forget @Elysian, the cat girl who helped him save Kaede, which he knew she deserved something. "And I forgot to thank you for protecting us back there. Without you defeating those bandits, I would able to give the potion to her in time." It might not be enough, but he felt that he should trust her a little bit as he stretched his hand out for a handshake. "I don't know if I can contact you soon, but I hope you may try the same in the near future. I hope we can meet again soon."

    With that, he left the village and head straight back to Stokbon. Yet as he looked at the village once more, he wondered about Kaede and Elysian regarding their actions. He felt that their emotions to the damaged village were real, yet there was a possibility that they were faking it. People can be unpredictable, but as far as he knew, there might be a few people that have true emotions and personalities. Only then that he might trust some of the players if he can.

  12. Elysian blushed like crazy as @Kaede Hoshi took her hand and kissed it. Yet she nearly fainted when it turned into a lick and as she took her hand back she felt just a bit dizzy. This girl was a whirlwind. From reckless fighting to upfront flirting? The Felis was intrigued, and maybe just a bit too turned on. She straightened her white tunic, trying to compose herself and act just a tad bit more professional. This wasn't the time or place to become a babbling pile of hormones now was it?

    She turned towards @Verity when he spoke to her, and smiled with a slight dip of her head. "I was happy to help, we were a good team for however brief it was." She took his hand in a friendly shake, it was nice making allies in this world. She knew it would be needed. "I hope so too, stay safe okay?" Elysian watched him leave before returning her attention to Kaede. "Same goes for you, try not to get yourself killed alright? Or at least call for help before your health gets so low." She grinned but hoped Kaede took her seriously. "The village is in good hands with you, take care of them. I'm sure we'll meet again."

    After watching Kaede tend to the villagers for a bit, Elysian made her exit. This quest had been quick and hectic but she had been glad to have accepted it. Plus she had met two new possible friends today and that was definitely a plus. She wasn't sure where she was headed, but when it came to Terrasphere she knew it wouldn't be far until she stumbled upon another adventure.
