There was no hesitation from the male mage. He immediately turned over, presenting his well sculpted back for Vivian’s eyes and fingers. The moment her warm hands coasted over his bare flesh, he groaned in pleasure, the sound similar to the lusty grunts he had expelled mere minutes before. These ended with soft sighs as his muscles loss tension under her practiced fingers. Emil crossed his arms and turned his head to rest on them, his eye closed for now, the tiny dip between his brows a mix of pleasure and pain. Who knew that he carried so much stress in his shoulders.
That feels amazing, he grunted as another knot was worked out, the deep press of her fingers leaving a lasting impression on not only his body, but his mind as well. He shivered under her ministrations, a soft surprised sound coming from him at the feel of her split tongue against the shell of his ear. You must do well for yourself outside of TerraSphere. It’s obvious that you are a very talented woman.
A familiar surge of heat whipped through his torso, the simmering embers of lust quickly fanned by the Dark Witch atop his back. So soon, he thought with a smirk as he lane prone beneath her.
Hm, the male whispered when Vivian paused in her explanation. It was dangerous territory she was trespassing in, especially if the current King and her current lover were friends of a sort. Wouldn’t she be stopped? Wouldn’t Lady Lucia somehow upset Vivian’s dark plan? Surely, she wouldn’t want her friend to fall from grace and the betrayal be traced back to her by proxy. Or, perhaps this was all a farce and it was Lucia who wanted the throne but could only act through Vivian?
Interesting, to say the least, and it got Emil’s brain working quicker than it had in a long while. There were so many pawns on this board, so many chairs at the table, that he wasn’t sure which one to completely devote himself to. Or, if he could play all sides and merely see where the puzzle pieces fell when the time came for them to drop. That was probably the smarter decision, no doubt, but not necessarily the wisest. He wanted power, of course, and should anyone find him to be a double – or triple – agent, the jig would be up and he would be cast from the Game.
If only I were a Lord, Lady Vivian, Emil responded, his mind keeping up with her playful giggles even as he thought about the information she had freely given to him. A title would be nice, he said, his tone thoughtful as if he hadn’t considered it before. And a title comes with land, one would assume. Surely virtual land would be easier to maintain that its physical counterpart. He chuckled at his own joke, playing up the innocent aspect of naivety. The truth was simple: he wanted power, he wanted titles, he wanted lands. And how he got those things…well, he was still researching the different avenues.
I exist within TerraSphere mainly for relaxion and escapism, he told her on the breath of a sigh. It’s more entertaining to be here than pouring over medical books and case studies. I’m in my second year of medical school and this is a nice pivot from my day-to-day life. I have no great ambitions, not like yourself. He paused, allowing a serene silence to fall between them before he picked up conversation with her once again.
You said that Lady Lucia and Astor are – were? – friends, correct? Does she not oppose your bid for this throne? Assuming, of course, that she was one of the few that might have helped Astor achieve it?
