Hearing the girl comment on still wanting to try for a blessing, Lucia couldn't help eyes of vague pity as she looked at the girl. Did such a blessing seem easy perhaps? Lucia couldn't think of a way to properly describe the difficulty; a near impossible raid, she had to find clues and almost betray her entire party to the consequences, even then after giving up so much she'd still died attaining it. "Well, I won't do something as boring as repeat myself... Just know though that there's more to it then you might think, the Gods especially aren't naive or dumb. They're watching us even now-- not just where we are and what we say, but in our heads and thoughts. You should be very careful about getting close to one, particularly the Malevolent ones like me." Lucia explained, she after all got her approval from the Goddess of Death, of the Malevolent Tora, she was an evil God to some, prone to cause more damage then grant blessings, Lucia felt she was lucky to have earned favor even now. Lucia was even a little suspicious that they were the programs in this game that monitored and build the world around them as they went making them that much scarier. Though the talk about undead being a part of chaos, Lucia could only sigh a little. Looking at the woman who seemed to imply things reminded her terribly of another person she used to disagree with, another dark mage who felt chaos was the end all be all. It was a little unfortunate it seemed this person might just be following in Merkaba's footsteps. "Why?" Lucia asked tilting her head, as if it were a question not needing an answer, she asked anyway. Lucia didn't see Necromancy as Evil nor Chaotic in nature, the powers of life and death she felt fell on their own scales, it was silly to measure them in any other way. "Undead are intelligent creatures, they can make formations, battle lines, plan and project. They can have vision of a future, of society and civilization, does that sound chaotic?" Lucia asked with a mellow smile. "Naturally it goes against the natural order to rise against the dead some would say, defying the normal cycle of life and death, but it doesn't exactly oppose the cycle, it merely adds more loops on." She added trying to differentiate it from a lawful power as well. "The undead also hurt a lot of innocent people so they can't be good, but they also bring relief, comfort and reassurance to some so they can't be evil." Lucia continued shaking her head firmly. "However, they will cause intense damage to any ecosystem they are a part of, their world cannot intersect with the livings' making it different. Anything can be used to stir chaos or create law and order-- Even chaos and law, so why should Necromancy be restricted?" Lucia asked with a mellow smile. The question about what brought Lucia here though made her hesitate briefly. With a sigh, thinking back it was still a little tough on her. After a while, she shrugged with a coy smile. "I started as an archer, but the rest not saying~" She commented, initially she'd joined the game because she wanted to be famous, to be well known, to have at least a few people remember who she was and want to spend time with her. Reality was harsh though, people betrayed her, those who said they'd care or follow her disappeared, the players were a cruel bunch, ones that said nice and sweet things but didn't follow through. During the darkest moments of that realization she was approached by the goddess, given a new hope she abandoned her old Mastery of the bow and picked up Illumancy to become a purely magic user. She endeavored to work hard for the Goddess who recognized and noticed her, to build a place for the undead who were forgotten, left behind, abandoned and lost like she was. She'd come very far despite only having so much to show for it.
"I don't believe in order. The cycle of life is a ball of blasphemy. If we were to truly be paying attention to it's order, no one would bother with healing. Chaos is what binds this world together." While she may appear to many as a silly kid, Lady Briar was well set in her ways. As in reality, she was someone who thrived on making use of others. She was a person who cared little about law, and only followed it to the minimum letter, instead preferring mischief for the sake of reminding the world why such things even exist. "The undead are brought back to life by those with reasons to revive them. Just the same, the living are killed by that which sees fruit in their death. Good and evil, it's all just made up mumbo-jumbo. It's a ploy to bring people's hearts to a consensus where one doesn't exist or lacks a requirement." Shaking her head, she ended her ranting. What was the point of explaining herself? There was far more interesting things in this world to learn and find out. "You are not a god, only a woman blessed by them with ability and beauty. To get close to you is not dangerous, but pleasurable." Giving the woman a toothy grin, she added a soft remark. "And your friends here are interesting, to boot. Why would I avoid such wonders?"
Lucia could only laugh, it was similar enough to Merkaba, but perhaps less crazy, at least this one didn't seem like some deranged cultist. The comparison was cuter, one seemed more like the misguided youth wanting attention while the other was a deranged loon bent on burning the planet to the ground. "Why can't all of that just be a part of the plan though? If someone wasn't meant to go the healing would work, but if there was nothing left for them they would die even with treatment right?" She tried to tease, playing devil's advocate. In truth she didn't think too deeply into these things. The concepts of becoming a 'Red Knight'/'Scarlet Witch' or a 'Truth Seeker'/'Seer' weren't very appealing to her. The alignments of chaos and law weren't her's to pick at just as evil and good weren't either. Lucia's alignment remained with death ever since she found them to be the ones to support her when there was no one else. "A person could also be killed by age though, which is a part of the natural order. Even Chaos, in the form of an accident could kill them couldn't it?" Lucia teased still, finding fun in poking holes in the talk of alignments. The world was far too grey, the power of absolute extremes was just far too difficult to achieve without knowing exactly how. "If you're that interested in things like Chaos and all that, you should look into the requirements for becoming a Red Knight or Scarlet witch. Those kinds of people who serve the extremes rather then deities." She tried to offer some advice to a fellow player, after all they were all playing the game together. When the woman commented on her not being a god, Lucia only chuckled a little, lifting a finger, she flashed a wink as she spoke with a confident tone. "Not yet I'm not..." She teased, there was already a path for her to follow to achieve that type of divinity after all, it would be a long time until she could achieve it, but she knew the steps she needed to take, and the process she had to go through. "I'm not saying to avoid me though, friends are nice after all." She spoke reaching out to pat the girl reassuringly.
Though it did happen once in a while, Lady Briar wasn't very accustomed to being on the opposite end of a devil's advocate. Normally, that was Briar's job- and for her, it was just to cause some chaos in the minds of innocents that seemed like they'd be able to be persuaded otherwise. It was just a hobby for Briar, so why did this woman opt to be sincere in doing the same? It just made no sense...Even if the facts had merit. Instead of giving a reply to any question asked at the time, Briar decided it best to let Lucia have her 'fun'- or at least, that's what the small lady would call it in her mind. Feeling her head being pet was annoyingly enjoyable for her as a feline, though not so much as a person. No, that was something she did to annoying children at work in the real world. Was she just a child here? "A scarlet knight, you say? I can't say I've heard of such things...What is the difference between a red knight or scarlet witch? I'd much rather be both than neither, depending on what it is. Wouldn't it be far more glorious? It's silly to bind oneself to a simple rhythm or title, after all."
Lucia only hung her head, when the girl didn't comment on her teasing but instead looked out to try and find out more about those who worshipped the extremes. She expected her to be a little interested in it, but in the end turned her gaze towards Sylvanas as she spoke. "There are a lot of unique classes, some are made up, some are well known, I can't say they're called the same thing here but there have always been those who worship the extremes and absolutes. In my case, were I not so supportive of a Goddess, I might have been one who pursued the path of an Wight Knight like Sylvanas here." She gestured towards the armored soldier who didn't react very much to the title that she wasn't yet worthy of. "Or a Pale Master since I'm not quite so inclined to using martial prowess. For Good there is Holy Knights and Priests, for Evil there are Dark Knights and Cultists. On the side of life are the Druids and Protectorates, while Law has the Truth Seekers and Seers." Lucia explained intentionally saving the info the girl wanted for last. "Naturally Chaos would also have it's own champions, The Chosen, as it were; Red Knights who are more inclined to martial prowess, and Scarlet Witches who are more inclined to Magical Mayhem. Trying to become both won't exactly work, they're practically different breeds of beings. Some red knights could be better at magic then some witches, and some witches better with weapons then some knights... but a horse is a horse unless it's a Zebra, it's less about what you want, and more how the world will remember you." She tried to explain with a hand gesture. After all, regardless of what anyone wanted their title column will be filled without their input. If the game designates someone as something how could they reject if it wasn't an option? They would simply be branded as that until an option presents itself. "At the end of the day though, they all push for the benefit of Extremes and work to create absolutes. It all just depends on how they do it, and which extreme." She answered with a simple hand gesture.
Extremes and absolutes weren't normally words really in the feline's dictionary. What she liked about chaos, after all, was the lack of predictability. It was sporadic yet comfortable, an evil twist on the good in the world without making her seem quite as horrifying as she could mentally be. To try to fix it down to 'absolutes'? That felt preposterous to the girl. "While I don't know the way titles work, what I do know is my goals are far grander than any title can give me. I want not glory or riches. A title can go bite my butt. What I want is so much sweeter than the taste of success." Her words had her drooling, as if her goal were a tasty snack. She rubbed her blubber off onto her sleeve, the skin below her fur tinted red. Taking a moment, she thought it over. Okay, so what she wanted might be similar. What she wanted was simply to drive people wild. She wanted to spread chaos in the fabric of the world itself, like a seed being planted in the hearts of all. Her view of 'chaos', however, was quite vague. Just trying to make people think backwards to their usual methods to give them some torment would be chaotic enough to her many times. Did that make her a knight or a witch? No, it made her something worse, probably. Far, far worse. "If I'm to choose, I'll take the Scarlet Witch merely because I wish not to deal with people directly as a knight would. I may study polearms, but it's just to keep enemies always at arm's length. My true skill will be mesmerizing an audience with my hallucinatory spells. Perhaps they'll find that same chaos inside them during their trips?"
Lucia only chuckled sweetly, with arms behind her back, she advanced as if playfully stepping around the girl, circling her with a kind smile. Her atmosphere was gentle and welcoming as ever as she spoke. "Are they? Not Glory or Riches but 'grand' you say?" She giggled, as she'd heard the words of someone young or inexperienced. She looked at Merkaba the same way in truth, she could only assume the two girls had the same desire, hearing them talk about how majestic or large of an affair it will be in their eyes made Lucia chuckle. Lucia could only shake her head at the very thought, after all, who would know better then her? In reality she suffered from the kind of fate that this girl described, her reality was no doubt worse then anything this girl could dole out, of that Lucia had no doubt. "Then what?" Lucia asked with mellow tone as she continued taking soft measured steps around the girl. "Even if you can turn left into right, up into side ways and sky into ground... So what? After a while, they would just accept it, after a while, no one would remember or care. Backwards or forwards, why would i matter as long as they were moving? Wouldn't they still be able to eat and live and have families and make money? Even on a baser level, they would still have desires and feelings... But if you pushed them too far, until they were beasts or broken-- Then what?" Lucia asked with a coy grin. "They would still be able to eat and live and have families." With a vague shrug, Lucia couldn't find the amusement Merkaba and this girl got from twisting people up. In the end, people didn't really change as much as people like to think. So what if their personality is a little darker, if they have a few more scars, Nothing was ever truly different. "Just like trying to be the good guy, you would commit some wrongs-- Trying to be the villain you would do some good. If you try to make laws you'll disrupt the natural order-- If you try to change the rules you can't change the pieces, can't change the shape of the board." Lucia tried to offer, playing devil's advocate to an extent. The extremes were all insanely difficult to acquire after all. It was for that reasons he herself wasn't endeavoring to become a Pale Master, it was an affair only made possible by closing your eyes. "Hallucinations alone aren't enough for that don't you think? But-- How to change the pieces-- How to change the board. As a Piece yourself would you know?~" Lucia asked with a mellow tone. While the answer wasn't exactly critical to her, she still waited with some measure of expectation waiting to watch the girl.
The playful circles had her guarded. While she loved a game of ring-around-the-rosey (because who didn't love what she'd read was a song about the black plague?), she wasn't fond of the way it felt when she was in the center. After all, it felt more like she was being circled by a vulture- which, on the one hand, had a nice ping of interest in her head for a split second- but really, that just meant she was doomed if it were really the case. Luckily, the woman's laughter seemed to ebb that anxiety. She knew her cute charm would keep her safe! Why else would she be playing a goddamn little girl? "It's for the moment of chaos, not the ending. I need not know what the future holds. To be honest, the future is a boring malady we use to make today have a point. I'd much rather make a point of entertaining the day with mishaps. Mayhem helps society grow in it's own right, you know~?" An impish grin on her face, she squirmed as she felt a chill from the sudden play of a chess analogy. Likely because of 'her' brothers, she had a tendency to loathe the board game, even if it was quite good for analogies like these. Even when she used one of the idioms regarding pawns, Lady Briar often found herself uncomfortable with them. Still, the show had to go on- and this was a show worth enjoying, wasn't it? "Am I a piece, or a player? And if I am a piece, which am I? It's far easier to comprehend the pieces in a game of checkers than chess, but I much more prefer Othello of them all. A piece can be changed at any moment from one side to the other. If we speak of extremes, that's the true extremist's game, don't you think?"
Lucia could only giggle, wasn't this a game she was good at as well? For a myriad of reasons she was talented in this type of talk, it largely translated to her real life situation which was why she was so unafraid of teasing others like her real self. "No no no, you misspoke~ If the future didn't matter then why would you try to change people? Was it not the thought of them changing that drove you to do it?~ The anticipation of your goal just now that made you drool?~ Hehe, and yet you can discredit the value you have for the future when you invest so much into it, talking about how society grows from it and making all of these silly plans~" She teased, moistening her lips as she crept closer little by little. Playing the villain wasn't unfamiliar to her, though she didn't like it in Terrasphere, it wasn't hard to translate considering her sleek and demure teasing. Instead, crouching, Lucia's smile curled at the edges, a sly grin on her face as she tried to lift a finger to give the girl's brow a little poke. "Silly girl, Othello seems like something you would hate, too much strategizing, a game with a right and wrong answer. Even if the pieces can flip and change, do they really? Looking down they look different, but you're smarter then that right? We both know that both sides were different colors all the time. If we're talking Lawful, it would definitely be an extremist's game dear." She spoke, pointing from herself to the girl as she spoke gesturing back and forth trying to gesture an understanding. Her smile grew more sly as she continued speaking. "Even now, listening to me talk to you, are you realizing just how Lawful you act and are? Isn't it a shame? You pursue Chaos, but do you really know? Hehe, even your predecessor in this game didn't know much more then you-- you both have these silly grand dreams and expectations. All of these same Mantras and ideas for what makes things chaotic. If you'd known her you would have gotten along I'm sure, you both seem to think a lot alike." Lucia explained. Crossing her arms, in her crouched position she rested her cheek against them, for a brief moment. "It's really tough to realize and think that you're becoming the very thing you're trying to change isn't it? Did you know? The harder you try, the more you'll become what you hate. Even if you succeed, the destination will be different from what you wanted. Merkaba found that out after a long time of struggling against it, not enough to reach the Apex--" Lucia spoke with a musing hum as if considering what she should tell to the woman in front of her to help her understand.
A part of her was getting tired of this situation, mostly because she felt like she was losing an argument. The woman gave quite a few instances that didn't seem to make sense to Briar, but in particular, they all made it sound like she was failing at life. Briar did not take kindly to that idea. While she'd purred earlier, a growl wanted to take her throat hostage. "Calm down, Langdon... Taking a breath, she redeemed herself in her head, the air caught in her throat leaving in peace. "Even chaos craves order at times. It wouldn't be chaotic if there was no will. Othello is a game where the tables turn every second. It's only natural to see chaos in that constant change from black to white to black again." Well, it was natural to Briar, and that was all that mattered. "I'm not becoming anything. People don't change easily, especially in their later years. I've been like this since the day I was born, and I'll be as I am until the day I die. I'm happy that way. The question is, are you going to be happy knowing you'll leave these two behind one day yourself? I have no legacy other than the chaos I create in the moment. You have one that will leave you a memory to those that lose you. Isn't it sad for them, in the end? When you brought them to life, and they cannot do the same. Or can they?"
Lucia couldn't help chuckling, particularly when the girl mentioned Sylvanas and Mortimer again. The pair of undead largely lost in this line of Q&A, clearly it wasn't their field of expertise, philosophy was just not something the assassin or knight were particularly adept at. Instead, once the questions were posed, they once more turned to Lucia curious about her take on the questions asked. Lucia, naturally wouldn't disappoint, her mellow smile remaining a bit blank as she continued. "Craving order implies rationality though-- 'Rationalizing' isn't a something the chaotic should understand let alone follow. This is why schemers, you, Merkaba were always so silly to me. As it stands, don't you think I'm a much more capable agent of chaos by comparison?" Lucia asked with a musing tone, not that she wanted to steal anyone's thunder, but she simply felt it wasn't being done properly. "Will, Rationality, Rules, these won't change~ Will struggles against the change, Rationality struggles against desires, Rules restrain and constrain. It is the pieces that determine their own color, the rules that tell you when a piece is a color, and all you get to do is decide how to take advantage of these things. You believe it is chaos because it changes-- but in the end you play according to the rules, in the end you're restrained to do what they tell you. In the end it's the pieces and the rules that decide how it changes, you? Hehe, aren't you only rationalizing the best way to take advantage of them to make sure the changes favor you? Does this sound Chaotic?" Lucia asked, her grin curling briefly. Though when being told about leaving the two behind her behind, Lucia's smile didn't fade even as Mortimer seemed to disapprove. Sylvanas seemed particularly opposed, murderous intent thick enough to cut with a knife poured out from her frosty gaze, but in the end, Lucia lifted a hand to try and restrain the emotional knight from taking action. "Maybe you're right, people don't change-- Perhaps you'll be Lawful Evil all along?" Lucia proposed with a musing tone. "Someday I might leave this world behind, without a corpse for them to raise and follow. It's an inevitability, I can understand that... but so what? I'm having fun building a legacy, giving these poor wandering creatures a fantastic and extraordinary destiny, carving out a fate for them and a hope for a future." Lucia explained with a content expression as if it wouldn't bother her very much to leave it behind. Naturally a Legacy was meant to be passed on and left behind after all. "Erm... If I may, I might not understand the futures you both seem to be anticipating but, the Matriarch's teachings will surely live on through us." Mortimer affirmed. "Hmph, even without the Miss we'll find a way to continue on. We have an eternity to keep searching for her corpse unlike you." Sylvanas added with a deep frown. Though Lucia understood they were misunderstanding she didn't try to correct them. They didn't know that this world could be obliterated with something as easy as a server shut down or reset. She didn't explain though, instead letting them think that the future was uncertain she smiled at the Lady Briar still, her smile growing more content, her expression delicate, her warm gaze frail but at the same time guarded by the support. "It's things like this that bring me to life. Being needed, being wanted, what better way is there to describe 'life'. By comparison I'm much more alive here then I am outside." She explained to the girl with a hushed tone, as if trying to ensure Sylvanas and Mortimer didn't hear her words out completely. "I came here chasing that feeling you know? I don't need anything else but that~" Lucia spoke, her tone warm, glancing back to Mortimer and Sylvanas briefly. She began speaking normally after a small laugh. "I'm a pretty simple person in truth, in the end, there will always be someone else who can depend on me. Once I've passed on my legacy, I'll move onto my next project-- while I don't think that makes me a chaotic person, I worry I have a leg up on you two by comparison... That was why I thought I'd give some advice if you want it~"
The small kit let out a defeated breath of air, the irritation settling and struggling to keep itself at bay. Lady Briar's goal was one no one would understand, she decided- mostly, in part, because she didn't want to deal with explaining it in a way the logical would understand. Her concept of 'chaos' was a bit misleading, perhaps- because, in truth, she did see the point in the woman's words. However, the truth was blurred in her mind. Some things fit, some things didn't. Chaos, it seemed, was a puzzle with missing pieces. "Laws are for the weak who desire to be lead. Rationale is useful, but only in instances where a line is left in the sand. Will is where chaos truly lies- for those who attempt to control it are the craziest of all, the weakest of all. Rather than control one's own will...One should be free to feel and experience even the most perverse of the world. Innocence, rather than a virtue, is perhaps the greatest of sins one can commit for themselves." A bit proud of her attempt at spinning this 'mistress's' words to her advantage, Briar found herself with a gleaming, impish grin. However, even she understood what the stranger creatures did not about the lack of a corpse. Unlike her, Briar would happily tell them the truth behind the matter. "She's not saying it'll be hard to find, she's saying it won't exist. Her corpse will be merely dust on the wind, perhaps. While you may keep memories of her, her body will not be able to return, for it will have vanished." It was as harsh a truth as any Briar had to tell people, even in the real world. As a doctor, the young lady's real self had plenty of patients to tell they were dying soon. It was a natural part of the world, and by far, there was no reason to sugar coat it. Similarly, her distress due to a mixture of emotions was easily seen, uncovered by attempts at modesty. "I am not lawful nor evil. I am chaos's minion. I seek not to be evil or good, but to bring about chaos that will infect the world." Plus, in reality, she'd taken an oath to protect people's health. If she admitted to wanting to do more evil than good, she could very well lose her livelihood, no? "In honor of chaos, I must let my will act. You are a feast for the eyes and the mind, miss...But the wit in your wisdom is a sour flavor, far from the grand sweetness of your flesh upon eyes. You may not be chaos, but you are certainly related. Be careful, if you seek it not. You'll bring it to many just walking nearby."
Lucia chuckled, as if finally coming to a head, as if finally seeing what she needed to place things properly. With a gentle shake of her head she gestured at Briar contently. "Silly, you're doing the very things you're trying to fight; didn't you say before that sometimes even chaos craves law? You talk about will being hard to control, but is that not the reason you're making efforts? To bend people's wills to your own? if Will is chaos then desires to restrain oneself, for moderation, for complacency and acceptance, isn't your wish a little silly?" She asked with a coy expression. Oblivious to the 'pride' the cute woman might be feeling, whether or not Lucia's words were turned in some way, the woman herself didn't seem to notice or even mind. Instead she kept talking with a cheeky smile. Though in reaction to Briar's words, Lucia only chuckled a little when she let the metaphorical cat out of the bag. With a swish of wind, Sylvanas's pitch black spear had moved in an effort to close the distance towards Briar, haulting only when Lucia gestured at her with a gentle hand. 750 mastery points of polearm were behind that merciless effort to kill, but Lucia silenced it all with a simple wave of her hand as she spoke. "What I leave behind might not be a corpse in the literal sense, but that doesn't mean my legacy won't remain. As for whether or not they can still find me afterwards? I'm sure that's none of your concern right?~ Why restrict them with your mild sensibilities, I'd sooner let them grow to see what they're capable of. Who says they won't find a means of reaching me?" Lucia teased back, as if believing Briar lacked vision, but in truth, Lucia didn't really care very much for any of that. She was just having fun having attention and making a legacy to be left. Though hearing the girl's desires and feelings she shook her head pointing to the cat girl's head, a mellow chuckle coming from her as her contented expression relaxed. "You are the slave of an illusion right now trying to wash the world in red, if that is not a grand order-- If that's not evil, then I wonder what you would consider evil? What you would consider order in a world with a single uniformed will?~" She asked with a musing tone. Though at the girl's words of caution and description of Lucia, Lucia could only laugh melodiously, a humble smile coming to her face, the impish and cheekiness from earlier draining out as she began to maintain a more modest and gentle outlook. The atmosphere about her became a little more natural bit by bit as she spoke. "No, not me. As I said before, I'm not someone like that, at least not here. I live that life outside though, so I know it pretty well. It's pretty easy to get deluded and lose sight of what is really important about that kind of lifestyle." Lucia commented, sticking her tongue out, the last glimpse at that impish side before reaching out a hand to pat the girl's head. "After all, chaos should never be about 'other people' it should be about you, what you want, what you need. if that involves other people... You're slipping away from the goal a little." Lucia tried to offer some last minute advice before trying to wash her hands of the devil's advocate role. She really didn't want to see people rushing blindly down Merkaba's role, but thus far everyone was so eager to try it made her roll her eyes internally.
No matter what she said, the woman managed to taunt her with a better answer. Adding in the rather excessive polearm mastery of her minion didn't help matters, seeing as it just drove her pride further into a corner, covering it with dirt for a makeshift grave in her mind. Wouldn't it be lovely? To die on on of her first of days in this world, to die at the hands of someone already dead. Death itself sounded a bit exciting, but she wasn't quite seeking it purposely yet. There was too much fun to have while alive, whether in or outside a game. Perversions to fulfill, goals to meet, she was sure she had plenty left in her future- even if 'she' was getting at least halfway to the end of the road in the real world by now. "I don't care if this fellow has a hundred or a thousand in it, it's still a fun time, I must admit." She was surprisingly calm even when the spear had been facing her by only a hair's distance. It was as if she enjoyed being at the other end of the weapon. The adrenaline was quite enticing, after all. And here she was, the one who hated treating adrenaline junkies. "What's fun is fun, whether it makes sense or not to others. Whether you're right or wrong isn't interesting to me compared to whether it's fun or not. Thinking about the meaning of chaos for others is getting boring." It was boring because she was losing the fight, of course- but, on the other hand, she'd gotten to see some interesting things. Things that made her think about her future in the world, and about her goals for her life here. Purring slightly, she rubbed her head against the handled of the weapon facing her, feeling it against the skin hidden in her fur, a smile on her face. "Danger is plenty a pleasure of it's own. Perhaps I'll learn to understand the bloody imbeciles I've seen in hospitals that nearly died jumping off of rooftops in the name of exercise." In fact, she could also just make people do that by making them think there was a bridge when there wasn't, if she got stronger. Oh, wouldn't that be fun! "Miss, tell me, while we're at it. What is the difference, I wonder? Between taming beasts and the beasts that have been dead once, what is the difference, do you think? It's not about chaos, but about the general construct. I wonder, which would be more fun, in the end? Perhaps I'll knock necromancy off my to-do list until I've gotten a beastly 'friend' on my side or two. Preferably one that can fly so if I do fall off a roof like the idiots I've seen, I'll have someone to catch me. Death may be a mistress that's kind to us here compared to those that live here full time... But I'd still like to wait until it's on my own terms to meet her, you know~?" She giggled slightly, noticing how coyly she'd managed to blend her sarcasm into her words- certain ones were clearly tainted with darkness. "I don't know if I'm evil, and frankly don't care. I've always known I was a selfish soul~ But if I can't make myself happy, I highly doubt anyone else could anyhow. Isn't that how it works? The same goes for your legacy. It only has meaning because you think it does. Others may not, but they might be more inclined to believe you because you do. It's rather intriguing to ponder what your legacy might be. Perhaps I'll have to hope they find you~ Though perhaps by then, you'll find the fountain of youth, too, to keep that beautiful face forever available~"
Lucia chuckled a bit dryly, Sylvanas was after all rather intimidating in some respects, but to an adrenaline junkie it was certainly different. Those that thrived in a fight would surely provoke her further and be in for a bad time. As an undead, Sylvanas didn't have to worry about exhaustion or pain after all. Instead, she tried to shake off those worries as she hoped to answer the girl's questions and concerns as well. "If it needs people and beliefs to exist, it can't really be an extreme." Lucia tried to offer, good, bad, chaos, law, life death didn't need people to come to pass after all, that was at least the underlying message she was trying to pass on; To drag other people in would only be counter productive, it was an aspect of Evil or Law to even try in some respects. Though the question about a difference between tamed and undead beast only made Lucia crack a small smile. "That depends on how strong you are~ If you're weak, then there isn't really much of a difference besides what they feel. If you are strong though... Then everything is different naturally." Lucia explained. After all, once strong enough undead could achieve independence, they wouldn't need strings, even if the remains of those strings would be dragged behind them, it wasn't the same as being tamed or a puppet, it wasn't much different from a person's belly button. "Undead aren't necessarily chaos, not necessarily law, not good, not necessarily evil, Death is it's own Alignment I feel, as life should be. In the world of math, there are always three Axis in other words~" She tried to tease with a kind smile, feeling everyone fell somewhere on that plain, most tended to remain on the life side rather then the death side though. Although when the topic of happiness came up, Lucia nodded again, her smile brightening as she reached out a hand to pat the girl's head reassuringly. "That's exactly what I mean... I do hope you can find your own happiness-- Not one that comes from the views of others, from the actions and beliefs from others. Rather then trying to amuse yourself in doing things to others, wouldn't it be better to find something that really makes you happy that can stay with you like me?" She asked with a mellow smile as if this was the destination she'd hoped to arrive at all along. Though in regards to whether or not Sylvanas and the rest will be able to find her, she glanced back at them with a musing expression. "It may not be as hard as you think though... There are cases of these ones being device compatible. All it would take is finding out exactly how to make that transition right?" She mused as if finding a new intriguing idea of taking her undead with her in a USB or storage device.
