Her hands pulled back incessantly, the ropes biting down on her hands from the strength put on them by the guard’s weight and her own grip on them. Ursula was a woman of faith, unlike many would think — she followed the teachings and words of Endra religiously. Even so, she wasn’t in the least bit sadistic. Despite being an NPC, Ursula had to end lives plenty of times, for such was the life of a explorer and merchant that had the courage to delve and collect the minerals and lost artifacts that many needed. Yet, despite using her pickaxe as a reaper’s scythe, taking away someone’s life in such a long time span left a bitter aftertaste in her mouth.
Yes, they were traitors. They deserved to die, because traitors and thieves were her arch enemies, much like demons to priests. But in her eyes, nobody deserved to suffer slowly in the last few moments of their lives, not like that. Ursula tightened her hands in a fist for a few moments, sighing and blowing air out of her lungs to try and keep her stress controlled.
“It’s nothin’. They had it comin’ havin’ the guts to betray us like that.” She answered
@Aden, eyebrows clearly furrowed.
“Yeah, kinda. Except I hate dealin’ with people, @Cain. Ain’t no monster goin’ to betray my own free will like ‘dis.”
After leaving the cell, Ursula promptly ignored the rest of the prisoners and the conversation between Cain and
@Aalam Abungu . It was one another discussion about players that she just couldn’t understand. Ursula walked down the hallway [5] until she found a large wooden door slightly opened. The goldilocks slowly opened the door to make sure she was not met with any bitter surprises, before heading in and checking everything she could make use of in this torture room.
Best case scenario, she could make either a weapon that would cause a world of pain, or one that felt similar to her pickaxe. Once she was done on her attempt at tinkering with what was available, Ursula headed back. Whether the group decided to free the prisoners, she’d remain quiet. If they didn’t, she was fine with thieves, traitors and cheaters to rot here. If not, they could be used as meat shields. In case she had no decent weapon on her, the guard's sword would have to do.
Action: Check the torture room and try to make a weapon with parts in it. If failed to make a weapon, pick guard's sword instead.
