Hearing a stranger mention his blood pressure being high, she took a moment to give him a piece of advice from her own life, leaving Verity only as long as it was needed for her to have her words.

Mister, you should really listen to your doctor. High blood pressure is dangerous and can lead to an early grave. Avoiding stress is impossible, but learning to manage it is, so please make sure to keep an eye on that. Remember, your health is important. You only get one body and one life! Well...Back home, that is.

She left realizing that she may or may not have just made a fool of herself in front of a possible NPC, immediately returning to Verity and praying he wouldn't laugh at her.

As long she was okay, he might take her word for it. Although, his another worry right now was how far did his changes will affect his thoughts and perspective to anyone. However, their conversation was interrupted when Solaria excused her and gave a few words to one of the adventurers about the Felis man's stress. From what he can tell when she came back, he can tell that she might have embarrassed herself a bit.

You did have a point about his health. Though I feel you should try not to say too much.

Despite his words, he knew he hadn't followed that advice for many times now.

Of course it would make a mess, but it kind of suits you anyway. Some people happen to look good with bedhead, you know.

Giving a somewhat goofy grin, she was mostly glad he'd relaxed now. He even willingly gave her some simple advice when she returned from her moment of worrying over someone herself. With a somewhat timid laugh, her lips remained in the same awkward grin, her words flowing normally despite it.

Perhaps, but...Even if it might make me seem like I'm embarrassing myself, or if it seems like I'm overbearing...I can't help but try to remind people how vital their health is, you know? If I don't...I'll just worry endlessly. At least this way, I've tried to do them some good. It's why I want you not to worry as much, especially over a little cut. That amount of anxiety is bad for your body too, you know?

Verity just smiled at Solaria's remark. Just mentioning that made him remind of his college friends' remark of his hairstyle.

To be honest, I had this same hairstyle in real life. I planned to change it, but I decided not to. Some of my friends even said it fits me to a 'T'.

She has a point. He spent some time worrying about what was happening to him, that he unknowingly stressed out over a strange anomaly that only happened in the game world.

Good point. I might not able to focus on tomorrow's events if I keep worrying about you all night. Besides, with chances of a battle are high, I feel we need a lot more energy to defend ourselves from our enemies.

That's the spirit! Let's focus on doing our best tomorrow, and being ready for it. Worrying will get us nowhere. What we need to do is relax and ready ourselves for whatever comes our way when the real battle begins.

So you chose to look similar to your real self? I'm impressed. I actually made my character to mix my friend's usual methods with me. My best friend offline...I live with her, and I've known her since I was little. We've played MMOs together since we were little, and this is the first I'm playing without her. So I wouldn't feel alone when I started, I made the character look like what she usually would do. Even the illumancy is based on her. The swordsmanship is mostly just me though. I've always had a fascination with it for some reason.

Letting out a somewhat booming laugh, she finished her statement and let herself drop down without a care for the way it hurt her rump when it hit the ground.

So, what do you usually do to relax? Let's try it together...and then when it's closer, we'll try to pump ourselves up for the road ahead. It's easier to relax when with friends, don't you think?
