_____Kaede grumbled to herself for a few moments before looking out towards the garden from the medical room of the manor. Outside she could see the hole that appeared when she supposedly blacked out while having one of her astral magic visions. Moving her arms upward kaede pulled away the top of her dress to reveal her back to Diabloa, and her chest to anyone in the garden looking up to the second floor. A blush along Kaede’s face as she felt the cold metal along her shoulder.

”It seems like the curse seal I had set on your back has weakened along with you learning to control the magic more, but…”

_____Kaede tried to look back at Diabloa to see why she had stopped mid sentence before the clod metal moved down her spine causing Kaede to grip the sheets at her sides and arch her back. She seriously hated how the woman set the curse marks where Kaede disliked cold touching her. Hands gripping more as Diabloa moved the metal back up Kaede’s spine to her other shoulder.

”I’ve only seen this two other times in all my years alive Kaede… The other time was with that woman you described who gave you this magic… Your body, while it has many mysteries to me like every person who as you said ‘hails from another world’ this marking style of magic is that of Cosmic Retribution.”

”Cosmic what now?”

”Allows you to use astral magic for combat, highly destructive and very powerful even at the start. If my theory is correct that magic result in the garden might have been your body misreading or reacting to your vision as more defensive.”

”I still don’t get what your… AHH!...”

_____Kaede’s words cut short as she felt he back ignite in flames, the same it had done when Diabloa set the seal on her because the astral magic was to strong for Kaede to handle. No matter if she knew it was only temporary, or the fact it would leave no mark did not seem to reach her mind or nerves to stop the pain as she shrieked out in pain again with a far greater tone. The woman behind Kaede simply mumbling words as black flames trailed her finger and she kept working until it was done and the trail vanished into Kaede’s skin.

”Until I can be sure you won’t go cosmic explosion again I’ll seal your magic fully. If you try to draw from it, that pain is going to remind you to stop. Now off you go Kaede, you have the next few days free from any politics once I talk it over with your ‘father’ that it is unwise to have you leave.”

”Great, so I go from house protection after people tried to kill me to medical supervision at home… With a day of freedom between that was spent passed out after my magic decided to go momma bear.”

_____Kaede’s tone was greatly annoyed as she pulled her dress back over her upper body and rose. Diabloa moving to wrap her arms around kaede’s neck and kiss the girl’s cheek before whispering something in her ear. ”Think of it this way, you can use this time to test a few of my new toys with some of your lovely friends… and not worry about the visions until I find a way to ease you into the magic.~” Kaede blushed as she looked down to see a few things in Diabloa’s hand. Kaede’s focus broke as the someone knocked on the door before opening it.

”Lady Kaede, there is someone here to see you… Did I interrupt something…?”

”Nothing at all… Diabloa just leave the medicine in my room, lead the way Elizabeth.”

_____Kaede’s face shifting to her noble smile and relaxed features as she rose and followed the maid towards the main gate. For the first time Kaede had no idea what was going to happen or who it could be, for the first time in so long she was left curious and to be honest it made it very hard to remain composed like most those of the manor knew her to be.

When Luna had looked at the map location that Kaede had given her after their first evening, where they'd met, she'd expected to find herself knocking at the door of a tavern, an inn or maybe some quaint little house somewhere. The standard adventuring maiden things like that. And still, even if she'd been tipped off slightly by the fact that the woman technically had servants, she hadn't expected to arrive at the gates of an extremely large estate, feeling rather out of place with her tigress companion by her side. She wasn't going to leave Natiri behind, after all. Kaede hadn't had a chance to meet her best friend right now.

Eventually, after a lot of talking and persuading the estate keepers and groundsmen/women, they finally allowed her and Natiri onto the premises on the condition that Kaede go to them first and confirm that she actually knew that. She was vaguely aware that Kaede had to be a real person, so how in the world had she managed to come into all of this luxury and wealth? It was pretty insane, but it was also super interesting to look at and technically be a small part of. Even if she was just the friend of the girl, it was still something she could be proud of and love the experience of. Especially if friendship with a girl as kind and nice to her as Kaede also had a few more benefits.

Eventually, after a few minutes of waiting, she spotted the girl she'd come to visit approaching the main gate, a smile lighting up Luna's face as she recognized Kaede immediately. She waved gently, a hand on the white tigress' head as she stood there, smiling happily. "Ah, K-Kaede! I h-hope I'm not visiting at a bad time, am I? I just really wanted to spend some t-time together again, i-if you don't mind?" She blushed. It made it sound like she'd only come for their evening activity from last time, but she did genuinely want to spend some time with the girl.

"I n-never did thank you out for helping me and t-the last time we met, s-situations weren't as nice." She smiled, shifting idly. Would the girl let her in? Or hug her? Or anything like that?

_____As Kaede saw Luna she smiled gently, a hand rising to the guards to allow her to pass as she kept walking. Reaching a hand out with a smile before waving her other hand for everyone to get back to their task while smiling. It took some work to remain composed as she tried to guide Luna inside the manor before she could relax. Everyone was still working outside, and those who worked inside Kaede trusted enough to not always uphold her proper formalities. Leaning to kiss Luna’s cheek before happily hugging her.

”Never a bad time to have a visit if I’m here and not in a meeting with other nobles. I also recall saying there was no reason to thank me, after all I think our night was enough thanks and then some~”

_____Kaede playfully reached a hand around Luna’s waist before leaning against the girl and happily humming. Slowly trying to guide the woman to walk with her before she moved her hands behind her back and seemed to return to a more presentable individual. Kaede walked a thin at the manor, her desire and her job as a peace keeper had both been things she wished to keep split or with minimal crossing.

”I’m glad you came, seems I’m back under house arrest after only a day between my last one ha-ha. Though this one is more reasonable considering what happen. But beside that, how about i give you a small tour?~”

_____Kaede tried to change the topic quickly, her mind slipping up and talking to much about something that would likely concern the girl. But it was not easy to avoid it since as they walked passed a window overlooking the part of the garden Kaede had blown up recently. A shallow wave to some of the house keepers trying to repair and asses the damage done. Once passing the window however Kaede reached an arm back around Luna and tried to pull her closer happily humming. Luna had been a little confused as to how differently Kaede had acted whilst they were outside, the girl wordlessly leading her into the manor as they passed by most of the outdoor workers, who seemed to eye her and Natiri with suspicion. Not that she could really blame them, a stranger and her pet white tigress showing up randomly at the gates of one of the nicest manors she'd ever seen in her entire life had to look like a pretty suspect thing. It was hard not to feel slightly out of place, though she had faith that Kaede was in fact the same girl and was just having to put on a show of being a noblewoman or something along those lines. Maybe Luna herself could have passed as a noble without Natiri? She did dress in a manner that didn't exactly scream 'commoner' or 'adventurer' after all.

Then, once they reached indoors, Kaede leaned in to hug her and kissed her on the cheek, making her blush and shuffle slightly, Natiri looking on in part amusement and part confusion. Her partner sure was popular, huh? Luna swallowed, smiling brightly as she shifted her nerves aside. "R-right. T-that night r-really was f-fun, huh? I-I really enjoyed it." She stammered out, still adjusting to the idea that the woman she'd found drinking in a tavern one night actually happened to be a noblewoman, of all things. It was pretty incredible to think about, really.

She blushed a little more as the girl wrapped an arm around her waist and leaned against her, tugging her into motion before returning to keeping her hands behind her back, for some reason. Luna wasn't sure she'd ever really understand the way that nobles were supposed to speak and act, it was all far too complicated for any of it to settle in between her ears. She was better with animals than people, that much was still certain, even if she didn't speak to many people to prove it.

Hearing that the girl was under house arrest again was a shame, but she'd learned by now that if Kaede didn't want to talk about something, it was probably best to avoid that topic if it was possible. The offer of a tour made it totally possible to do just that. "I-I'd love a tour, Kaede! Please?" She smiled, before glancing out of a window that they'd passed. There was a lot of overturned earth there. Were they digging for something?

She gasped as Kaede's arm wrapped around her again and the woman hugged her closer, wrapping her own arm hesitantly around the woman's waist in return. Natiri rumbled quietly, but didn't do anything to interfere. It was good that Luna was making friends and breaking out of her shell. The tigress was proud.

_____With a smile and a pep in her step Kaede began leading the way around the manor she called home. The hallway they walked was covered with small weapons and armor from the olden days when her father and the owner of the house fought along the Yladain armies. Mostly consisting of shattered shields and broken pieces of heavy armor on pedestals between windows. Each kept clean and free of dust thanks to the people who worked here. The first room they past having the doors open into a small meeting hall.

”My father likes to keep his busted pieces of armor from the past, says it helps show people that despite his un injured looks he fought a great deal of fights to earn his place. This is the meeting room we use when speaking with numerous other nobles, mostly for preventive measures of conflict or danger to villages in the area.”

_____Kaede moved to walk inside the room, the ten seater table placed in the center of the room had candle holders along the middle. Each seat cushioned and a banner on the wall behind them likely to tell who sat where. Yet again it seemed armor was a theme, a large suit of armor behind the head of the table in relative perfect condition along with two two shields. Kaede only saw her father use it once, and she understood his reason for such restraint. After a moment Kaede would move out of the room and keep following the hall to the next room.

”This is Wind’s room. She is the head of the guard and my warden most times. But currently she and my father are out trying to stop an uprising in a village of another noble. I’d show you the room but i think she set traps again and i’m not in the mood to get strung up by my leg ha-ha~”

_____Kaede pointed to the sealed door with a faint laugh, Wind was fun but paranoid at times. To be fair she had been snuck up on and teased by Kaede a few times before she started using traps in her own room so Kaede could not fully say she had no part in all of that. Moving along and pointing to a few sleeping quarters of the staff that stayed full time as they made their way to the second floor. The scenery changing to art and sculptures over the weapons and armor.

”On the second floor there is my father’s room, an armory, and the healer’s room. Diabloa might be a bit odd but she knows how to deal with just about everything. Then the other side has my room, my study, and the library.”

_____Kaede pointed to the left at first, before pointing to the right during the second part of her tour guide and guiding Luna to the right side with a playful nudge and hum escaping her lips. Be it fate or something else Kaede was really excited, and part of her wanted to play around all the more because of that. Stopping at a set of double doors Kaede moved to face Luna and leaned to whisper in her ear.

Luna was seriously impressed with the manor and the history of it, the fact that Kaede's father had those armors up there did prove that it'd been hard earned. The fact that the girl had a father made her feel like Kaede was a pretty important NPC that she'd just happened to meet out in a tavern. That was fine though, the NPC's were real enough anyway, unless Kaede had been adopted by some nobleman in game or something, which was also really cool! This whole place, this whole situation, was all just really awesome to take in and be a part of, even as just a bystander. "Wow, your dad must have fought a lot, huh?" She marveled at the armors for a moment, before they continued.

Then Kaede led her into the room for a look, before they went out of it again and she pointed out Wind's room, mentioning that the woman was out helping Kaede's father and that they wouldn't be going in, just in case there were traps. Luna giggled, wondering just why Wind felt the need to set traps in her own home. Was it just something that the woman did through sheer habit? It must've been interesting to watch her at work though, setting those traps. She'd probably learn a thing or two from watching somebody at work.

Then they moved upstairs, after Luna took a moment to make sure that Natiri's paws were absolutely clean, so that they didn't ruin any of the nicer interior pieces upstairs and make Kaede mad, or get her in trouble with the staff or cleaners if they noticed. The first thing she noticed was how the decorations changed from armors and weapons to art pieces and sculptures. It seemed this was the more private part of the manor, for friends instead of merely guests. The thought made Luna smile.

Kaede spent a moment to point out the rooms of her father, some of the staff and mentioned a healer by name. "It's n-nice that you have your o-own healer. I-I really respect p-people that are a-able to look after others." She smiled. Healers were really awesome. Where would people be without them? "H-hopefully I can meet this D-Diabloa some time." She nodded to herself.

Then Kaede nudged her to the right and followed her, leaning in close and extending her proposition. Luna blushed, gulping as she looked around. So soon? Did she want that? She opened her mouth, before closing it again. She....she wouldn't mind it, really. "U-umm, okay." She accepted, looking down at Natiri. She didn't want Natiri to watch. ”So it would seem you already spoke of me Kaede.”

_____The voice rising from behind the two without warning, Diabloa smiling calmly as she looked at Luna and her tiger for a moment before backing away to give them some space. Her blues eyes glowing faintly as she chuckled and began walking towards the left side of the second floor with a shallow wave towards the two while speaking again.

”Make sure to start of slow ladies, I would hate for either of you to pull a muscle and be called over to treat it before you climax.~”

”That was Diabloa, not much can get past her.~ Now… you have me curious about that other option rather than leading you to the stables.~”

_____Kaede reached into her boot and pulled a key to unlock her door. The room itself seemed to have an odd air, a relaxing mist hanging near the ceiling with small lights to make it appear like the night sky. "Eeep!" Luna eeped and jumped away as the voice came up from behind her, finding the woman that Kaede had introduced as Diabloa standing there, watching them and offering some advice. Luna blushed and bowed slightly in greeting, but the woman was already walking away from them, waving. She shuddered, shifting slightly in place awkwardly as she realized that now somebody knew that she was here and was about to go for a round under the sheets with Kaede. That was....embarrassing? Embarrassing was the right word, but it didn't feel right. She was pretty sure she was embarrassed about it being found out though.

Kaede reached into her boot and pulled out a key, unlocking the door. That and to look over what Diabola had left on the nightstand, a happy giggle as she recalled one item and looked at the two new creations before turning to Luna and sitting on the edge of her bed to watch. _____Kaede moved her hand to rub along Luna’s cheek, a smile on her face thanks to her reply to the odd thing Kaede had said. She wanted people close to her, the closer the better. Moving her hand to try and pull one of Luna’s to hold as Kaede moved her other hand along Luna’s waist and thrust again. Her mind wanting to get more wild, but still trying not to go crazy right away. Her mind thinking of so many things she wanted to do with her lover.

_____The word, while said in her mind caused Kaede to stop and become flustered. Yes she loved Luna, she was ok with Kaede and even more so willing to be close to Kaede. But at the same token, the word was not something Kaede used often to describe people that also fit those check marks. Moving her hand from Luna’s waist up and down her side to feel the soft fur as she still seemed to remain still. A soft smile before she spoke up.

”I’m going… to get a little rougher if that is ok… I want to make sure I thank you with everything I have for wanting to be close to someone like me… If you will let me…”

_____Kaede spoke softly as she rubbed one hand along Luna’s cheek. It seemed to be a key thing with Kaede to always ask for permission before doing something even if she already was given permission to do as she liked. But the way her hand seemed to tremble against Luna’s cheek also told there was a story behind why Kaede always made sure consent was given. Something, unknowingly they two had in common.
