    -15 HP fro. Primadox
    +10 HP/EN from DM

The primadox was dead, and Ilya could still feel the buff she had from her female companion. her tail flicking Vina's ceek before sliding down and wrapping itself around her waist. She pulled her friend into a warm embrace.

"We did it!" The hit that Ilya took definitely hurt as her eyes squinted with pain. She definitely had had the wind knocked out of her. With a small glance at her HP bar, Ilya distinguished she was low on health, yet not too low. "And we only suffered minor casualties." With the appearance of another character in the mix, Ilya took note of the two entrances they could take.

Deciding to leave it up to everyone else, ilya began to search through the rubble in hopes to find anything that stuck out to her. Her tail, thus having been unwrapped from Vina, the familiar feel of vina casting magic set Ilya's eyes to scan the room for the recipient. The red cloaked figure, someone she had yet to meet. She seemed to have taken quite a bit of damage while everything was happening. Ignoring the feeling of jealousy Ilya felt, she put on her cheerful feelings and continued her search through the rubble.

Her toned muscles from body combat aiding her in moving the rubble to the sides. When her strength was not good enough, her hydromancy would create small ice pillers that would toss the rocks and mats from underneath. Keeping tabs on the party, but mainly Vina she would keep looking for something that was spark interest in her eyes.

It was a common theme for the main protagonist of an action movie to get out of dire straits in the most badass way possible, unexpectedly turning the situation in their favor. So when the equipmentless newbie Yukisa broke a branch off a tree and utilized it as a makeshift spear, he expected a similar effect… but apparently, he wasn’t the protagonist of this story, because it just ended up being extremely clumsy instead of remotely cool. Just as he anticipated, he only got a few hit points off of the squishy, zombified bandits at best, since he had no choice but to hang back for the majority of the fight else he would have been pounded into dust. Hopefully his cheering was of some inspiration, though.

Whether or not he managed to sway the tide of the battle with his little pokes at the enemy and encouraging words, the thrilling battle came to an end after the beast was struck down with a cleave from a swift blade. A thunderous thud resounded throughout the hall, signaling the Primadox’s death. Silence followed as the valiant fighters ensured the threat was gone… but it was brief, quickly replaced by proud, victorious cries. The silver-haired male couldn’t help but give a gentle smile as he leaned against his “weapon” and applaud everyone for their efforts, as well as give a soft “Well done” to those close enough to hear.

Once the cheering died down, a small figure with a pair of feline ears hopped onto one of the destroyed tables in order to compensate for her lack of height and addressed everyone. Yukisa listened carefully to her words, particularly her reassurement of Zeus’ safety. In the heat of combat he had almost forgotten their leader had been slyly removed from the picture, however he was glad to hear that the man was likely safe.

‘So… two ways, huh?’ he thought, looking at both routes that were proposed. Neither looked particularly inviting, and it would be difficult telling which one was the intended path they should take. Considering there were most definitely more traps awaiting up ahead, they needed to choose the one that they were not anticipated to take… however, either could lead to an ambush.

A sigh of exasperation left his lips. He never was good at puzzle and strategy games, preferring RPG and adventure instead. And so he decided to leave that decision to those with more experience whilst he went off to occupy himself with something (hopefully) useful.

Glancing at his DIY spear, he realized that it would be a good idea to get himself a proper weapon. With the aftermath of the fight, surely someone dropped something that could deal damage, or at least a useful item.

Climbing over the rubble, he began to search through the corpses and debris. As he looked around, he began to lose himself in thought. If this really wasn’t the end, these bandits were setting up an incredibly elaborate trap… so elaborate that the suspicion that they aren’t working alone burrowed itself in his heart. After all, bandits were known as no more than dumb pillagers throughout the world of RPGs, and something this smart was atypical of their kind. And that begged the question...

What are they trying to gain here?’

With a sigh the man lowered his blade as he watched his fellow players take down the Crystallized Primadox with ease. They had all managed to survive the first ordeal within these walls, but some were... a bit better off than others, to put it mildly. Alric though had barely even broken a sweat during the battle and managed to walk away with only a few cuts littering his exposed flesh. It seemed he was getting the hang of fighting now, but even with this victory under their belts he knew it was far too early to start celebrating.

After the beast died, a girl had taken up the helm as the party’s leader and began talking. A lot. Honestly he had zoned at some point despite looking in her direction. More interesting things were happening all around as people began to comb the field like vultures for any items that could be of use. Deciding on where to go next could wait. Really, how many chances would he get to loot a bandit group’s hideout? He had to enjoy it while the opportunity was there, so he too joined the search.

With the enemies defeated, they were finally able to progress - led by a small ball of fluff with the most fitting voice to a video-game character Seigi had ever heard. Just about to cuddle the little Felis, too, it was @Cain Darlite that put her attention elsewhere.

Her side-kick? Nothing to do? But there had been quite a lot to take care of, no? Taking a good look at @Valdrada however, it became quite apparent what happened. Seigi could literally smell it. Fear. No. Something more... fundamental? That was no good. Not good at all.

Ignoring the weak-willed @Celestine, Seigi instead changed her plans. She could pet the small fluff-ball as much as she wanted once she'd led the Lion's herself. "Valdrada." The crimson-hair muttered her name as she was close enough to place her hand on the other girl's shoulder.

For once in a moon, Seigi seemed weirdly serious. "I know it isn't that easy... ." She continued. "And I am sorry you aren't... enjoying? this." Did she expect Val to tick like the red hair, too? "It's totally right to not treat the lives of these bandits, these enemies, like some inanimate object. Sure, ultimately, they might just be data." Hah, Seigi Ling Ling was actually smart enough to realize that?! "But..." Or not?

"It's too damn realistic. I get that. It's okay to be scared. If you wouldn't feel conflicted, you wouldn't be human." Technically Valdrada was a Felis though, no? "BUT..." But? Seigi put a big grin on her face.

"That's exactly where you can grow! You think I'm just spilling nonsense when I repeat myself about how a true hero should have the power to solve conflict without bloodshed? I don't enjoy the killing. I don't feel good about it. I don't enjoy still being so weak that I can't do anything about it. I can only try. But my voice does not reach far enough, yet." Seigi did like fighting though, and the less the hero-in-training had to hold back, the better.

The martial artist clicked with her tongue. This was... kinda awkward? She actually wasn't that good with words. "Essentially, to be a hero, there are two things. First, the strength to stand when your legs can not support you anymore - that's the strength to always look forward, towards a brighter future. No matter how grim the situation may be. And then there's the power to create miracles that allow one to topple overwhelming odds. " A few nods accompanied her pep-talk. "I, for one, have the first part down! But I still gotta work on my miracle magic!" Now, finally, Seigi let go of Valdrada.

"This fight? To be fair, I lost. I did not manage to save all of that criminal scum. But I will keep going. So should you. Today, you couldn't do anything. But next time? Try a little harder. And might as well enjoy yourself while doing so! Either way, I'll always have your back! You ARE my dear apprentice, after all!" Did Seigi even blush when saying that? Managed to spill all that other stuff with a straight face but this?

"E-Either way. Enough of that! We gotta push forward, just as I said, right? So..." Right, they had two ways. "The magical passage of magical adventures, it is! People who have something to hide mean no good!" And now back to the usual. It was, after all, still a video-game.

Hmm, I see nya few are people of culture…

With a large smile on her face, the felis listened in silence to the ones that wanted to participate in discussing and vote with her which path they should choose. Woe to the ones who thought her eyes were not attentive - Caccu was a felis of guts, but she definitely had more brains than Zeus. While many were on their quest to get whatever they could make use of, Caccu discreetly ordered some of the veterans to give medallions to the few that did not fall to the temptation of looting. Once they were done distributing the gold accessory, the felis winked and positioned her index finger in a hushed motion, indicating they should probably not talk about the gift they just received.

Alright nya lot, so the big majority votes for tha secret passageway. I think so too, god knows what awful things could be down der’, amirite?! I mean, with all these blood wyrms under Astorea, I bet some bad thing could be in there, nyes. Alright, so we’re ---

Before Caccu could proceed communicating with the group, however, a large (when compared to her) wolf advanced at her out of nowhere. As if by instinct, the felis mage straightened up and both her hair and tail puffed up much like a cat.

Stay away from me, nyou-- Nyou stinkin’ mutt, get -fhuhfaf off of me, nyow! Keep a leash on that thing!

Even so, none of her efforts seemed to work. Due to their differences in size, the large wolf easily put her down and started licking the poor small felis.

Thankfully, @Kaede Hoshi stopped her dog from continuing any further with its actions. But if that wasn’t enough, someone came flying like a human bullet and cuddled with the small felis. Once more, she was tackled like some sort of living object, but this time, be a fellow catgirl. What did these people think, did they think she was a body pillow or something!?

In the same way @Celestine blasted aeromancy to get closer and cuddle her, she was blown back by wind magi. Caccu gritted her teeth and her tail wagged at high speed as she stood up, making her frustration quite clear - that’s not to mention the full-blown blush on her face. At least the fellow catgirl got a chance to experience the flawless orange fluff on her skin...

Would nyall KNOCK it off! Can ya take this seriously, please!? Gosh! Let’s go, we don’t have much time to be idling around!

    Path: The Passageway

Like the name implies, the structure is a narrow, old, forgotten, and very dirty passageway that the large band of adventurers struggled to continue walking. Like in a black friday line, all of them were tightly packed and walked towards their destination - thankfully, it seems that they would arrive at their destination soon enough. Once they arrived, before them was a - ironically - large door that had many runes. Unfortunately, most of whatever details it had seemed to been destroyed by time - you can definitely tell that it used to be very intricate. Despite the damage, it still held against any physical damage the bandits may have used trying to open it before. Caccu started chanting some weird magic in order to open it.

Once she finished chanting, the entire passageway shook under an unknown force. Suddenly, the entirety of the long corridor feels like an elevator - you can tell it is moving downwards since the old door seemed to move up, distancing itself from all of you. Eventually the movement stopped, with the long corridor arriving at yet another door - exactly like the previous one. This one, however was as good as new, unlike the previous door.

That was a dummy door. Heh! Anyways, ready yer buttos, cubs! We has no idea what we’ll find past the door, so make sure ta be prepared, alright!?

The small felis pushed the large doors - except she couldn’t, because she wasn’t strong enough to do it alone. With the help of a couple more adventurers, the doors before them are opened, and everyone can finally catch a breath of fresh air, free of spiders and blood.

Glancing about, anyone could tell that this place was something else compared to the architecture of the fortress. In the distance, what appears to be giant statue heads poke out of an endless amount of water - pristine and shining water, like the winter was nothing but child’s play. The room is huge, with the ceiling being no short than several feet away from them. Other than that, there are nothing but several stairways and bridges composed of a pristine white stone that seem to dot the entirety of the room; looking below, you see these same constructions submerged in water, down to elysid knows where - if you look closely, the huge statues stretch pretty far down as well. It’s probably not advisable to slip and fall in the water.

The felis commander snapped her fingers, creating a small orb of fire to light the surrounding area. Despite the ominous blue shining water, the place was a bit dark. Thanks to her light, a lot more of the dark room was revealed and another large door can be seen across the huge room, connected by what looked like the biggest bridge.

After wasting a good few minutes trying to find the right sequence of stairs and bridges, the adventuers finally reached the main bridge that connected to the second huge door. Once there, they found an altar - it had a life-sized angel statue that held a wide bowl made of the same material everywhere. It was filled with shining water, and atop of it was a glowing white crown. Looking at the other side, there was a similar altar, but it appeared there were no crowns in it. The felis once more translated the ancient language on the altar.

“Salra ecta oss, hymm. Ihmlee, ihmlee, enhrenia. Hmm… It basically means… Cross to the other side. Carry with you, your sins. Considering the looks of it, we have to... Get the crown across, I guess.”

Unfortunately, for all adventurers, that was easier said than done - as soon as one removed the crown from the altar, not only it was heavy, but extremely slippery. Like magic, another is generated, substituting the removed one. Caccu was the first to manage to get to the other side with a crown on her arms. When she reached the other end of the bridge, the felis mage placed the crown on the water. The altar lighted up in response, and a large orb on the door, previously dark, lighted up as well. There were several of them.

Out of nowhere, however, many orbs floated out of the water below - they wandered aimlessly on the bridge, but as soon as they got close enough to anyone carrying a crown, they would rush forward and push them to the ground, breaking the crown on the process. Time is ticking, and it won’t stop. Hurry.

    Kase, kase...

@Anyone That rolled 21~59 - Black Wolf Insignia - The insignia of a fallen bandit. It has an hexagonal shape, fluffy and dark fur around and on the back, and a wolf’s head embedded in the center made of silver. Stories tell these are used by bandits that had great impact on making what the black wolves are today. It looks a little dated, but it’s weight definitely implies it is worth something.

@Kaede Hoshi Eldritch Bee Honeycomb - Among all the rubble and destruction, you miraculously found a tiny vase. You picked it up, but something suddenly advances at you once you open it; stings, bee stings. Oddly enough, they vanished rather quickly back to their realm once outside of the vase. However, the venom they injected in you seem to have turned you into a living kryptonite. Your skin is now green and shines ever so slightly now, making you a human sized lantern. Probably.

@Roland Rutledge Runequackstone - Although nothing around seems to interest you, your magically well-versed eyes catch a glimpse of a stone with arcane inscriptions in it. As you picked it up, just like you though, it probably holds value - the words of power in it tell the tale of a powerful bird of lightning. As you read, a sudden surge of magic flow through your veins, and just as suddenly it stops, and the power is gone. Or so you thought - because the power of the quackstone compels you to jerk your arms upwards to the azure sky the bird once dominated, and utter a loud “QUACK!” at random intervals. Turns out it is cursed, but according to some mages the effects should be gone soon.

@Alric Stalwart Puppyus Doggonum - Rubble here, rubble there, you suddenly found a bunch of teeths bare. But just not of any kind - they are neatly crafted into what appears to be a tribal necklace. When you handled it, however, it seems they were way sharper than they looked. You feel a sharp pain throughout your body, and healers rush to your aid. They managed to deal with the poison that almost transformed you into a humanoid dog, but now you are safe - the same can’t be said about your tongue. It now looks like a dogs’, sticking out of your mouth and forcing it to remain open. Unfortunately, it doesn’t come with puppy eyes included.

@Cain Darlite Chaotic Opus [Consumable] - A small purple flask somehow survived the whole ordeal. By analyzing it, some of the mages think this could be the mythical mixture of dragonic and fae blood. Effects are unknown. Of course, it’s unlikely that its contents will remain in the vial for too long.

@Comet Titanic Arrow [Consumable] - In your search for the shinies, you find a piece of something that looks very familiar under the rubble - you remove it, and find a quiver under the weight of all that mess. Your eyes shine for a moment at the prospect of finding something of use… Until you notice the quiver has been damage beyond repair, and most arrows were broken. However, you still had a small bit of luck left, and managed to find one intact arrow. It is made of stone, stone blessed by a giant’s tears. It probably has high sodium contents.

@Destiny Divebird Voyage of Sierra [Consumable] - Your huntress eyes scan for anything useful in the destroyed landscape, and, luckily, it seems to have found something interesting! Although it is not a weapon, the artifact found was a whistle. As if ignoring the cold of the winter, it is very warm to the touch, and shares that sensation with your entire body so long it’s in contact with your skin. It has some mana, so it is definitely a magic item - but it looks so fragile that it will likely break if used. Effects unknown.

@Savannah Reed Deadman’s Sight [Consumable] - You check your surroundings and the mess around you, but you find nothing - and guess what, there are a bunch of other looters going about as well. When you get up from moving some of the rubble and tables away to find nothing, your eyes catch the sight of a slight gleam near the edge of what used to be the trophy wall. Upon inspecting it closer, you find… A large vial with a pair of eyes inside. Gross. Maybe try staring back at them? Effects unknown.

@Ilya Paws of Lionelle [Equippable] - Thanks to your mastery over the martial arts and physical discipline, you managed to push around a lot more rubble than others. There, you found what appears to be a pair of leather vambraces made of the leather of a dire lion. They have a fairly sleek design and seem to fit just right on your forearms. Despite it’s looks, it has been decaying for a while. Passive +5 modifier to all attack rolls.

Golden Lion Medallion - A medallion given to you for being recognized as someone the pride trusts. It has a lion engraved in the center and a sun on its tiny background. On the corners, it is engraved with text that reads “Rest in Muscles”. It is easily recognizable as a token of someone that fights in the name of justice.

"Get the crown across," he mused to himself as he watched her antics, and the Swift, violent response of the defenders. It seemed almost too magical for a bunch of bandits to accomplish without some sort of aid, and it occurred to the Swordsman that something else might be at work here.

That thought would have to wait, however. "So, we have to avoid letting those things destroy the crowns," he snapped his fingers, "that shouldn't be too difficult. I'll go first."

Deftly he snatched up an ethereal looking crown, spinning it around his index finger like a thief before clenching it tightly in his palm. He hurried toward the bridge and blinked as the guardians came to life, flinging themselves toward him with reckless abandon.

"Uh oh," he gasped as he narrowly dodged the first attempt to bereave him of the crown. Another came immediately thereafter, and his advance looked more like a comical dance routine than a proper sprint; but somehow, he made it to the other side, crown intact.

    "Phew," he huffed.

In response to his efforts, another pool was illuminated.

Haru waits and watches Kijin walk across. He wouldn't exactly call himself lazy- he does this for the same reason he would as a kid playing dodgeball, to see how the opponents act. It was amusing, at the very least, to watch the man dance around.

Well, since nobody else seemed to be stepping up, Haru decided to do it as well. If someone as simple as he can do it, surely the others would get more confident about it, right? Holding crown in both hands, he begins to cross.

With a fair idea now of how the orbs charged, his 'dance' was more an act belying grace, rather than comedy. He crosses the bridge with light steps, going rather quickly, arriving at the pool and placing the crown within.
He then proceeds to collapse on the ground. "Aha ha ha ha ha. I'm not doing that ever again." Haru was physically sweating bullets and mentally sweating artillery shells. What was that nonsense..? He could have broken his neck if he had fallen! He had a good look down when he began, and there was nothing stopping that drop. Haven't these chamber builders heard of safety nets?!

Luna quickly found Natiri prowling around, agitated clearly by the battle that had taken place, smiling to Savannah as they waited for the group to move on, following along as they came across a bridge and some sort of strange riddle thing, along with a set of pristine white crowns.

She whimpered, finding herself pushed towards one of the ethereal crowns, struggling to lift it and gripping tightly as her fingers threatened to slip. Already she could tell that this...wasn't going to work. She struggled and tried, bless her did she try, but it absolutely was not in the cards for her to ever succeed at this.

She struggled, trying to make it to the other side, before a sharp pain in her side sent her to the floor, crown slipping from her grasp instantly and shattering on the ground as she climbed back into a panicked sprint for the other side, wanting to be away from those crowns and the danger they presented.

"Hehehe... the crown belongs to Grand Witch Majolica! You're not the only one that can cross bridges Kitty Commander! Watch as Lion's Pride, Dark Hero Branch- Witch Ops, Commander Grand Witch Majolica easily crosses the bridge! Hehehehe!"

Since time immemorial, when it came to carry out a task, witches have been known to cheat. Though more or less a good-ish witch, Majolica was no different. As she tried to lift the crown, she quickly realized that alone, it would be far to heavy for her adorable self to schlep across the bridge. Instead, taking a seat on her broom, Majolica used her aeromancy to slide the crown off its pedestal and land gently onto the bristly back of her broomstick.

As the crown was magically lowered onto the broom, the bristles formed a cup to safely hold the crown and protect it.

"Hehehehe! Okay, Let's go. Watch all of you dummies as Majolica easily crosses the bridge on her magical witch broomstick! Cry in jealousy as I, Grand Witch Majolica, Witch Ops Commander easily does what the majority of you cannot! Hehehehe! Now see with your own stupid eyes, hehe, the power, majesty, and general awesomeness of the Grand Witch!"

In a flash, Majolica took off. The first orb dove low at her but she dodged narrowly swinging to the right. As she did, another tried to blindside her. Hopping up and riding the broom like a board. Majolica pulled the broomstick upward with the top of her foot, as the orb passed under. Successfully dodging, Majolica hopped up and fell cleanly into a sitting position atop the broomstick. The final few orbs charged at her in a line.

    "Hehehe... uh oh."

Grabbing the broomstick with both hands, Majolica yanked upwards 90 degrees while lowering her altitude. Luckily, the broom held steady to the crown as Majolica executed a stylish mid-air baseball slide under the orbs.

Having reached the other side, Majolica side-eyed the Kitty Commander and grinned smugly.

    Beat that little kitty! Hehehe!

Valdrada was still mildly conflicted after all that. But Seigi's pep talk helped, at least a little. She's right, Valdrada thought, looking down at herself. She needed to get better, to do better. Now, she was weak. But she wouldn't let herself stay that way forever.

The small boost in confidence she got when she heard more people choosing to go in the same direction helped too. When it became clear that most people chose to head for the secret passageway, Valdrada followed after the group.

She watched Caccu and some others head forward, watched as they carried the magical crowns across the way. Some made it all the way across, but others couldn't make it all the way before they got shoved into the ground by the giant floating orbs. And... judging from the lights over on the other side, they needed a lot more crowns to be carried across.

Right! That was something Valdrada could do. Heading over to the angel statue, she grabbed one of the crowns- oof! That was actually really heavy. But, but she could do this. She could. Holding the edges of the crown tightly in her hands, she began making her way across the bridge. It was a slippery thing, always threatening to drop right through her fingers, forcing her to constantly readjust her grip.

Unfortunately, that meant she wasn't paying as much attention to the movement of the orbs. With a little yelp, Valdrada found herself being shoved over and slamming into the ground. The pain in her elbows, who had taken the brunt of the damage, was nothing compared to the shattering sound as the crown bounced out of her hands and smashed into pieces on the bridge.

Okay. Fine. She couldn't make it across without getting smacked around by those weird orb things. That didn't matter. She'd just try again. And this time, she vowed to herself as she made a careful note of the orbs' movement patterns, she'd do better.

It glittered in his eyes, a delectable amethyst vial that filled him with a vulgar desire. Oh, it had been a long time, but Cain never forgot it. His dying breath at the hands of the beast, and the tragically attractive witch that had fed him that ill concoction. The wretched taste fused with his mouth once more and he swallowed, imagining just how wonderful it’d be if the draught’s eternal aftertaste was finally banished from his memories. This was enough, wasn’t it? Fae blood and dragon blood, a vile mixture of magically potent species, glimmering beautifully in the dim light of the ravaged hallway. Oh, he wanted wanted wanted wanted wanted wanted it.

    Just one si-

With a violent grunt, the midnight haired muse grasp the bottle and shoved it away into the deep recesses of his virtual inventory, the bottle dissipating into thin air as the resurrection curse unlatched its dark influences from his mind. Letting out a deep breath, he wiped his brow, shook off the last vestiges of a terrible experience, and followed the rest down the Hidden Passageway. Its elevator-esque movement brought a smile to his face, and the ensuing conflict between Caccu and the door was similarly cute, releasing some of the tension from the past battle as Cain strode up and down a labyrinth like compilation of stairs and bridges.

And, of course, what awaited them at the end of the journey was just another goddamn bridge.

    Awesome.

Dark eyes glimmered in the light of the fairy fire as he watched others carry the weight of their sins over, some of them failing, others succeeding. The majority had no small amount of trouble indeed, but it was rather surprising to him that Kijin of all people managed to get past with only some difficulty. Maybe he wasn’t as much of an avarice ridden murderer of orcs as Cain thought? Naw, dude probably was cheating in some way. The pink slime in his hat wobbled with displeasure at its owner’s unkind thoughts, but the muse paid it no heed as he hefted up one of the crowns himself.

    Definitely heavy.

“Time to show me your muscles, @Seigi ,” he grinned, pulling off a bodybuilding pose for the red haired martial artist, walking towards precision hell. A sidestep there and a somersault there. At the end, he was sweating, but at the end, he made it

Retrieving another crown, Valdrada's eyes narrowed as she considered the passageway ahead of her. The bridge wasn't too long, but with people going back and forth across the bridge, the path of the guardian orbs was getting erratic. That meant she'd have to be extra careful.

More used to the weight and the slick surface of the crown, she could focus more attention on getting across. She wouldn't be useless, not again. No stupid giant ball was going to get the best of her!

Though she failed the first time she tried, she was now expecting the way one of the orbs seemed to lock onto her. Putting on a quick burst of speed and holding onto that crown for dear life, she sidestepped it as best she could. She just barely avoided that one, keeping her balance and her hold on her precious cargo.

Spotting an opening in the way up ahead, Valdrada ran, hoping that she wouldn't get bowled over by something from behind. Luckily, that wasn't the case, and she made it all the way across without issue.

"There," she said, in between her heaving breaths, making her way over to the water to slowly set the crown down. Phew! That was... a lot more tiring than she thought it'd be. Watching the light blink into existence, she just sighed in relief and tried to recover a bit. She probably wouldn't be trying to make her way back for another attempt any time soon.

Following the group, she sighed. These kind of tests and challenges were always a pain, but luckily, the consequences were quite minor this time around. With no other options available, she grabbed a crown and made her way across the bridge. Unfortunately, with the heavy crown in hand, Velka couldn't quite get out of the way in time when an orb blasted her, sending her sprawling on the bridge and the crown out of her hands. While the attack wasn't painful, the task of carrying the crown across the bridge was daunting. Making her way back, she decided to wait for a better time to cross the bridge.

Okay, come on, my power. Corvella mumbled as she grabbed one of the crowns. Those things are ridiculously heavy compared to their size, and as soon as she got her hand on one, the orbs around the bridge began to eye her. Great. So she has to run through the bridge with the crown? Something out of an Indiana Jones movie.

After flexing her legs, Corvella finally darted across the bridge with not-so-fast speed, making clanging sounds due to the heavy armor she wore on every step. The scene quickly resembled one of that American sport where people ran through the field with the ball trying not to be tackled, the difference being flying orbs blasting energies are the ones that are trying to get you. No problem, she just had to improvise. She cannot dodge everything with this speed, but the shield on her back and the armor all over her body compensates by blocking most of the hits, enabling her to get to the other side unscathed.

"Phew" she sighed as the crown was placed on the pool. Both the weight of the crown and the run that seemed last forever took a hit on her stamina. "But one more shouldn't be problem." she walked back, with the orbs now ignoring her. She has this urge to knock one passing through with her shield, but doesn't want the team to pay for her stupidity.
