    They did it, they w-

A cry of pain, a cry of agony, a cry of war. Just because the wolfmen have retreated, their leader slain under the silvered blades of Zelrius didn’t mean that the Falderen army had faltered. They had to continue then. Continue to onslaught regardless. The walls had crumbled, and the enemy was flooding in, thirsty for the blood of the innocents behind the walls. Somewhere out there, a flame haired swordswoman raged against the death of the Lunatic Princess, promising vengeance. Wasn’t she a player? Hadn’t she been slaying droves of knights before?

    No matter.

Blood debts and grudges could be paid at a later date. Right now, the army was closing in, killing and killing and killing and killing and make them stop.

He was still healthy. He was still strong. Unlike so many others, Cain had been almost untouched by the fight, and though he was missing his eye, it was hardly a concern compared to the injuries sustained by so many others. One of the tanks was actually, definitely at only an imaginary sliver of health, somehow still not fallen. Almost everyone was at various states of near death, and only he remained strong.

So it was time to give it his all.

    <<Grand Magic Evocation>>

The three dimensional magical array burst to life around Cain, the space itself distorting into an instrument for the Muse to play.

    <<Unified Harmonics>>

The Ivory Reminiscence unfurled into brilliantly white strings, bonding with the intricate magic display.

    <<World End Dissonance>>

Red and black filled the array, distorting and disrupting the beauty of the music, twisting it into an apocalyptic nightmare.

“I declareth myself the Flagbearer, he who bears the burden of an army."

The crimson sigil surged towards Cain as he pointed a finger outwards towards the horde of ring eyed soldiers.

“Grant me a miracle, and crush me beneath its weight.”

Arcane power surged from his veins, imaginary dragon pulses lighting up over his skin as his remaining eye glowed with amethyst fury. Overhead, a dozen lights appeared, falling down like a meteor shower. A thing of ruinous beauty. Of calamitous serendipity.

    “Finale.”

And just as Eleanor had arrived, the wolfish foe was defeated. In the meantime, it seemed that within the city behind her... Things had gone much worse than intended.

Turning her gaze towards an invader she watched as... A woman stood in front of her children. With arms out stretched, she took a protective stance in front of her young, her eyes determined and fierce. But, as it seemed, no amount of determination and ferocity can dull the sharp pierce of a blade. Two foes stood above the mother, responsible for her falling. Had they no remorse?

Murder and mayhem was among her. The cruel ruthlessness of war lingered over her atmosphere, as she stared up into the stars above. Squinting her eyes, she glared up into the infinity, biting her lip a moment. "I asked the wrong question, Idna. I think both of us know that." Looking down towards her hands, she pulled on the arcane energies that swam in the ocean of magic around her, the lavender seeping into her skin. "I should've asked for some sort of warning or secret power... Either way... I'll try to find it." The arcane swarming around her palms, like fire, burned away her pieces of her skin. Then, in an instant, she blinked away, reappearing in the place of the fallen mother.

With her hand raised to the first enemy, she shot a point blank arcane shot into his helmet, not waiting to see if it penetrated the materiel, before turning to the second. Placing her other hand on his torso, she used her teleportation to force her arcane enhanced palm through his body.

With the two eneimes defeated, Eleanor grit her teeth, bringing her agony struck hands close to her chest. The amount of energy she had harnessed was too much for her vessel, and it had torn through pieces of her flesh, her skin cracked and bleeding like a dry jelly doughnut. Certainly, she recognized at this point... There was a price for power like that.

For now, she weakly hurried the pair of orphaned children towards the capital, a place where they would hopefully be safer. Eleanor took one brief, final glance towards @Alonso Thorlion, reassuring herself that he was still among the living. "Good luck." She mouthed. As she wasn't in good shape, dry blood still around her nose and ears, she quickly fled. Hopefully they could succeed without her...

After the fatal blow that completely knocked him out, Quinn quickly got up, wondering where he was or what had transpired since he blacked out for a rather long time.

"Shit, what the hell just happened?"

Looking around him, the realization that he had missed the entire boss battle while he was blacked out. Now that he had waken from his long slumber, Quinn just realized that everything had gone to shit and the ring-eyed army had completely broken through the walls, making a mad dash for the main keep.

Hopping up to his feet, Quinn quickly began running after them, using his Phantasmia to shut down the mind of any invaders he came across. He truly went all out, given that the capital was about to fall at any moment.

The wolf princess was down and out. They would celebrate after that, but there was another problem to worry about. Namely, the invaders still breaking down the wall. However, most of them quickly get to work on killing most of the enemy soldiers to make sure they won't able to pass through the wall or letting then breaking it.

With that said, he quickly rushed to the soldiers and began to swing his sword to cut them down through their throats and stomachs. He would try to justify about this, but after what he had been through to protect Astorea, he has none of it right now. They already made the damage and now they have to pay the price. He didn't care about his HP now. Charging through was the only logical way to stop the invaders and all he can hope now was the other group finishing their jobs.

The enemy subtracted 1100. The extra 100 is a time penalty.
The victory is out of your hands now, it is up to the Assassination group.

One by one, the army of ring-eyed soldiers suddenly slowed down, their legs seeming to become heavier as they collapsed onto the ground. When they come to, they seemed to be unable to recall why they were invading Astorea in the first place. Most if not all of the invaders threw their swords to the ground and went down on their knees to show their surrender.

Cheers and tears of happiness universally broke out in almost in every place where there were Astorean troops still holding on to their dear life. A few restrained wolf folks too lay down their arms after their leader was defeated and put themselves at the mercy of the defenders.

In the distance, the sun rose ever so slowly, casting its gentle embrace over the bloody battlefield as the war came to a close. It was a new day.
