Why did Elysian pick a shortbow as her main weapon? She still was surprised because she had never had the best aim in any sport or game in reality or a video game. Yet when she was creating her character it was what spoke to her and she was one to go with her instincts. So far her aim with the thing had been 50/50....Okay maybe 60/40....70/30? Honestly she found it hard but she wanted to get better. She was still very new to the game and she felt weak. It's not like she wanted to be the best archer in the game, but damn she'd like to actually be able to kick some ass. Was that too much to ask? She also had her rogue and phantasmia skills to work on, but for now she wanted to focus on ranged. It was her main source of damage after all, and as a DPS she needed to be reliable. So Elysian found herself in the vast forests of Astorea. She had set up her own makeshift shooting range of sorts. Arranging pieces of wood and metal in various places. Some hanging from trees, others resting on fallen logs, and some strewn across the greenery. She could always practice on monsters but maybe sticking with stationary objects first would be best. So the small Felis grabbed her bow and readied an arrow. Her white cat ears pulled back against her head in focus as she pulled back the bow. Just before she released it though a twig breaking near her startled the cat and one wrong jump sent the arrow speeding off up into the canopy of trees. "That was your fault just so you know," she said with a furrowed brow as she turned towards the direction of the noise. How annoying. @Kaede Hoshi
_____Kaedé rarely made a mistake when it came to her surprise attacks. But as the rouge slowly tried to creep up towards the white ear and tail felis girl. When she heard the start of the twig snapping her world slowed down for just a few moments, her mission was failed, and her first thought was abort plan A and go right to plan B. Her frame moving quickly as she rushed to try and tackle the girl, her chest pressing against the girl’s face as she tried to use her weight to bring them down to the ground, but moved her weight left to make sure she was the one who hit the ground if they did fall together. ”I caught a kitty, cute kitty~” _____Kaedé spoke in a happy hum if she did manage to get hold of @Elysian before she rubbed her cheek along the girl’s and kept her held close to her. Rolling around slightly to either side, not enough to flip them both close as she cuddled the girl and enjoyed the moment before letting her go with a smile across her face. If Elysian did not move away from Kaedé she would lean up and kiss the girl’s right cheek before a light spank on her right butt cheek also with a playful laugh. ”My goal has been achieved~ The great Kaedé Hoshi can never be stopped Bwa ha-ha~” _____Moving to stand up before she offered a hand to the girl if she was not already standing up. If the girl did accept her hand she would quickly pull the girl up for another kiss on the opposite cheek but no spank this time as she laughed lightly and moved away to allow the girl to get a clear view of her. A light twirl on her heel before she noticed the targets and spun back to the girl. ”Should I help you with training? Every miss I get to fondle your breast, every hit on a target you can fondle mine. If you get a bull's-eye… I let you kiss me, or spank me?”
Elysian couldn't help the surprised yelp that escaped her as whoever it was rushed into her and brought them both down. She couldn't see much as her vision was covered from the chest that was over her face but as soon as she heard the voice she recognized it instantly. She hadn't heard it since the Brisshal quest but it was unmistakable. "A kitty that bites," Elysian teasingly hissed as her ears flicked with only slight annoyance now. She didn't even try to stop the purr this time as @Kaede Hoshi rubbed her cheek against hers and didn't move as she in turn kissed her cheek and surprising slapped her butt. Here came the blush again as Ely got up with help and received yet another kiss. She brushed the dirt from her pants trying to clear her throat and get her bearings before she became a mumbling mess. This girl just put her off her game to be honest. Not that she minded. "I wouldn't always count on that," the Felis said with a grin as she jumped high in the air, doing a few fancy flips as she landed behind Kaede and slapped her on the butt. Sweet revenge! As she stepped back around she let her tail brush along the girl's hip before it tapped her on the nose. The smile on her face was probably a bit too flirty but she didn't think Kaede would mind. "Sure, but it seems I should get a bullseye then," she said with a wink and lick of her lips. This would be fun.
_____Kaedé was just given the perfect chance to not do things without getting permission. A smile across her face as the girl left her back to Kaedé, most times this would draw her to pull the tail or reach and get a nice handful of both before seeing how far she could get before retaliation. However she would no doubt have her chances as she went to find a place to sit down and watch the girl training from behind. Happily humming and waving her hands in the air to trace the girl’s curves and imagine how hard her first fondling should be. _____One thing Kaedé did not mention was her not trying to mess the girl up if she was taking a shot. It was also something she was not against doing since that was not a defined not allowed for this arranged bet. Kaedé could think of a few sure fire ways to make the girl miss, but each so far would no doubt give away she was playing dirty. Hand picking up a few pebbles and setting them behind her back as she would wait until the girl looked ready to shoot an arrow. ”Ahchooo~” _____Loud and pronounced fake sneeze as she moved forward and covered her nose. Rubbing it slightly as she looked to see if @Elysian had missed her first shot or not. If she did manage to shoot true Kaedé would lift her hands up and give the girl her rightful chance to fondle without any reward herself. However if she won the first round she would waved one finger for the girl to approach her. _____But she started the game off with a beginners mistake punishment and lightly poked Elysian’s breast before spinning her around and reaching to spank her butt to get her moving to fire another arrow. This time she would not make any attempt to sabotage, after all the key part was to make it seem like these happen rarely. She would reach up if the target was hit, or get a light fondle in if she missed twice in a row.
Elysian left Kaede to watch, turning from her and waving her tail and hips as she walked towards her makeshift shooting range. She felt only slightly nervous being watched as she took out her shortbow and an arrow and aimed for her first shot. Or well technically her second. Either way she wasn't going to miss this time. No matter what. Her amber eyes were focused as she pulled back the bowstring and found her target. The obvious fake sneeze that sounded behind her surprisingly didn't faze her as the arrow shot out and sunk deep into the log she was aiming at. "Nice try," she chuckled, making her way over to @Kaede Hoshi and letting her hand hover over her breast. Her eyes were playful as she got closer and closer but never touched it. "I think I'll save my reward for later," she hummed. The return boob poke and butt spank made her giggle and she skipped back over to her spot. She would get a bullseye this time, she was determined. Her eyes found her next target, and she tuned out any noises to avoid distraction. Her arrow soon after split through the air and with a loud thunk dug itself right in the center of a rounded piece of wood. Excellent. Slinging her bow on her back Elysian turned back to her so-called training partner and stood before her with a feline-esque and flirty smile. Licking her lips she leaned forward and was so close that her lips were only an inch from Kaede's. Raising an eyebrow she stared into the girl's eyes with a challenging glint to her own. She would let her make the first move.
_____Kaedé could not call herself a moment seizer if she did not act, the girl’s lips so close to her own there would be almost no chance to escape from her. Doing her best to move right for the kiss and reaching her arms to attempt to catch the girl from trying to make a quick retreat. If she got her kiss and got the girl loosely held she would try to pull her in, her kiss filled with passion as she pressed her lips to Elysian’s and reached down to the girl’s ass to squeeze it again but not let her go just yet. _____She had to make the effort, her tongue pushing forward trying to get more from the chance she was given before she figured it would be unfair to get something more than a prize when so far she was losing this bet. She couldn't say she was surprised that Kaede came in for the kiss. She had expected it. What she didn't expect was how hot the kiss would be. Ely didn't resist as Kaede pulled her in closer and she let herself melt into the kiss as her tail twitched in pure bliss. She growled in satisfaction as her ass was grabbed yet again and she took this time to take her reward from earlier. Yet she knew this day was about training and not just to make out. Though to be honest the latter was much more fun. Still pouting a bit she turned back to her targets and tried for another shot. She had plenty of targets to go for but instead of picking one she decided to go with her impulses. It might be crazy, but she was in the mood of being crazy right now. Without warning she would turn towards @Kaede Hoshi and release an arrow straight at her. If she trusted her and did not move it would land in the tree behind her, only inches above her head. While she was distracted from this Ely would advance on her, wrapping arms around her waist and wrapping her tail around her. "So about that fire?"
_____Kaedé was not going to take move, seeing the girl start to turn and knowing there was target she chose to chance her luck and look the girl dead in her eyes tracking her target to the best of her ability. An arrow just over her own head, feeling the girl’s arms did bring her focus back down as she looked at the girl with a playful yet slightly displeased smile. She really would have preferred the arrow hit her arm or something to find out how that would feel, the displeasure turned into her first action as she reached to pull the girl’s tail faintly. ”As much as I want to really get into this, we have are rules set. If you want to save your prizes up until it equals some real close contact, I would not oppose it.” _____Kaedé despite what she said still held the girl’s tail and pulled a bit more before moving to kiss the girl’s lips again allowing her tongue to be used for fun if the girl felt the urge to try it more before Kaedé let go of the tail and reached to hold Elysian close before she tried to speak a bit more. ”Now if we had been here to train flexibility or kissing skills I would be more willing to burn you.~” Kaedé smiled before once more hinting the girl to focus on her training. _____Truth of the matter she herself was blushing badly already, she did not ever get used to others being the forceful ones or testing her. Making another blush, and getting pushed back was two different sides of Kaedé that always conflicted. But if @Elysian kept pushing to have more fun than training Kaedé would join in, but for now she wanted time to relax and compose herself. Clearly if the girl was up for trying to test her, she would not want to leave without maybe a bit more then butt squeezing and some kisses, or at least leave a way to contact her maybe.
Elysian couldn't help the frown that set on her face. "Ugh stupid rules." Honestly she couldn't even focus on training anymore with @Kaede Hoshi here. She didn't know what it was exactly but she felt drawn to her. And if the warmth settling in the pit of her stomach meant anything there was something there. Or well, what experience did she really have with this? Maybe she was just over thinking things. Or maybe not. It was too complicated. ElysIan whipped her tail in disappointment, the feel of Kaede pulling on it not helping. Not to mention the kiss, with tongue, that nearly made her see stars. She had to pull back for her own sanity and let her ears droop. "Damn why didn't I think of that training, who needs archery right?" She teased even though she still felt a bit put off about the whole situation. She wanted more of this right now, not more of that. Knowing the moment was over for now, she leaned forward and gently kissed her on the cheek. She kept her face next to her ear as she whispered. "I don't think this is the suitable place for what I want to do with you anyway. Maybe somewhere more private one day, then we can play with that fire." Ely lingered for only a moment before backing off and smiling. Now it was back to what this day had really been planned to be for. "So," she began as she grabbed her shortbow and returned to her practice area. "Perhaps you'd like some legit training too, what weapon do you use?" It felt weird to go back to normal conversation, but she needed it at this point or she wouldn't be able to hold herself back. This definitely wasn't the time and place for what she really wanted. Nope. Now she needed a distraction.
_____Kaedé had found another fun one it seemed, @Elysian reminded her slightly of herself back when she first started to live for the moment. When the girl spoke of this not being the place she could only laugh as she stood up slowly stretching. ”There is no such thing as never the place for something. Even if it’s crowded or dirty, cold or smelly~ If the need is there and both want it they make it work.” Kaedé spoke almost like a taunt as she walked closer to Elysian before hearing the question of her weapon. Hands moving her UI until she drew her Naginata and spun it at her side before slamming it to the earth to her left side. ”Polearm, though my weapon is a Naginata. I chose to combine it with Berserk and rogue masteries for high mobility and heavy hitting when I need it most.” _____Kaedé would perform a few quick flips to get in the way of Elysian and her targets while she spun her weapon at her side like a baton, no fear if she cut herself or her clothing and the focus of someone who used the sort of weapon in real life for some odd reason. ”How about we spice things up a small bit. I’ll start at the farthest target, your goal is to get a arrow to hit me and if so I have to walk back to the starting line. My job is to not get hit, for one and second to reach you. If I do… Use your imagination~” Kaedé winked and used her free hand to fondle the air as she walked towards her starting point. _____Even if Elysian was against the idea of attacking another player Kaedé would try to force that out of the girl. Her frame growing a bit relaxed when she started to turn before hell broke out in her eyes. Sheer intent to hurt the girl as Kaedé moved her weapon to standby and started charging straight down the middle towards Elysian. Her blade was kept to the right, a large part of the shaft from her weapon out to the left of Kaedé, if the girl took a shot her first action would be to dive right even though she looked to the left.
Elysian turned to @Kaede Hoshi with a shrug. "Call me a hopeless romantic, but if it's not the place for me, if it doesn't feel right, I won't do it. No matter how much I want to," the last part brought out an emotion she wasn't used to and she cleared her throat checking her arrows as she tried to clear her mind. She hadn't joined Terrasphere to flirt. Yes it was her escape but she also wanted to be better at the game, she wanted to be useful, so if she didn't focus on her training what would be the point? There was time for this later, they had all the time in the world. Her eyes lit up in awe when Kaede revealed her weapon, an awesome Naginata, which made her shortbow look like a children's toy in comparison. "Damn remind me not to get on your bad side," she said as she put up her hands in mock surrender. Kaede was already explosive as it was, add berserk onto that and Elysian could actually be afraid of her if they were on opposing sides. Hopefully it would never come to that. Not with how she viewed her after their encounter. Elysian listened intently to Kaede's explanation of their next practice, and it sounded fun if not a bit intimidating. Even though her ranged ability had been upgraded she still felt like her aim wasn't 100%, not to mention the fact that she was afraid to hurt Kaede. Not that she would say that though to avoid being pushed into it. She would go along even if she felt a bit worried. "Game on, just don't get mad if I actually hit you..." She said as she nervously twitched her tail and readied her bow. Even the prospect of some fondling wasn't enough to make this entirely worth it to her but she'd try. When Kaede turned the look in her eyes actually startled Elysian and she nearly dropped her bow. She scrambled to string an arrow as the girl rushed towards her at scary speed. Her heart was pounding so hard in her chest that she could barely hear or even think straight for that matter. Shaking slightly she brought up her shortbow and pulled back her first arrow. She tried to control her breathing, this would be the first time she ever shot at a player. But Kaede had insisted on this and she wouldn't hold back. The Felis waited for the right moment, shooting out the arrow with a bit of a lead with how fast she was going. If it missed she'd quickly reload another. If it hit...she wasn't sure what she would do.
_____Kaedé would give the girl some credit, not everyone could iron their nerves so quickly to attack someone but she also was not just going to make things so easy. Her frame quickly broke to the right side, her weapon moving down to avoid the arrow before she took a moment to stop her sudden slide. Weapon spinning as she slammed the butt of it against a trunk from a tree and began to approach from a diagonal line. This time around Kaedé would make no attempts to dodge, her eyes darting to many different routes trying to make her enemy attempt to make her jump before letting an arrow out. _____This would be the last shot @Elysian would likely get before Kaedé was right in her face eyes glowing with rage until she blinked and spanked the girl’s butt with a smile. ”If you ever do hit me I might moan in pleasure to be honest. I like it rough.” Before the girl would have much chance to get back at Kaedé she would hop away and start walking back to her starting point, if the girl however had called her bluff and aimed true she would have already been back at her starting point and ripping the arrow out of herself, a light shade of red across her face in the process.
Elysian inwardly swore when she missed, but also a sense of relief filled her. She hadn't expected to actually hit Kaede and was it wrong to feel good about that? The competetor in her though was dissapointed and she was never one to back off of a game. Even one like this. With how close @Kaede Hoshi was she knew she only had one more chance before she was caught. To be honest she was both scared and turned on by the thought of it. Heart still beating like a drum in her chest she lifted her bow once more and concentrated. This time she waited for the exact right moment, until Kaede was close...too close. Yet she hoped in that moment the rogue would think she had won and maybe be too slow to dodge. Maybe. Now! Elysian quickly aimed down, right at Kaede's left leg and shot her arrow swift and without a blink of her eyes. If it sunk into her target she would raise her hands innocently hoping Kaede would be okay, but also she would be both excited and worried on the inside. If she missed however she would yelp in surprise as her butt was spanked. Then the Felis would blush and flick her ears a few times. "You like it rough? I'll remember that," she would grin and bite her bottom lip. That's definitely something she would remember. For later.
_____Sadly for Kaedé, @Elysian did not miss her target. The arrow resting in Kaedé's left foot as she walked away reaching down to the shaft of it and ripping it free when she returned to her spot. Turning back to the felis with a coy smile as she lowered her frame and restarted her rush towards the girl. What would likely strike a few odd points would be how she tossed her weapon strait towards the girl, it would not get more than half the distance but lodged into the ground freeing Kaedé to move faster and serve maybe to distract. _____When Kaedé got close enough she would jump up using her weapon to get a second motion and have her weapon once more as she spun slowly in the air. If Elysian made the choice to look towards Kaedé's face she would see the blade reflecting light into her eyes, another trick to help stall the girl from attacking, and if this had she would soon find Kaedé in point blank range with a grin across her face. Overall Kaedé had the easier job, so many tools she could use to make this harder on the girl. _____If Kaedé had managed her goal this time she would lean closer to Elysian, face within an inch of the girl’s to pay her back for last time before she moved her hand to wrap around her back and pull her closer with a firm grip on her butt and a gentle kiss to her lips. Holding for a few moments before she would break away and walk back to her starting point slowly waving her hips and gripping the air fondly recalling how Elysian’s butt felt in her hand. ”One for one.~ Honestly i want to do this with more fun at stake… but you don’t seem to want to do anything more while out in the woods. Such a shame.~”
Elysian was both shocked and excited when her arrow lodged directly into @Kaede Hoshi's foot. It didn't seem to hurt when she ripped it out, so Ely felt a bit better about it. Maybe this could be fun after all. She watched the dark-haired girl with a smug look on her face as she had to return to her starting line. How many times would she have to hit her until this little game as over? If she was honest it still made her uneasy, what would happen if Kaede really got mad at her? She shivered at the thought of it. Suddenly Kaede was throwing her weapon at her and Ely ducked in fear. "Hey, what the hell!" She yelled but then realized the blade had only made it halfway. It was then she realized it had been planned that way and she stood back up, confused yet intrigued. While she was distracted Kaede had already started her sprint, and Elysian fumbled with her bow. "Shit cmon!" She muttered as the damn arrow kept falling. Glancing up she noticed Kaede using the lodged weapon to push herself further and the Felis could feel the pressure. Her fingers were shaking but she finally hooked in the arrow and brought her bow up to aim. Though the only thing she could see was a bright light shining in her eyes and she growled in annoyance, squinting and trying to see past Kaede's trick. Unfortunately by the time she got her vision Kaede was right up on her and she screamed in surprise. "AH COME ONNN" she laughed as Kaede grabbed her and pulled her in. She melted into the kiss with a giggle and sighed when it was brief. Elysian watched her walk away, her eyes filled with wanting and maybe a bit too much lust. Why couldn't she get a hold of herself? She had more self control, usually... Elysian crossed her arms and flicked her ears with interest. "Okay how about this will be the tie-breaker. Whoever wins gets to ask the other any favor they want. I mean anything." She put a hand up indicating she wasn't finshed. "The winner also gets to choose the time and place where...well, I think you know. If they're interested of course," She said with a wink. "As long as it isn't I the middle of the woods I'm in."
