  1. As the wabbit returned, Elmyra…seems content to just watch the carnage unfolds.

Case in point, as the others would-be hunters seemed to try bending over backwards just to try and catch the slippery thing, she’s just watching over in the middle of the grassy clearing with a neutral expression. It wasn’t just being idle to be fair – her eyes seemed to still dart back and forth trying to keep up with the movements of the wabbit. What she seems to have just gave up on is trying to catch up with the wabbit physically. Instead, she seems content to let the wabbit come to her by itself.

Withdrawing a glass bottle from her bag, Elmyra placed the bottle on the tip of her right shoe before going back to stare impassively at the goings on. Nonchalantly, after some kind of trigger that only she can understand, she rolled the bottle, nudging it with her leg as momentum. It continues to roll until it stops abruptly at the edge of the grassy plains…before unceremoniously exploding in a conflagration of flame.

…At the very least, even if it misses, it’ll make for a nice impromptu crop clearing.

  2. Though she'd already gotten to the rabbit once, the faerin wasn't keen to give up when a challenge was laid before her. The fur that was soaked in a rainbow would never stop putting her in awe, leaving her to stare in wonder of the creature and wanting more than anything to be able to get closer.

Knowing well that she couldn't use her natural ability to sneak into the minds of smaller creatures here, she opted to try her voice once again. Whether it listened or not was up to it to decide, but at least she could thank it for their earlier encounter once again. Singing a melody she'd heard long ago, she smiled sadly with her words.

"♩♬~The fields are filled with desires
    All voices, crying for freedom
But all in vain, they will fade away
There's only you, to answer you, forever~♬♩"

  3. Okay, okay... being angry and fuming wouldn't do her any good. The rabbit was deliberately taunting her so those hunting it would fumble and fail. The sadistic little bastard must be enjoying the humiliation. By the Gods, she wouldn't let it get away with this. Taking a few deep breaths, Aria calmed herself down.

Focus, girl, focus and ignore its voice, no matter how high-pitched screechingly annoying it sounded. Her feline ears swished about, closing her eyes to better focus on the rustles of leaves and grasses. "...There!" Another arrow launched aaaand...!

"Ku-... Don't scream... don't scream... calm... don't let it have the satisfaction."

  4. _____Kaedé blinked a few times at the sight. A bunch of people chasing a tiny little rainbow rabbit. If this was not a fantasy game she would have thought she took one too many hits of the pipe for this one but seeing no negative buffs under her HP she assumed this was reality and began to stretch her legs a bit. It was rare to see something this fast running around and Kaedé would be a foul not to make an attempt at chasing the creature at her top speeds. Fishing out her lightest polearm before bolting forward.

_____She did not know if her speed would be as much as the rabbit’s but she was far less worried about side stepping other attacks or taking her time to plan such evades. Weapon resting near the ground as she tried to get closer sliding across the ground and sweeping her weapon at the footing of the little creature trying to forcefully trip him and get him off the ground. Even if she missed maybe she would be able to set the little fellow up for someone else to get a strike in against it, or maybe she did strike it.

  5. img ”What's is this, what is this? A game, but who do we blame? A riddle without a fiddle? Oh joy, oh boy, settle the score else such be a bore~”

_____The oddness in his voice rang out as Reaper jumped down from a tree holding his top hat careful not to allow it to fall off in such an entrance. He was off the clock for now and such wanted to let a bit of fun inhabit his usual dull activities. Arms rose slowly as he pointed gun fingers at each person in the area, a light ‘bang’ or ‘boom’ from his mouth before focus caught the rabbit and he waved his hand over his eyes and leaned forward sticking one leg to the air as a joke.

”What is this, what was that? A rabbit, no must be a kibbutz or maybe a ...? This will not do, this will not work… DIE MOTHER FUCKER!!!”

_____Reaper’s expression shifted as he grinned and moved his hands to follow his target, slow chanting before he began to barrage the area with Arcane magic, zero care for any sort of collateral damage to others in the area as he detested the rainbow.

  6. “Excited. No magical fumbles this time! It appears my experience with arcane arts is slowly increasing. Hopeful. Another try!” the blonde tried her best to at least get a decent idea as to where the bunny was, the damned thing running so fast that her eyes could only perceive its afterimages - possibly the reason why she missed so many times before succeeding once. This time around, arcane magic swirled on her hand, a small manaprism was conjured by arcane arts and was enchanted with a great deal of arcanamancy mana. “Wistful. If only I could hit it once more…” Her hand clenched in a fist, gripping tight on her magecrafting jewel.

Indra pointed her hand in a general direction, because any attempt at aiming for a target that moved at such ridiculous speed was, unfortunately, useless. The manaprism lighted up as she chanted the appropriate words for her magic, and energy gathered to form a small energy orb on her hand. With one last command, it was shot towards the bunny.

The annoying little creature would see it was being hunted and run extremely fast out of the area. It would be impossible to catch it for awhile.

    "HEY THAT HURTS NUMBNUTS!"

(Keep a eye out for it's return....)

Suddenly the branches of a nearby tree begins to move and shake. A blur of rainbow light shoots from it and begins to once again zigzag all over the woods! Hunting time!

"GOTTA GO FAST! RAINBOW BUNNY SPEEEEDS BY!"

  9. The fact that she was still trying to hunt down this creature was ridiculous, but still less ridiculous than some of the names she had heard. Wabbit? Did the person who named the thing lose half of his teeth after it kicked him in the face? Well, regardless, it had dodged her earlier strike. She had seen some of the others hunting land strikes but it was remarkably agile, if a bit... unstable. Actually, why didn't the rabbit just escape entirely? It had the speed to do so, did it enjoy the pain? Was this how its species bred? Regardless, a chance for prism shards was always nice. They were extremely valuable nowadays and still quite rare. She tried another stab at it.

  10. "Not again..." Verity muttered as the "Wabbit" continued to zoom around the area, seemingly mocking him by his speed. He thought that one hit would make it flee and leave him alone, but he guessed that he was wrong. At any case, if he can't stop that crazy rainbow rabbit, he won't have any peace and quiet at all.

Raising his sword, he quickly charged into the creature to chase it once more. Like before, he waited for the right time to strike. When he found that needed time, he swung his blade horizontally in an attempt to hit it once more, hoping that it would leave him alone for good.

  11. _____Round two it would seem as Kaedé dusted herself off from her slide and cracked her knuckles before rushing after the rabbit once more. This time around Kaedé was more focused on just hitting the little thing then tripping it over as she spun her weapon to start slashing at her right side where she did her best to keep close to the rabbit so her slashes and thrust had a better chance of landing a blow against the creature. A smile on her face as she enjoyed the idea of something proving to be faster than Kaedé and the chance to race it around.

”Let’s see who can run faster shall we little rabbit? Should be a enjoyable game no?”

____With a slight taunt spoken Kaedé's frame shifted slightly to reduce wind resistance and began bolting after her race partner still trying to kill it with her strikes. Sure it was fun but Kaedé also did not like the idea of something faster than her being left alive considering it was a small rabbit.

  12. _____Alice was not here to play around as she walked into the area, Black claw marching alongside her as the Faerin watched the rabbit with growing displeasure hidden behind a playful smile. Right hand waving forward as black claw growled loudly and began rushing into the area to attack the bunny and Alice closed her eyes and began demanded one of her spirits to reply to her summons.

_____Alice would allow her grin a slightly more twisted expression as she waved her hands and slammed the ground before starting the small chant she needed. ”Aru no dara risha, sov no roktol.” The ground bending around her before small parts of the area turned into quicksand in further attempt to catch the rabbit and prevent anyone of Vermillion’s group the chance to catch the creature with shards in it.

  13. “Nonplussed. I wonder if the gods of fortune constantly work against my luck.” Monotone sigh escaping her lips, the blonde muttered incomprehensible and salty babble to herself afterwards. It was at that time that a familiar flash of colorful light suddenly passed for a brief moment. She quickly stood up, ahoge straight up as her attention levels were at their maximum. She knew just what happened, and though she may have been dismayed because of her failure to succeed in attacking , it appeared that luck smiled upon her once more. She’d get another shot at this colorful little bugger, and she wasn’t even looking for it!

As always, a manaprism was energized by her arcane mana as she slowly approached a general area on which the ultra fast bunny hopped about, speeding beyond what her eyes could register - thankfully, all those colors helped have a general grasp of its position. “Hopeful. You smiled upon me once more, gods of fortune. I request that you do so once more.” her magecrafting manaprism shone brighter and activated the spell, shooting a narrow magic beam at the thing. She was just a beginner after all.

  15. She'd gone off to do some practice on her magic, but she lacked much for it. She knew she couldn't really take a picture of the rabbit or anything of the sort, but after talking to 'her friend' offline, Lady Briar was more determined than ever to catch it and make it her's.

While she knew this wasn't a beast she could tame, she also knew it would be far more enjoyable to kill if she tormented it a bit. She tried to use her spells again, this time attempting a newer one she'd been developing.
