Ever since the Astorea-Falderen war, the world of Terrasphere has turned upside down as the affected kingdom began to recover from the damages and casualties of this bloodbath. One thing Verity have noticed was the Astorean citizens began assaulting the Falderen soldiers with verbal and physical attacks. He already understood the reason behind their actions despite they were NPCs. Just like any war in real life, it often resulted in so many casualties, that a number of their relatives can't stand losing them over their enemy countries' hands. But considering that they did it under the orders of the mad king, Verity felt that their treatment of them was too much to endure their grief.
Under Cessia's request, he decided to try helping the soldiers out as they try to leave this player-owned country in peace. Unfortunately, that would mean dealing with rioters who will try to relieve their grief. And that would mean he needed some help to get them to safety.
Verity
I think you already heard Cessia's requests regarding the war's aftermath. I might need some help on guiding the Falderen soldiers home and I can't let the Astoreans hurt them as they do. Unfortunately, I can't protect them alone and we're running daylight here. Contact me as soon as you can.
With that text sent through the channels, all he needed to do was to head to his destination to the soldiers. Unfortunately, by the time he arrived, most of the soldiers are being pelted with stones from angry citizens, which he assumed to be surviving relatives of their fallen loved ones. Verity quickly cast Breeze Shroud to block the stone and guided the soldiers through the city, hoping to guide them out of the city. But just feeling another swarm of stones pelting at him made him realize that it wasn't enough.
If someone managed to respond his message and join him, he quickly gave him enough time to notice them before he cast another Aeromancy spell to blew the stones away. "I hoped you're here because of my message..."
