    Wabbit

    "
    Sup bitches?"

In a rarely traveled forest on Druuk Island. There have been sightings of the strangest thing ever yet seen in the area. A darting light. Like that of a rainbow streaming all over the woods. It was thought that maybe the game was glitching by players who made attempts to investigate the fast moving colors. However after a lucky adventurer finally caught the light having stopped moving. It was discovered to be a strange rabbit like creature. Extremely cartoony in appearance and not really fitting the setting. This combined with the creatures incredibly difficult to get near, or even find, made the rumors that it was a rare bounty or some sort of epic loot dropping monster, spread.

Whatever it is... one of the best adventurers in the game Had supposedly actually struck the now infamous Wabbit. According to her... it literally shed Prism Shards when struck! This led to several days of parties scavenging the forest for the elusive creature. Sadly... it just was too difficult. Most gave up.

Are you willing to give hunting it a shot?

    • Can you defeat hit the Wabbit and win a shard?
    • You may leave whenever you wish.
    • The Wabbit will disappear and reappear at different times everyday for the next week. You have 4 hours from it's appearance to try and hit the stupidly fast creature. Or it will vanish and you have to wait until it's random reappearance.
    • After one week the Wabbit will no longer return here.
    • 100-200 Words min/max.
    • You may try once per appearance.

  2. This truly was hunting at its finest. With the promise of untold riches that burst from the rainbow skin of the elusive 'Wabbit', and with stories of how impossibly, improbably fast it was, there was no doubt that Cain Darlite would be in Druuk Island to challenge the adorably garish beast. Arcane magic sparked on his fingertips like sparklers as the muse strode around the island, one eye on the scenery, another on that telltale rainbow. And there! On the horizon, speeding past in an erratic pattern so quickly that he could scarcely follow it, nevermind trying to predict its movement!

Clenching his fist, the Muse decided to throw caution to the wind and unleash a torrent of magic force. Accuracy wasn’t going to help him here, not when he could hardly understand WHAT he was trying to hit, after all.

  3. Indra’s cold eyes locked on the little bunny not too far away from her current position. It minded it’ own business, and though she thought it was a shame to try and harm it for personal gain, the possibility of getting these so called prism shards that many players were talking about was just too good to pass up. Never did she think of coming to a place such a Druuk Island, but it appeared the rumors she managed to pick up from one of her customers was true - the actual thing was just before her eyes.

Making as little noise as she could, the magecrafter pulled out of one of her long sleeves a small manaprism. Quietly, she chanted one of her spells, trying to communicate with the flow of phantasmal mana. A small, multicolored swirl of energy surrounded the manaprism, imbuing it with magical force. That didn’t mean her spell storing worked, actually - it could just be a fluke played by the mystical force behind all of it. With a quick motion, she threw the manaprism towards the wabbit. She could only pray that her phantasmia mana blessed her with its powers.

  5. Many people spoke of the riches that would result in being able to strike a "Wabbit", fatal or not. Apparently, it was just so fast few could even catch it.

But Sylpha wasn't hunting it for riches. She desired... to eat it. A strange thought for most who would rather obtain the treasures that it shed when struck. Most prefer the riches granted by catching the creature.

Perhaps, in that way, she could be considered eccentric. But in a fantasy world full of people more varied than in the real world, was it so odd someone wanted something else out of a "Wabbit"?

The rainbow trail that it emitted was really hard to miss, considering that they were positioned far too low for a rainbow. Sylpha readied an arcane spell, wrote the incantation and fired in it's direction hoping to strike true.

  6. It was back. The horrendous monstrosity who bore the ire of players everywhere was back, ready to troll the ever living hell out of those who tried to hit the damn thing. Not going after it was the wise things to do, if only for the sake of the Felis's sanity. Going to his new home and not dealing with the Wabbit was a better option anyways, and yet, the predatory instinct which scorned the ever dodging prey refused to let the hulking man ignore this new opportunity. Lion versus this goddamn rainbow shooting rabbit. Every so slow was Alonso's crawl, chest meeting dirt as he went into ambush commando mode. Yes, that was a thing his mental process insisted was a real creation. The little idiot in front of the Marquees's eyes was ripe for the beating.

Noble reputation be damned, he was going to murder this thing! Taking the process slow, the large player bent his hands and feet, ready to lunge once he found the perfect opportunity to strike. Oh yes, here it comes. The bastard made the mistake of turning its head away from Alonso's position. Now for that perfect moment happening in a split second, as Alonso lunged from his position to rear his fist back and take a mighty swing at the Wabbit.

  7. She wanted to play with the creature more than it it, but with how much it moved around, it was a bit hard for the faerin to get a hold of to ask for a game.

"Wait for me, little wabbit!" She whined softly. The wabbit seemed quite determined to stay away, even as she held flowers out to it. With a pout, she sang a song and tried to grow some plants it would like in the wilderness. What did they like, anyway? Carrots? Herbs? Flowers?

Thinking for a fair amount of time, she opted to grow a bouquet of all three. A ring of flowers surrounded a pile of carrots and mint. "C'mon, wabbit..." If she could trap it, she could hug it. And if she hugged it hard enough...That should work just the same as hitting it like a game of whackamole, right?

  8. A…’Wabbit’?

Presumably, it was some kind of wandering boss character that’s so prevalent in online games, but this one’s a little bit different. No, it wasn’t a super terrifying, world-ending abomination that requires whole party of very experienced players to just have a chance of besting. No, it’s…just a wabbit. A hopping, seemingly foul-mouthed wabbit that just hops around, taunting anyone to hit it. It’s…an interesting concept for a legendary creature, that’s for sure.

That’s why, when the chat had been flooded with rumored sightings of the creature, Elmyra – who had been coincidentally in the area – decided to try her luck in trying to encounter said legendary creature.

As she approached the field where the wabbit’s rumored to appear, she noticed that a lot of players already had the same idea. Surely among all of these players someone had managed to hit it at least once, right?

Well, apparently no one else had managed to hit it. Go figure.

Spying a small shape on the periphery of her vision, Elmyra picked up an impromptu rock and reflexively threw it with significant force towards the figure. It seems that she just needed to hit, not do damage…

  9. If the rumors were true and this 'wabbit' dropped unusually valuable loot, there was a possibility to Solaria that it meant there was something she could use to help people in it's body, too. While she wandered the field feeling a bit bad for what she planned to do, her sword was already drawn and seeking blood. Eyes keeping a look out, she found sight of an unusually colorful creature.

The wabbit began to run, only to be pursued.

"Hold it right there and gimme your flesh!" She used her blade to swing at it, hoping it wouldn't get away too far. If she could break the skin, she could learn a lot about it! A nurse had to learn about anything possibly health-guaranteeing, right?

  10. Alpha stared at the rainbow-colored ball of fluff as it trounced along the field, spitting grievous insults to her character and that of the others gathered around her. She had seen most of them only in the passing so she didn't make any attempt to converse with them. She knew how sly this rabbit was and to catch it would take all her concentration and force. "We meet again," Alpha whispered, readying herself into a stereotypical kung-fu stance that you'd see in Jackie Chan movies (with the outstretched arm and beckoning hand). And then she struck with the force of a thousand suns.

  11. Stelluna glanced at the strange beast and decided she didn't like it. Not that she liked most animals but this one was stranger than the rest. It just didn't... fit. There was something wrong about it's very presence in the world. She could see a large number of people scrambling to kill the thing, as it darted around dodging everything. Well, they probably had a good reason for trying to kill it and she caught someone saying something about Prism Shards. That caught her attention, she didn't really have much use for them but she didn't have anything better to do at the moment. Drawing her spear, she took a stab at it.

  12. The creature’s foul mouth was of no consequence to the Justicar, only the fact that its body was literally composed of Prism Gems. The rare and elusive ‘wabbit’ was wanted by Mistress Vermillion for obvious reasons. As her agent, she must hunt it down for Mistress, dead or alive.

Yes, even if that meant returning to one of Eldhi’s most hated place on Terrasphere, the lawless Druuk Island full of felons and pirates, just the thought of setting foot there was enough to make her want to go on a zealous crusade. However, she wasn’t here to cleanse pirates, her target was the Wabbit.

”Hmmm?!” Sighting its prismatic body at the corner of her red eyes, The Justicar quickly brandished her blade then launched a small but swift crescent wave and it struck... a random tree.

  13. ”Be vewy vewy quiet... I’m hunting wabbits...

Aria couldn’t get the iconic quite off her mind ever since she heard of this oddly-named ‘Wabbit’ creature. A rabbit made out of crystals? Well of course any self-respecting hunter would try their hands on capturing it, Aria was definitely in. She arrived in Druuk Island a few hours ago and was now skulking through the secluded forest, shortbow in hand, quiever slung on her shoulder.

Her Investigation Mode, enhanced by her Hunting mastery, found distinct prismatic tracks, the shape was oddly similar to that of a common rabbit. Gotcha, now she just had to locate it. ”Wha-?!” ...or for the rabbit to find her first as an annoyingly grating voice greeted and insulted her at the same time. This fucking... long ears! She’d show who’s the bitch!

Whipping around, Aria made a quick aim and pulled the string, launching an arrow at the foul-mouthed bunny ass!

...only to miss by a wide margin. Right... what should she expect? Haa...

  14. When word of such a fascinating creature reached Aden's ears, his curiosity was enough to overrule any sort of reservations he had about travelling to such a shady place as Druuk Island.

Based on rumours, the creature sheds prism shards when struck, which had sent many an adventurer scrambling for the shores of the island in hoping to obtain one of these rare shards for themselves.
Aden was admittedly one of such adventurers. He was curious enough to acquire a shard seeing that he had not once known what one looked like but heard several tales of the powers each possessed.

Spending a good amount of time in the day quietly creeping through grasslands and forestlands in search of the elusive creature. Suddenly, he had spotted from the corner of his eye, a myriad of colors. It was moving with such agility that Aden deduced that trying to tag the creature with accuracy alone would be pointless. Thus, he threw caution to the wind and relied on tagging the rabbit by launching a volley of arrows with the metal arrowheads removed so as to not heavily injure the rabbit if he does land a hit.

    ...only to miss.

  15. Aiko, despite the greenhorn she was, also came to the island in search of the rainbow rabbit. Despite still being a beginner, she had already heard the rumours of how rare and valuable prism shards were and in relation to that, the rabbit seemed to shed prism shards when struck. If she manages to get one of these shards herself, it would significantly help her launch herself from a mere fledgling adventurer to a decent one, or even amongst the top in one fell swoop.

The opportunity was too much to pass for the Felis, thus she spends the majority of the day scouring Druuk Island for the rabbit. Finally, just before dusk snatches away the last vestiges of sunlight, she saw the colorful creature waltzing through the grasslands with absolutely no care in the world... probably confident with how fast it was moving.

Without any reliable ranged attack, Aiko resorted to using geomancy to will small pebbles to strike the rabbit. All she needed was for one of these pebbles to hit.

And it hit! Geezus, who knew that would work? But yus! It looked like her luck with games was starting to turn around.
