Magdalyn

Magdalyn slowed to a stop beside the wagon, mounting anxiety beginning to pulse in the pit of her stomach. Her I'm-new-with-nothing-to-lose mentality was beginning to lose its validity, considering she now had a team depending on her. How was she meant to make friends when the first thing she did was let her team down? But she pasted a smile across her face, and did her best to make her voice match.

"Nice to meet you, Quinn. I'm one of those newbies you mentioned, so I'm going to be sticking with you pretty closely. Basically, I'll have your back, in both the figurative, and most literal way possible."

Eileen sashayed over, arms crossed and observing everybody with speculative eyes. Magdalyn's nervous disposition did not go unnoticed.

"As long as you don't go pissing your pants in fear, we'll be good. Technically I can pick you back up if you die, but that's a lot of energy, so don't make me waste it, yeah? I'll be watching you guys (and your asses, don't worry, I'll rank them in order of best to worst) from behind and supporting, I guess.

My expectations are already super low, so if you can actually disappoint me, it won't last long, because then I'll be impressed if you mess up that badly."

Damn, @Magdalyn , better listen to the support or she's going to leave you to die on the battlefield. @Eileen Dover ease up on the noobs yo! We're going to need every bit of that DPS.

Ah, thanks for the heads up @Quinn . Hmm, I think it's all updated, but since my highest mastery level is for Alchemy I think I should act as a Support from now on. If any of y'all need a specific potion made, tell me and I'll do my best to make it.

...Also, since my method of healing and supporting isn't quite as convenient as the conventional ones, I'll preemptively request for everyone here to not go ahead too far out on your own. Please?

@Eileen Dover never failed to put a smile on Comet's face. "Promise to give me an honest grade for how great my ass is in the end?" she asked with a raise of the brow before turning to @Magdalyn. "A newbie is a newbie but don't forget to put all your effort into getting better. Not that I mean throw yourself into danger, just don't be afraid of it,"

In response to @Quinn the pink-haired woman nodded her head. "It's not much but it's better than before. Hopefully we can try and have some wholesome fun with ourselves despite being thrown into a wagon all over again. We're about to get a load of experience in battle... a load..." Comet chewed her lip, seemingly nervous about her own skill for only a split second as she wouldn't let her facade of confidence fall. A quick distraction, "Hey @Elmyra Cressen what else are you good at other than alchemy? Surely that can't be the only thing you're tied down to. Just in case we need another form of help, of course,"

Will rate honestly. Probably. As long as you don't start crying - can't stand crying, it's super ugly. If you have to cry, please do so quietly and facing the wall, so I can judge ass instead.

Speaking of which, if our little hero here,

does his job well, there won't be any worries about going easy on noobs, because they won't be needing any support! So no pressure, right? You've just gotta make sure you aggro everybody in the vicinity without making any mistakes. Because if you do? We're all screwed!

Don't you worry about me, I would never do anything to disappoint all the Quinns in the world. I will be the best tank like no one ever was. Though, I will have to say that it's not my primary role so I'll have to brush up my Phantasmia and some dodging skills.

Don't you worry though, wait I've said that twice! Anyways, just going to sleep or something while we get there. Wake me up before the calamity!

 

ELMYRA CRESSEN

Other than Alchemy? Well, I'm a rather fair shot with anything you give me and my throwing arm's rather practised, so with a bit of luck on my side I can contribute to the damage. Not sure how significant that would be thanks to my party role, but perhaps it can do in a pinch.

On a side note, we don't have friendly fire turned on, yes? So we could, say, break a glass container over someone's head and it won't be painful, yes? If so, I propose a that if you need a bit of healing just stand still, I'll throw an extra potion your way.

You don't even need to ingest it or anything. The potion usually works by contact, conveniently.

Indra let air slip by her mouth on a monotone sigh. One could say she oozed foul mood, but at least her dead fish face didn't give away any feelings.

Good morning. I am Indraneel, a beginner, her second name was "stubborn liar", I smash things with maces and blast others with arcanamancy, because she wasn't going to spend a single mpenny I hope we can work well together, everyone. until she found a skillset she was comfortable with, despite having so much mp that could have helped the party.

After that, she'd remain quiet unless interacted with. Indra wasn't very good at interacting with multiple individuals at once.
