I don't know if you were there for the exile Yladians faced months ago, but... Considering they've been through as much as they have in this world and are already dealing with enough stereotype and hate, isn't it better to use our 21st century growth of our own world to try to help them as much as anyone else? Their smaller counterpart were treated as slaves for ages by humans, and many Yladians were never treated much better...
If you're going to be hateful towards them, at least keep the focus on players who
choose to be, like me. If I ever see you be an ass to an NPC just because they're Yladians, I might have to knock you out with the pommel of my sword. Just because you're mastered in it doesn't mean you're strong enough to block my own mastery. Sadly, I can't cure racism with medicine or illumancy... So I'll have to knock sense into you, since you seem like someone who should know better.
Threats and anger aside (I get enough hate offline, so maybe that's why it pisses me off so much?), I'm still grateful to you as well for the information. Based on what you said, I'd like to meet this Vina sometime. Will she be on the quest team as well?
I don't think I've met Gwyn often enough to know her skill levels, but when I last saw Seto (we're not on good terms honestly, at this stage) he wasn't quite at mastered yet, I think. I don't really recall. I remember who you mean by the necromancer- I dealt with her before the tunnels too. Her name was Lucia, I believe? We were on the same team in the rescue mission. I don't know her levels either, naturally...
But I did do some research on illustrious. The requirements are kind of heavy duty (you know there's a handbook of sorts, right? Shockingly, I've read through it since starting, and it had a lot more in it than I expected). To reach illustrious, you need 3 non 'core' masteries at adept or higher. I'm a little uncertain about some of the details- namely if that means you need to get your fourth mastery or if the one going to illustrious is included. If it includes itself, I'm pretty close to getting to that on at least one mastery- I'm mastered in two, nearing adept at my third...and I've had some time to rack up some mastery points, though I've been saving them for a new mastery I was reading about. If it doesn't... Well, I'm screwed a bit longer. xD I'm still debatng either way if I wanna push my illumancy or slash to the max first. Any input? As fellow swordsman that uses aid from an illumancer, I mean.
My cooldown is fairly low because my mastery is so advanced, so it's been over for a while now. As for a tank... You mentioned you knew Kijin, right? Like Lucia, he was on my rescue team at the time of that mission. He's a pretty good tank, I'd say. He's still growing, but he and an older pal of mine worked together there as hybrid tanks, so we did pretty well in my opinion. I'd have to ask him how his training's been since then too, though... But either one could work, and Alric (the second) had some illumancy as well if I recall, so that might make him even handier as a backup? It's been a while since I've seen either of them either way... Let me know and I can PM them. If I think of any others I know, I'll let you know- I've got a fairly extensive network, I'd say. If we want newer tanks, I might recommend Alex...
Anyway, that topic aside for the moment: William's Syndrome is a developmental disorder, as I noted, and in some cases can be deadly to the kids with it. Stahl's ear isn't necessarily dangerous or anything, but many kids end up getting it treated with ear molding early on or surgery in their later years. Being different can cause emotional damage, after all. My brother's five, and he already has some pretty notable issues due to familial differences to his peers. He had depression issues before that though... So I guess in a way I should be thankful to his crush on Trinity. Still don't like it though! xD
I'm not sure if it's good or bad to be so close to the top 20 on someone's list. I should be flattered, but I can't help wondering just how you choose. What did the butcher do? If they're that awesome I might need to meet them. I'm assuming you mean an NPC or a player with hunting. Unless you're talking IRL included?
If I were to say who my favorite people are... Hrm... Maybe Sean and Alric since I often think of my brother with them? There are a lot of amazing people I've met here though. And less amazing people too. But it makes life fun, meeting all these people.
Anyway, my rambling's over for now. Sorry for the ranting and raving earlier. We all have demons. Mine include dealing with prejudice and the like. Though I grew up mostly dealing with classism, so to speak. And maybe a little racism in the fact I'm from an Irish family and my best friend's family, who I see as my own, is semi Native American in background.
Actually... Does a Chilean native tribe count as Native American? South America is still an America in its own way. I should ask one of my history buff pals.
Also, why do you want to die? I would probably try to revive you if you did since it's my job... But I'll keep in mind to focus on anyone else dying first, since you said such. But if you do feel like dying mentally, please see a therapist. I'd rather not find out about your suicide in the news... Even if I don't know your real name. xD
