While Ashnor didn't mind a nice, light sprinkling of rain now and then, this was far too much. It seemed as if the very heavens had just opened up, with the speed at which the rain picked up. Ashnor had been minding his own business while traveling over to a nearby town, but now he could barely see three yards ahead of him. Luckily, this road ran nearby to the forest's edge, and it wouldn't take long to get there, provided he didn't slip in the downfall. Once Ashnor made it closer to the tree line, he thought he could make out the shape of two trees that had grown into each other through the mist. What a perfect little place from this god forsaken rain.
Apparently the tree line had looked a lot closer than it was, because after running all way there, he was a bit out of breath to be honest. As he leaned on tree from the relative safety that was the overhang, Ashnor put his hands on his knees and brought in ragged breaths. Feeling a bit better, Ashnor raised his head, and was met with the sight of a girl, her deep red hair looked soaked, along with what might have been a white dress before, but now was quite translucent, revea- "Oh my gosh, i'm so sorry" he yells, trying to make his voice heard over the rain, and quickly turns his head away from the girl, "I didn't realize you were there, a-and..."
