  1. Lucia slowly began to calm down. The more Savannah spoke about not wanting to leave, about her concerns, Lucia exhaled her worries as best she could. So long as Savannah didn't leave, there was hope, it did indeed make her feel a great deal relieved, particularly when Savannah confessed the fact that she did love and care for her as well. Those clear eyes with love and adoration was not missed by Lucia, it did a great deal to help her relax. With just one last breath of relief, she nodded slowly and reassured.

For a moment, she chuckled, recovering a bit of sweetness in her expression, she a warm chuckle from her lips as she happily shook her head. "Dislike you? How silly, wouldn't she also adore you? Don't you really like her as well?" She asked finding the very thought silly. No matter how strange, but at the same time she understood, her relationship style was not something that was for everything. She learned that from Luna, seeing her so put off by Vivian's role in things. She could convince Luna to give Vivian a chance though, she felt that at the very least, Luna would mesh better with Savannah. "I suppose it would be easier if I explained things though perhaps." Lucia considered with a furrowed brow.

With a few gentle gestures of her hand, she spoke with a soft tone, still trying to maintain closeness with Savannah, her modest chest pressed against the girl softly. One hand stroking her hair reassuringly, giving her a soft and consistent pet on the head as she spoke. "Since ancient times dear, there have been many people with many wives. There's always been many queens, kings, consorts and the like. In many cultures low born peoples have often had more then one wives as merchants or travelers as well. It's not so uncommon a thing at least as far as history's been concerned-- In other words, it's possible, i works." She reassures with a soft smile. A touch educational, it might be something that ruined the mood somewhat, but Lucia had set her sights on making Savannah comfortable and assured rather then seducing her. The woman's feelings were far too important to hurt her heart by pushing for a heated moment of excitement and passion.

"Certainly it's not so common these days, people tend to argue about things like inheritances and family rights after all... but that won't really be a problem among us right?" Lucia explained with a mellow laugh. No matter how much she loved the three of her companions, in this game where where all of her power and title existed, she didn't have to worry about children in the game. Instead, in reality, Lucia really had nothing of value anyone would want with her mundane and uninteresting lifestyle.

Continuing on with her reassuring lesson on human interpersonal social relationships, Lucia continued stroking her hair as she went on. "Alternatively, cheating on another, or adultery, normally implies secrecy and taking advantage-- While I can't say I've approached everyone while being up front about things, I've certainly never made an effort to hide it or lie." She admitted with a somewhat self-mocking tone towards the end. She'd certainly not ever lied, though she didn't tell Luna up front upon meeting her, certainly she'd been surprised just how quickly Luna accepted her, by the time she was welcomed finding out how to explain afterwards was difficult. It took Vivian to do so while Lucia was still formulating a plan in truth. "Put simply, it's only cheating if it hurts those in the relationship, otherwise I suppose it would be Polyamory if everyone is joined together in love and happiness, or swinging if it's more of a brief experience with outsiders?" She mused at the thought.

  2. Well, of course she liked Luna. But…did she like her like her in the same capacity that she liked Lucia? The thought was stuck in her mind now as her subconscious drew forth a rendition of the white-haired caster. She found her pretty, yes, but Savannah didn’t really know her and she thought it would be shallow to say that she loved the girl without even knowing her favorite color. Actually, she didn’t know Lucia’s either now that she thought about it…

She was content to be cradled against Her Lady and hardly moved a muscle. If she were to die now, she would count herself lucky for the love and attention she had been showed. She would be able to find peace right here, with Lucia petting her head and the echo of her heart resounding double time in Savannah’s chest.

That doesn’t sound so bad, she whispered after Lucia had explained. I just…always thought…that there was only one person for one person. Soul mates and stuff. She cleared her throat, a small frown skittering across her brow as she lightly shook her head, the motion expending the least amount of movement possible. I’m not saying that you’re my soul mate or anything, it’s just always what I was taught. One person for one person and marriage and…well, it doesn’t matter.

Her words tapered off to a content hum.

Savannah had no need to lie or deceive anyone, especially not Her Lady, so the concept of cheating – while, yes, she understood it – wasn’t something that she would be participating in.

So…it would be a polyamory relationship…with me and you and Luna and…Vivian? Though calm, comfortable, and content, she couldn’t help the hesitation that colored her words upon mentioning the Dark Witch. Did she have to be part of the equation?

  3. Lucia couldn't help snorting a little, the woman's interpretation of soulmates made her feelings a little sour. How could such a thing be that only one person was made for one person? What if they died at birth? Were abducted as a child and taken away? What if they caught a serious disease and couldn't survive? Was their partner supposed to just suffer for all of their life? Impossible-- Lucia was unwilling to live in such a world where luck and chance could take away a person's great happiness-- even if it wasn't her own, those she loved deserved a better outcome, a better fate then that.

"Impossible." She spoke, firmly, her tone making it hard to refuse with just how much conviction and resolution was in there. Yes, Savannah who didn't leave was surely her soul mate, just as Luna and Vivian who had stayed with her were as well. A normal love wouldn't be able to bring the warmth she felt into her bleak world after all, to light a candle in that infinitely dark abyssal life she lived. "If fate was so cruel as to only give everyone one chance at happiness, then I don't need it... I would much rather believe all of you are my soul mates." She whispered reassuringly as she stroked Savannah's hair, without hesitation.

Though when Savannah couldn't help hesitating, Lucia could only chuckle just a little. Tilting Savannah's head up to meet her eyes, a soft smile painted across her face as she looked down at the girl. Their lips close, enough for Savannah to feel the warmth of her breath across her face as her fingertips brushed against the underside of her chin. "That was my hope though, all of us together. I'm not so silly as to think it can be build instantly though... It's something that needs time, I understand. But... It means a lot to me hearing you considering it." She spoke, giving the girl's hair a soft pet still as she held on affectionately.

Though with a soft sigh, she began to slowly try pulling Savannah back into the tub with her. A small smile on her face as she continued brushing the girl's hair, sitting back down in the water comfortably trying to pull the girl down with her. "Well, I don't want you to stress yourself by feeling you have to bridge this gap instantly. Just like this bath, one little bit at a time to test the waters is okay alright?" She asked with a tender smile. "Savannah is my knight, I have faith that you'll be able to uphold my law and standard. My Pride and protector, so try not to give up easy... Okay?" She urged gently trying to give Savannah something to have confidence and pride in.

  4. Lucia sounded so sure that any argument Savannah could have made to oppose her viewpoint on soul mates fluttered out the window. She could only lightly shrug her shoulders in response to Her Lady. Her grandfather had been adamant about one man for one woman and how it should be versus all the laws and regulations that were currently in effect to make sure people just married whoever they wanted to marry. She hadn’t ever thought of Fate being cruel, of your soulmate dying before you ever got the chance to meet them and suddenly finding yourself alone in the world without your other half.

That probably was the cruelest fate: to know that you are destined to be with one person and the one person never shows up. To be left eternally waiting for the other piece of your soul. The idea sent a shudder of revulsion through Savannah so sharp that she forcefully cast out the thoughts before they took up anymore of her brain. There were multiple soul mates for people; Savannah latched onto the idea, sewed it to the inside of her skull, and sighed.

Her seemingly sleepy eyes gazed back at Lucia, a small smile caressing her mouth. She almost felt drunk with the looseness of her muscles, the overwhelming calm that continued to ebb and flow through her. Lucia’s continued petting was probably causing it, but Savannah didn’t want to focus on the why of it all. She was more than happy to merely experience it all.

I’ll consider it, she mumbled in agreement as Lucia pulled her back into the bath waters. She didn’t struggle, didn’t fight, merely allowed the warm liquid to roll over her body once more. Another sigh parted her lips and she closed her eyes again, her head unconsciously leaning toward Lucia to encourage her to continue her petting.

We just don’t get along, Savannah told her, her relaxed state allowing her to be honest about her relationship with Vivian. She’s horrible, really. I don’t think she’s ever said one nice thing to me…ever. Well, no, that’s a lie. Apparently, I’m very physically attractive. Savannah snorted, her lashes fluttering as she rolled her eyes behind them. Let me amend that: I’m very physically attractive now.

As if by some form of magic or curse, the minute she began talking about Vivian, the anger returned. It was a slow burning thing, slithering in her stomach and hissing along with the acid where it lived. She tried to push it away, tried to think of something – anything – else, but it was almost as if she were incapable, as if she were forced to heed the mental image of Vivian’s voluptuous form, grinning evilly from the shadows and laughing at her.

By gods, her laugh was enough to make her want to split the tub where they sat.

Lucia’s voice drew her out of her self-imposed cage. It was like a spring breeze over her face, a ray of daylight after wandering through the darkness for so long. Savannah was her knight, her most loyal guardian, and she would keep her secrets, and her flesh, as safe as possible. And if Lucia had that much faith in her, hell, why shouldn’t she have faith in her herself? Why allow the mere thought of that Dark Witch to rile her up.

    She was better than that.

You’re right, my Lady, Savannah replied, her voice calm once again, her words strong as she gazed at Lucia’s beautiful face. I am your Knight and what kind of Knight would I be if I allowed every obstacle to pull me down and deter me. I will endeavor to do better, always do better.

  5. Lucia smiled, seeing that Savannah was a little more accepting a little more relaxed. Her soft affectionate petting continued when Savannah settled down. Welcoming the girl once more into her soft reassuring embrace. The safe, welcoming atmosphere Lucia would be known for returning as she calmed herself. Though hearing Savannah comment on how she would consider it, Lucia's smile softened, certainly if she were willing to try it would find a means of working out she thought. After all, everyone was so special weren't they?

"What's made Savannah most attractive has always been inside." She spoke, lifting a hand to the girl's soft chest, giving it a gentle and soft pat as she spoke. "That sparkling light inside here, at least to me, was always what made you so attractive. That part won't change with looks, in here or outside in reality, it will always impress me~" She urged and explained her own point of view with a sweet chuckle, her lips still very close to Savannah's as she spoke. The sweetness of her breath brushing against her cheeks, the movements of her moist lips within line of sight as she spoke.

That hand on her chest slipped down slowly after the kind gesture, down towards her stomach. Giving it a soft rub for closeness's sake, she digested the girl's thoughts and disposition, Savannah certainly seemed to have a lot in common with her, but there was a different kind of strength that came from Savannah compared to her. Lucia simply let despair swallow her under the waves, but Savannah seemed to stand like a battered tower the waves crashed against shining lights for others. Whether it was from naivety or the fact that there was some success among the girl's struggles, Lucia wasn't sure, but she felt she knew how to describe what was so attractive about her. "There it is... That's the attractive Savannah I fell in love with and adore." She spoke with a sweet melodious chuckle when the girl commented on not letting things deter her or bother her.

Certainly that was the part that was different. Lucia had been blasted back far too many times to want to stand up any more, she didn't find any meaning in it, but Savannah didn't seem to ever hit the ground after being buffeted. It was a thought that made Lucia smile genuinely. "Try not to worry about the negative things, don't let those harsh things drag you down. Whenever it gets to be too much, you can always come back here, maybe for a bath, maybe just for a break to recharge. Savannah is mine... And as long as you keep trying, you'll always find a way to rise above; because you're my knight~" She spoke, trying to punctuate her words with a very innocent kiss on the woman's nose, a sweet and innocent gesture. That soft hand on her belly sliding down to the woman's strong thigh, slowly rubbing high up on her leg with a warm and gentle hand as she held her close. Savannah certainly seemed to be struggling, and Lucia wanted to charge her up with 'something' to give her 'something' to stand back against the world and fight with. Even if it was something as simple as a home, something as simple as having a place to come back to. If nothing else, Lucia's darkness could certainly offer Savannah shade from whatever struggles she had to face in the hostile world of bright searing lights.

  6. A dark blush covered her cheeks at hearing Lucia’s words. Her eyes, which had been intently memorizing the planes of her face, dropped to the water that swished around her chest. Lack a romantic interest outside of the game had left her unaccustomed to compliments and people enjoying the real her for her.

She had been raised in a house where her appearance and her domestic ability were, seemingly, the only thing a prospective husband would value her for. If she didn’t look hot and couldn’t cook a hot meal, why would anyone want to marry her? At least, that was what her grandfather believed, and Addison hadn’t known how to improve either things about herself. She had never been into makeup and hair extensions and her grandfather rarely, if ever, allowed her into the kitchen to cook.

She was a lost cause, doomed to forever be alone.

It was amazing how, in one night, Lucia was turned everything she grew up knowing on its head. The Knight was thankful for the revelations and smiled despite being embarrassed, the heat from her cheeks floating downwards through her chest and settling in her stomach where it curled and throbbed.

Surprised rippled through her at hearing Lucia confess her love for her. Her silver eyes went wide and her mouth dropped open a tiny bit, enough so that the tops and bottoms of her teeth were easily visible. You…You love me? she asked in a quiet voice, her fingers holding onto Lucia’s upper arms as an anchor. Are…are you sure?

The soft, delicate kiss that Lucia planted on Savannah’s nose was almost enough to deter her thoughts once more. The only kiss she had had in her lifetime had been on New Year’s Eve and while it was nothing to compare to the sweet one that Lucia had gifted her, it was the first that she shared with another woman. She gave the Necromancer a shy smile before gently clearing her throat and dropping her hands from Lucia’s arms.

I…I…don’t know what to say, Savannah whispered, feeling emotional and…heavy. Maybe it was the heat from the water getting to her or the overall stress from this entire encounter that was finally weighing in, but she felt…different. Much more different than she had when she first walked into Lucia’s tent, believing that she was going to be chastised for something she might have done or said.

Instead, she looked up, looked Lucia in the eye and leaned toward her. Her nose brushed against Lucia’s as she pressed forward into her space and gently pressed her dark lips against Lucia’s.
