  1. "Um, w-well I'd say that'd probably because it's the same brain b-both inside and out of the game..." Well, at least she was learning a little more about her new friend, namely that Angel was an excitable person, no matter what form she was taking, it seemed. If she had enough trouble sitting still in the real world, what sorts of mischief would she manage to get up to in a world like this one? There was a good chance that Angel would end up doing pretty interesting things in the future.

Luna smiled, watching some smaller bird take flight from one of the village's homes, taking off for the forest proper. It was easy to get distracted by the world, especially for a city girl like Luna, being suddenly surrounded by so much more natural beauty than she'd ever seen in her life. "Y-your dad said that...d-did he?" Were they supposed to talk about themselves IRL so casually, like this? There was a good chance that people weren't who they said they were, after all.

"W-well I think it sounds...f-fun. There's plenty o-of time to be stiff and proper when y-you're a working adult..."
Not that she would know, being fifteen IRL, but she knew that her mom and dad didn't do a whole lot of gaming and they were adults.

  2. "Yeah I'm still a few years from being anywhere near an adult," Angel agreed with her usual sunny giggle. "And even then I mean, I doubt I'll be much of one for awhile." she knew herself enough to doubt she'd just suddenly be all mature. And she'd have college to go through. Her dad wasn't prone to making her get a job or anything. He'd taken really good care of her ever since it had become just the two of them after all.

She wasn't sharing so much Luna could just run over to her house and find her or anything, so she didn't feel so concerned about the sharing. From what she understood it was fine. Still, they weren't here to talk about their real selves, right? "So this is like, a role playing game right?" she mused, trying to switch gears. "I wonder if I'd be any good at that part. You know, pretending to be angel. Though, I'm not sure how different she would be than me since she's from my brain. What do you think?"

  3. "M-me too..." That didn't reveal too much about who she was outside of the game, did it? All it revealed was that she didn't quite consider herself an adult, or that society didn't consider her an adult. At minimum, it gave away the fact that she was fairly young outside of the game, but there wasn't much that could be done with that information, as far as she was made aware of at school, anyway. Beyond that, she wasn't sure what else she could safely reveal. Her name and address were out for obvious reasons.

As for Angel's questions as to whether the game was a roleplaying game, Luna really wasn't too sure how to answer. Sure, it could be a roleplaying game, but from what she could tell it was also a good MMO and, at least for some people, a fun fighting and combat game. You could explore, fight, trade, live, interact and even love in a world like this one. It....wouldn't feel right to just classify it as just one type of game.

"I-I....I think that this game is....whatever you want it t-to be, you know? I-if you want to act the part of the Angel heroine, t-then go ahead. B-but I think you ARE Angel, y-y'know? You define who Angel is..."
Was that a good way of putting it? She didn't really know for sure, but it definitely sounded deep and interesting.

  4. "Right! You're totally right!" Angel agreed, bobbling her head up and down. "Even being just me I'm kinda different here, so I don't have to worry about it too much," she mused. "Wow that's a load off. I've never actually tried to do much of that whole pretending I'm someone else thing. So it's probably a good start," she shuffled to put more weight on one leg, her arms behind her head.

"I should really get something to eat though. And not here. I'll send you tons of letters with the game mail okay? And work on really getting into the world. It feels so lovingly crafted after all~"

  5. "Y-yeah! S-so really, there's n-no reason to be worried so long as you stay true to w-what you want, right?" She felt like she might be giving good advice. She often asked herself what sort of advice her favorite heroes or story characters would give somebody, if they were asked the same questions that Luna was asked. Usually, answering that question for herself would give her a good answer to pass along to somebody else. She was fairly good at looking at thing from another person's perspective like that.

As for the other girl choosing to leave, she did feel a little sad at that, but she supposed it was only fitting for the more adventurous girl to want to get back out there and explore more. Luna did feel like it was smarter to get stronger in relative safety before heading out, but she had some faith that Angel would manage to stay safe enough for them to see each other again. Still, saying goodbye was never really super easy, especially when you struggled to even say hello in the first place.

"A-ah, w-well, I'll be s-sticking around this area if you want to s-see me..." Maybe she'd get visited before the girl set off for more dangerous, skill demanding places? It was slightly possible. "H-have fun on your journey. A-and s-s-stay safe, please?"

  6. Angel didn't give Luna any warning before wrapping her arms around the girl's torso to give her a hug. Something about her shy nature just made her feel like they were closer than they probably were if she could talk so... mostly... easily to angel. She didn't make it too awkward or anything. She might be bad about respecting personal space but she did want the girl to actually keep talking to her.

"I'm gonna keep exploring and see what I can learn too," she informed her. "I don't think I'm ready to go anywhere more dangerous yet, but maybe soon. Like I said, I'll send you plenty of mail in game. We can talk about our experiences and see how they stack up yeah?" she'd hopped away immediately after the hug and was once again standing a mostly respectful distance away. "Gotta log off for now though. Have fun, Lady Luna~"
