    Immediately after making their selection on the menu. The party would find themselves transported to another location. This place like Trinity Center in general, was entirely unlike anything that could be found in Terrasphere. A plane of existence that seemed to only exist for battle and testing ones abilities. The floor was incredibly hard and yet somewhat transparent. All around one could see stars twinkling in a dark sky that expanded endlessly around the arena platform. The digital like lines and glitchy spots were the first true sign that this was, no matter how realistic... just the inner workings of a game. The mascot has taken you here for the practice.

    "Welcome to the gym! I'm so happy to see you want to practice with me! Kay then, I will use Rank F values for this fight cool? Cool! Let's have fun!"

    Her body began to swivel a little which in turn led to a swaying motion. Almost as if there was music only Trinity could hear. Her body glowed a gentle blue as her hair began to blow outward almost like wings. A playful smile plastered on her beaming mascot face. The fact there were only two of them was not immediately reacted to by Trinity in anyway.

    "Iiiiiiit's game time!"

    When the man had asked her to join him in the reputable training ground, Solaria had agreed in her usual haphazard mind. However, she'd called it a date when she said yes to joining for the training- and, even if saying 'it's a date' wasn't uncommon to the healer, this time it still seemed to take it's toll on her.

    Staring the adorable mascot of the game down, she found herself in a perpetual state of blushing. The mascot had a bit of an awkward effect on her since she saw the commercial with her brother. Recently, her brother had been asking about the strange twin-tailed girl he'd surely seen on the television for only a second or two during one of his favorite shows. Since then, along with his teasing her over meeting a man for tea in another state, well... Her visits home had surely become awkward.

    Focus on the fight, Sola! Focus! This is training, not therapy... Even if fighting IS therapeutic! Shaking off her rabid thoughts as quickly as she'd come to have them, she glanced to Verity with a smile and raised a hand out.

    The battle had just begun, and she'd promised in advance to support him the best she could. And support, she was learning to do well. "May fate take wing upon your blade! With a flash of light from her hand, she imbued his sword with some holy magic and a smile.

    Here it is again. The strange urge to challenge himself has popped up once more when he logged into the game. Ever since he drank the Scarlet Dragon's Eye potion, he started to feel this urge whenever he spent some time without hunting monsters or taking on quests and dungeons. Unfortunately, it became somehow an addiction as he took them in order to allevate these feelings. And with his cautious perspective at the incoming war, he knew it would be a good time to try taking another one.

    With Solaria tagging him along, he ended facing off against the same woman he saw from the television the other day. He still has no knowledge who she really was, but he knew that she was their opponent for this training battle. In any case, he knew he should start once Solaria gave him the buff needed to battle her.

    "Thank you, Solaria." He quickly ran up to Trinity and jumped up as he swung his sword once he let gravity let him fall to her direction. This allowed him to attempt a clean vertical slash to the mascot.

    With only two people hereto train with Trinity was really excited for them! They had a lot of bravery and must be like those challenge players and soloers she had always wanted to meet!

    "Wow you guys are super hardcore! Coming here without a full party! That's great training kay?!"

    Verity's attack cut right into her as she spoke. A stripe of sparkles was left where her body would have been split in half if she was normal.. but she wasn't, she was Trinity the Mascot Girl!!

    "Here I cooome! Make sure you keep track of health!"

    She slapped Verity in the face just as he finished his attack. The line going up her body fading away as her wound healed.​

    Seeing as @Verity's attack had done a pretty good job with the addition of her buff, Solaria opted to use her buffing move once again- this time, on herself. To her surprise, the magic seemed to envelop her sword a bit stronger than it had her ally's, making her pout- though only for a moment.

    "Verity, you have two more turns with the buff, so make it count!" With a slight thumbs up, she grinned and glanced to Trinity as the mascot was soon healing herself. She wasn't all that surprised, of course- there were some things you expected battling a mascot of all things- but somehow, this girl's movements were just to... Fluid.

    It's like I'm watching the commercial with Frankie again... For some reason, whenever I see her, I just feel kinda weird. Shaking her head a bit to herself, she stopped the curious, confusing thoughts as they came. They were in the middle of a battle, preparing themselves for a war ahead. As long as she kept an eye on their health and helped with the assault, surely they'd manage to win over time.

    At first, he didn't perceive her as a threat when he first saw from the commercial. But just the sting of her slap was enough to let him know of her strength. Sure, that seemed to be a silly attack, but he knew he can't underestimate this NPC despite this is just a training battle. Though he had to deal with the sting of pain on his face before he can move on.

    "Noted, thanks..." He groaned to @Solaria as he rubbed his face while glaring at Trinity. He knew he needed more than an attack. So he has to try a spell he relied ever since his first day. "Qui flare ventos, per velum!"

    Once he recited the incantation, a gust of wind appeared behind him as it attempted to push Trinity a bit. While it dealt a little damage, it might be enough to increase their running speed at their next turn.

    Trinity's body was pushed back some by the wind attack. She seemed not to give much notice of the attack at all though. During the attack she actually spread her arms and levitated slightly off the ground while strange letters flowed around her body. A gust of wind then hit Verity from below his feet tossing him a bit into the air! She nodded to Solaria with a fist pump.

    "Good job buffing! That's the way!"

    Trinity then ran with a amazing speed to Verity's left and seemed to be waiting for him to continue attacking.

    "A lot is riding on your shoulders hero! Don't give up!"

    Her death affliction was starting to activate as she saw the red line of her ally's health bar depleting a bit on the quick side. Trinity was tough- even on 'easy' mode- and Solaria knew that even if she attacked, Verity was a likely continual target as long as he was directly in front of her.

    Her mind raced. Half of her wanted to heal him immediately, the other half wanted to attack Trinity in a violent rage of seeing someone in danger before her. Instead, however, her instincts moved in another direction. She slid and shoved, trying to force @Verity a fair bit behind her. "Verity, you're already getting beaten up bad. Focus on an assault from behind, I'll take care of the vanguard! You have air magic- it should work just fine from there, right? Let your wind fly free, and I'll focus on protecting you with all my might!"

    A slap was enough to make him aware she was strong. But that strange skill was enough for him to realize that she wasn't playing around. In fact, he was shocked to see his HP went down to half of it that fast. It's at this point that he needed to act fast before he could lose to her.

    But just before he can react, @Solaria suddenly shoved him at the back row before she took his spot. He would be mad at her reckless action, but he slowly remembered her Death Affliction related to her matyr personality that she mentioned. Maybe this was what she meant as he guessed she reacted when she saw his current HP. At any case, he'll try to worry about her reckless actions later as he casted another Breeze Shroud to both @Trinity and Solaria. Hopefully, this will increase her speed and damage the mascot even more.

    Trinity took another wind gust after Solaria shoved Verity aside. The Yladian girl looked so stressed. Didn't they know it was just for fun? Oh! Did they actually love the game so much that they treated it seriously even now? That was mega spectacular!

    "You guys definitely get a A+ for effort!"

    She felt it important to teach them now as this was a tutorial level training after all!

    She pointed her finger at the aeromancer like a gun as she spoke in a very friendly and advisery way. As if quoting from a instruction manual that never existed.

    "Kay now, remember! If the one attacking is always the same person, it's likely they wll draw all of the aggro of the enemy! Just like other MMOs! cool right!? That's usually a Tank's job unless you're super duper stronk!"

    She made a banging motion with her hand as Verity would feel a force burst within him. Sparkles flew from his body and pain wracked him from his innards feeling like a small had bomb went off inside. However as this was gym mode, no blood came from him only his HP dropping to extremely critical levels. Trinity made no look of worry, only beaming a smile as she advised the players.

    "Youre lacking party members too you know! You should make more friends playing Terrasphere! I'm sure you could have a bunch kay?!"

    She nodded with her hands on her hips as if she gave the most sound advice in the world.

    Bang!: (Physical/Magical) Pointing a finger like a gun, Trinity causes a target to burst from a invisible bullet?! 50 HP Damage to single target. @Verity

    She wasn't sure how to sign to Verity to get back, but she sure as hell would try to. Considering his HP was so low she couldn't likely heal him enough to get him out of this safely, she could at least try to draw the mascot's fire- they couldn't die here since it was a training ground specially created, but the pain was still surely real!

    Unfortunately, there was a notable downside to her martyr complex as a death affliction. The more she saw someone injured, especially an ally, the more she started to lose her self-control. Already naturally impulsive, this added a bit of a debuff- making the buff she'd used on herself earlier a bit on the useless end of the spectrum.

    Sure, she still did some damage- but it was fairly minimal, despite her high-quality weapon and the strength of her abilities with a sword. Groaning slightly as she rushed into a somewhat futile attack, she sighed. Whatever Verity does, hopefully he has better luck of getting past this round... Even if that was a bit pointless, in the end...

    True to Trinity's advice, Verity ended up being the target of her attacks once more. While he can't see blood coming out of his chest, he can still feel his body burst like a bullet as he fell into his knee. Due to his HP going critical, he can feel so much pain comparing to his previous battles.

    However, as he saw @Solaria gave Trinity low damage, he realized that they were losing. At this point, he began to feel strange. He was aware that this was a training battle, but he had an urge that was not like before. In fact, it made him feel more determined to finish the fight by his hands. Without trying to recite an incantation like always, he pushed his hand forward, creating a ball of wind that fired several bullet-like wind blasts to the mascot.

    And without any warning, he also fired a second set, ignoring his EN in the process. Regardless, his expression has turned from a calm fighter to a raging spirit trying to survive what was coming to him.

    Trinity was pelted by bullets of wind as holes began to spread all over her. Sparkles of bluish light blew out of her as the attack continued. Trinity stood and made a thoughtful look while the the attack persisted. These two were not totally beginners they just needed to know a bit more about the gameplay she figured!

    "Heya that's the way! Look my HP bar is dropping! Yay!"

    Trinity still looking like glowing swiss cheese ran and returned Solaria's close range slash with a slap across the face!

    Surprised by the rather rush attack by @Verity, the mixed healer-and-swordsman paled from her innate concern. He was already low on health, and yet he hadn't moved to a further spot to be safe- in fact, it almost seemed like he was more of a martyr for the moment than she was!

    Her legs shook for a moment, but without thinking, a sigh of relief left her lips when she was, quite literally, slapped back into reality. At least this round, Trinity had tried to give them some leeway and focused her attack on Solaria, leaving her ally some time to recoup and regain his composure.

    Unfortunately, her anxiety mixed with the complex that readily clouded her mind wasn't much help in the matter, leaving her to just do the same amount of damage to the mascot that it had done to her- which was fairly small, especially in comparison. That the girl seemed so easily able to give them insight, however, wasn't a bad thing either. Half of the elf wanted to thank Trinity- but the other half focused on regaining her own composure.

    I can't let him see me off kilter, or he might just lose his focus even more! Damn, damn, damn! Why is my brain reeling like this!? Focus on the fight... Just focus!

    Well, good news, he was safe from Trinity's last attack. But bad news was that his rage wasn't quelled yet. In fact, the feeling of rage and ecstacy began to blend as he slowly grew excited at this battle. Sure, he was still aware that he was still in critical condition, but the intensity and desperation of this fight was enough to motivate him to continue.
