Exploring: Prayer Room
Action: Flipping through diary for more clues
Well…shit.
It hadn’t been his plan nor his intention to set the entire room on fire. Granted, he didn’t get hit by any of the flames, he did notice a few of them singed parts of their newest party member. Sheepishly, he helped stamp out a few errant flames. That done, he was fully prepared to apologize to both of them when he noticed Zelrius holding a scythe in his hands. Well, that certainly wasn’t there before.
And now we are granted boons while in this forsaken place? His voice held a healthy dose of both concern and sarcasm which was quickly matched by a shake of his head. It was hard to tell what Emil was feeling at the moment and when he turned to leave the room, he said nothing else. He was on Bradwynne’s heels as his party-member went to look in the other room. Noticing the blue-tinted wall, Emil immediately wanted to touch it to see its consistency. Something, however, held him back.
What do you think this is doing here? he asked the group at large only for his attention to be swayed to the blond swordsman and his question. To my knowledge, there are, perhaps, five other doors that we haven’t entered and two that we cannot enter at all. Neither of us, he gestured between himself and Bradwynne, have the requisite masteries nor key.
Curiously, Emil decided to follow Zelrius to the prayer hall, though he knew not why they were backtracking... Maybe the diary held some answers for them? Extracting it from his inventory, he stood near Zelrius and began to flip quickly through the pages to see if there was more information that he might not have seen beforehand.
