Before Luna could even really comprehend what was happening, the entire world blurred into motion as Titanius, a monster beyond which she'd ever actually seen before appeared. She'd thought she'd been prepared for it but clearly, she wasn't even close to prepared. Even with her new gear, a staff that amplified her magical power beyond anything she'd ever been able to use before, she wasn't all that certain that she could even make a scratch on this thing.

Even so, she was determined to stick by @Lucia Mierz side no matter what, even if she couldn't really defend the woman all that well. What a time Savannah had picked to go offline and vanish!

She moved quickly, sticking as close to the necromancer as she could, weaving in and out of danger thanks to Acrobat. And then she got a clear shot at the eye of the beast, so she took it.

Violet, violently rippling energy swirled into life at the tip of her staff, tinted blood red by the ruby as Luna herself was engulfed in a crimson aura, crackling and rising like flames. It was beyond anything that she'd shown before, even to her 'disciple' @Portia Ahrens whom she'd seen here.

"It starts with a spark, a breath and a moment of still, A flicker, a glow, as the oxygen spills through a Delta of spindles and stone, Kindled from nothing in a whisper of smoke." She weaved her words, glaring, before a titanic beam of crimson and violet exploded out from the ruby of her staff.

She moved to the side when she saw the tip of the tentacles falling down right from above. She felt smug when she dodged the thing but that feelings quickly vanished when the swollen pustules began to pop and before she realized it, she was now covered in disgusting looking liquid.

Unfortunately for her, it was not just the feeling that was gross. It smelled 10 times bad and tasted 100 times worse. Yes, even taste. Somehow the purple eyed female ended up having a bit of that liquid touch her tongue. She honestly wanted to just vomit. She crouched onto the ground as she tried her best not to have everything in her stomach come right back out from where it went in. 'Suck it up. Suck it up. Reward yourself with some tasty curry after this is over' She told herself.

She got back up on her feet and held her sword weakly in her hands, the taste actually making her feel sick to the stomach. She went close to the walls and dug her weapon into the wall.

As Madison bounded around the dying tentacle, a second exploded from the tissue near her feet, and then a third, and a fourth.

The witch stopped dead in her tracks as the thick, slimy tendrils swept through the air, trying to latch onto her. She ducked one, hopped over another, and just barely dove out of the way of the last one.

Maddy hit the ground hard, her clenched fingers digging into the body of Titanius easier than she she would've liked. She could hear the squishy movements of the tentacles behind her, whipping around for another go at her. Pushing herself up to her feet, she ran as fast as she could, her boots sticking to the mucous lining the monster's insides with each step.

The familiar form of Lucia was nearby, accompanied by a couple other adventurers and one of her wraiths. Safety in numbers, the plague mage thought to herself bitterly as she drew closer to the group. Out of the corner of her eye, she could see that Portia had already made her way to the far corner of the.... could she really call it a chamber? It was the closest worst she could think of to describe it. Cavernous organ seemed wrong on more than one level.

If she could just get a bit closer, she could lend a helping hand to some of the others who were concentrating their strikes on an eye-looking feature inside the titan's body.

After being saved by an unknown man from the environment crumbling down around him upon their defeat of the spider quee the real fight had finally begun. The inside of Titanius was about as hazardous as he was expecting it to be, but the raid party was also managing to to hold their own so far against whatever the creature had thrown their way so Alric wasn't about to hesitate with joining the fray.

One point of interest that seemed to draw the attention of few players was the massive eye on the far side of the field. Getting there wasn't exactly easy though; not for a normie like him anyway. He couldn't fly or jump really high, but he could run at least and run he would even if it was through the corrosive pool that blocked guarded the organ. The date of the world depended on it!

_____With her ranged attack doing little Kaede decided maybe it would be wiser to stick to something more primitive. Cosmic form flickering as she rushed even closer to the eyeball. Hand reaching to her belt as she drew her dagger free and smiled lightly while her cosmic shell faded away. A quick glance over the eye before Kaede began stabbing the eyeball. Each stab was not exactly deep, but she matched that up with the small size of her dagger and kept attacking the weakest points she could see.

”Just… Freaking… DIE you stupid thing, i want to go drinking... in a tavern and pick up some girls... to have a wonderful night with... already!!”

_____Each pause spent stabbing the eye with her dagger as Kaede seemed fully focused to piss the creature off or kill it, mostly kill it though as she did not feel any reason to risk some of the girls present getting hurt. A momet her mind went dark as she considered what it might look like if the girls got wrapped in tentacle and she rescued them, before also remembering MALES would be caught and she would look bad if she only saved the girls. Grumbling as she stabbed the eyeball again.

Majolica was exhausted. She knew that the next attack was going to end her. After giving her speech, she decided to stand her ground. If she was going down, she'd do it next to her allies.

Hehe, but I can't leave the Witch Ops members alone!

Then suddenly she received a burst of healing from a conniving looking man (@Cain Darlite ). Majolica was just about to shout back at him that she wasn't giving up, when Janet threw her over her shoulder like first-responding rescuer. Thanks to Janet, Majolica had survived, though she was still very injured.

"Hehehe, you saved me! Thank you Janet! Hehe, I should be safe now and am recovering! Hehehe, go help the others! They'll need you. I'll be back as soon I can! Hehehe!"

It took Majolica longer than she would have liked to finishing healing and resting.

Hurry up, hehehe, they're waiting for me! Come on you stupid wounds, hehehe. Get better!

Finally, fully rested and patched up, Majolica charged into Titanus' body.

"Hehehe! Now you're in trouble you stupid monster! Hehehe!"

Reaching the other Witch Ops members, she dismounted her broom and readied her attack.

"Hehehe, sorry I'm late everyone. A little advice for after we kill this thing, hehe, invest in armor, hehehe. Now then! I'm focusing my attacks on the body! Hehehe, good work assisting each other! Now let's bring this monster down! Hehehehe, For the Witch Ops!"

I'm relying too much on my black magic, let's mix it up a bit! Hehehe, this will be fun!

    "One over festive times five!"

    Witch Clone

    Five Majolicas popped into existence.

"Hehehehe! Go Majolicas! Bring the monster down! Hehehe!"

The Majolica's nodded while giggling and took off in a dead sprint towards the gigantic pus tentacle. Smiling with excitement, Majolica held out her finger.

    "Hehehe, Broomstick! Go!"

Flying over the Majolica clones like a missile, the broomstick flew towards the tentacle. Nearing, the broomstick stopped. Charged with magic, it's bristles began to grow like hydra heads, into into spears points. Once they had formed, the bristles shout out like.

As it did, the Majolica clones arrived punching, kicking, and clawing at their target. One of the clones got a little too close to the acid. Taking damage, it exploded into damaging shadows with a cackle. The other Majolicas continued their assault.

Alright. He could do this. He could totally do this.

Aristides might have been absolutely new to TerraSphere and know next to nothing about, well, anything lore-wise, but what he did know was how to run towards the big bad thing instead of away from it. That was the whole purpose of this little venture. Dive right into the maw of the beast, hit it until it stops moving, and then reap some assumed benefits that would come from it. Just like any other game! Except other games didn't hurt like this one did. He was unfortunately reminded of this fact as he sprinted out from the entry of Titanius' maw, towards where the giant glowing eye was, and felt the unfamiliar sting of acid boiling into his skin. It made his eyes water and his teeth clench, canines grinding together like stones, but he managed to keep a quick pace and keep moving through the pain.

Once he was through it he was almost in reach of the eye--almost, but not quite. Good thing there was a wall right there, pulsating with lovely, fleshy goodness for him to slam his fist into.

    -Moving from Z4 to Z2.
-10 damage from falling Gargantuan Pus Tentacle.

    She couldn’t breathe.

Every gasp hurt, every intake of breath felt like a mouthful of vomit. That may have been the case since she’d spent the last five minutes puking up her god damned soul. In truth she knew it was the pus that had just exploded all over everyone attacking the offending tentacle. It fell hard, knocking Rellan to the horrible, horrible ground. The pus was ever-goddamn-where and when it felt like she had nothing left to give her stomach would lurch again and bile would spew out. The martial artist felt like she’d never be clean ever again.

The tentacle was down but not out, still oozing out puss and whatever other disgusting substance it held in its body. Rellan stumbled up to her feet and half ran half stumbled away from the offending appendage, her eyes watering from the strong stench that seemed almost like a physical blow to the very core of your being. She collapsed and began coughing, which led to more vomiting. Could it even be called that, seeing as how she had nothing substantial left to vomit? Rellan didn’t fall to the ground this time however, opting to put her hands on her knees and take a small breather. Which would be so much better if breathing felt like a goddamned chore.

The adventurers around her were holding their own and Rellan couldn’t help but be in awe. They seemed to be working well together, though she wasn’t a good judge of such thing. All she knew was that they were faring a whole lot better than she was, and they probably wouldn’t end up stinking for the rest of their lives. Still, her shaky legs and aching stomach wouldn’t let her move much further at the moment, so she instead looked to the eye she would be punching the ever living shit out of, just as soon as she caught her breath.

Rudiford continued his rampage, working with the other people in his zone,
@Iván Carl @Haru @Darko Ljubicic @Yule @Janet Reilly @Luca Siebrandt @Ceres to bring Titanius' creepy organs(?) down. Once he got bored of the hack and slash approach, he wiped his brows before turning to the rest of the group.

Alright boys and girls, we should probably stick together and move as a unit toward the eye. If we stuck together, we're more likely to survive together since we can cover for each other and all that.

Let's go beat up this nasty Lovecraftian asshole!

Before he went back to hacking Titanius' flesh, he searched for @Ilusa Nakhalee and waved at her. Since the zones were rather large, he couldn't exactly speak to her over the sound of battle going on around them. Instead, he opened his UI panel and sent her a message instead. Thankfully, he remembered her name from when Astor contracted him to protect her.

"Ooooohhhhh, bird of the demonic contracts! Right. You were the person of cards. Hello again."

Celly casually looked away from the primary group as a large series of squishy, nasty sounds (probably accompanied by some vulgar sights) erupted from that area. Just keep talking and pretend you're in like... candy land or something.

"Oh, magic of the Astrals? Neat!" Cel awkwardly and cautiously extended her foot to poke one of the highlighted tentacles, only barely managing to retract in time to confirm it did, in fact, intend to grab her. "Okay then! I will do you the showing of the Airy magics then!"

Electricity sparked through Cel's arms to her hands, where an unstable orb of energy began to form. Once it'd grown to a good, dangerous size, Celly caught sight of one of the lady's suggested targets on the 'wall,' and shot the electro-orb forward, where it impacted in a flurry of sparks.

"Mm, mostly it is just the zaps. I do the zaps a liking more than the airs."

With the special combination attack : Witch Ops Special Disruption Strike they have successfully delayed the attack of the gargantuan tentacle, but instead the monstrosity fell on them, injuring most people on its path. Corvella was one of those who weren't able to avoid the damage, resulting in her getting hit by the pus explosion. She noticed that the tentacle is still moving and posing a threat.

Good job everyone! It's still moving though, now we just need to disable it for the rest of the fight....

Then the light of a fireball illuminated the fight, hitting the tentacle and caused a massive explosion that rippled through the air, severely burned and disabled the gargantuan tentacle less than a second. What was that? A grand magic? But she thought there wasn't any of them in this battle who could have used a fire magic to that extent.

The knight looked around, spotting the light man that could have fired that blast, still with his hand smoking from the magic. He quickly turned around as if he already decided that the massive tentacle wasn't worth his time anymore. Corvella didn't seem to recognize him. Is he a new player? No, that couldn't be. Either he was a powerful sorcerer assisting them in the world-threatening battle, or he was a really powerful, solo player that came out from his seclusion because of Titanius. That must be it!

The tentacle being a threat no more, Corvella decided to approach the grand magus. She jumped through the acid pool upon Titanius' body with her acrobatics, but it sprayed on her armor on the worst timing possible. It's lucky that she could avoid worse damage, though. The long-haired mage, having turned his back and apparently need recharging after doing such grand magic was prone to attack and so Corvella assisted @Raid. She closed the distance between them to guard him from any attack that might be coming. He is a very big asset in this battle, and might be the only chance they could win against Titanius, proven by the earlier fireball (Or so she imagined).

Excuse me, let me lend my aid. I can't risk you being attacked, we need your magic to win this battle!

So the first attack hadn’t done much, it would seem, as the eye didn’t even blink from the electrical shock. However, just as always, Yukisa kept a positive attitude and was determined to keep going until the fight was over.

He glanced around, checking to see what the current situation was like. His eyes widened in shock as he watched a person, who was clearly inexperienced, somehow manage to land a blow so powerful onto the incapacitated tentacle that it burst in a disgusting yet glorious spurt of pus.

“Woah…” he muttered, dumbstruck by the fact a mere newbie could manage to single handedly annihilate a 500HP tentacle.

Yuki quickly shook his head. There was no time to admire the person’s actions. Since it seemed that everyone was safe and he didn’t have to worry, he turned back towards the eye. This time for sure he’d do it right.

    Or so he hoped.

Taking another deep breath, he decided to attempt a different approach. A more focused attack, if you will. He put his hands close together, electricity rippling between his fingers like they were tesla coils. The charge gradually became more significant, until the air around was filled with a buzz.

When it was enough, he put his hands forth, and a lightning bolt shot out, zooming towards the eye… and unfortunately, not quite landing. It hit the eye, yes, but by the time it landed, the bolt seemed to grow far weaker than it was when it left Yuki’s hands.

“Ugh…” he sighed, slightly down after two mediocre attempts at attacks. And when his eyes drifted sideways towards his old friend, he didn’t feel much better. Not because she was doing poorly, but rather because thinking about how they used to work together to defeat monsters pained him.

Even though he should be focusing on the battle, the boy’s head began to fill with questions. Why did she reject him when he asked to talk? Why did she brush past him when they were back by the lake? Did she… not want them to go back to the way they were?

His heart wrenched as those thoughts plagued him.

In the midst of battle, she heard a familiar voice calling out to her. Her first attack had proved her theory right, and as soon as it collided against her target, more and more and adventurers ran to the very same zone she was standing in, joining in the assault to the creature's weak spot.

@Kingoda Hyunivas, the owner of that voice she had heard from earlier, now stood at her side and threw an attack of his own in response to the strategy a few players had put together. ''No more slashing, I take it?'' It could be said that, at the very least, she was glad to be assisted by a familiar face she hadn't heard anything from ever since their first adventure on Brisshal. Maybe the two had grown far more than what they actually cared to show each other.

''Now keep hitting it and don't just stand around!'' Her words were faithfully followed by a smile of hers, but the same smile plastered across her pale features was wiped by the visage of silver hair and another familiar face she managed to spy out of the corner of her vision, causing her steps to come to a halt and analyze her choices.

''... Fucking hell,'' she spat in clear annoyance. Not at him, no, never at @Yukisa, but the fact that he would willingly put himself in harm's way. Maybe he had done it on purpose? Maybe he saw her charging against the eye and decided to join the fray in another attempt to mend their broken friendship.

Whatever the motive, she was now more determined than ever to hit Titanius' weak point with all she had. Making strange shapes in the air with a flourish of her hands, she began collecting the essence that weaved itself onto her feelings, draining her anger into something else she had never tasted before. Something dangerous. And something that began to drain her, too. Try as she might, though, she couldn't shake the feeling off until it was released, worry clear in her eyes as she slammed her opened palms against the ground and spikes began to burst from all around her, some hitting her objective while others did not.

This energy was out of control, and as soon as the spell was finished, she stumbled back, landing on her rear with the air sucked out from her lungs.

Even as she dispelled some of that odd ailment, she was struck again by the place she was in. The wiggling, slithering mass under her feet. The numerous eyes were everywhere. Their size varying, moving, blinking staring at her, at other.

The far seen ‘walls’ were likewise moving, pulsing. And everywhere were variously sized and shaped cephalopod limbs moving, swishing, wiggling.

The floor itself was moving, pulsing and it took some skill to not fall down, it was as if she was on boat, yet not. The thick disgusting smell, foams from acid were scrapping her nose and throat, though it did not deal any damage. Yet. Though the scent was rather nauseating.

As everyone scrambled, attacked or otherwise acted, Ilusa simply was looking around and taking the chance to gather some of the spent energy back. As the bar was filling, she saw people hacking, attacking… Saw them moving…

Then one of the larger, suspiciously looking cephalopod limb that was leaking puss fell.

“Ah!” And it was a huge thing now that it was falling down and she had to scramble to avoid it. And as she did she also saw it explode elsewhere, leaking puss everywhere.

    The scent got even worse.

Keeping eye at the bodyguard, she did see him looking around and when spotting her, waving at her. She slightly waved back.

Then her eyes noticed the notification on the HUD, a message was sent to her. She opened it. “Oh.” It did feel nice to be mentioned as veteran healer. In the end despite her break in the game she was one. Additionally she was planning on keeping close to the @Rudiford Gwyndel, the bodyguard.

    Okay, I’ll join you.

She hit the send button and then started the arduous moving from her area to his. The huge fallen cephalopod limb (and she was calling it in her mind like that on purpose) made it bit hard, but with her skill in Acrobatics it was not that hard to weave around it, jump over its smaller parts or stay standing when the ground was moving or something slippery moved over it.

She could have made it faster, but she wanted to have it be a slow movement in order to have her energy bar fill up.

In the end she reached nearby to the knight and thus she asked. “Who is part of this unit?” Because she needed to know on healing whom she should focus.

Seeing that there was still plenty of miasma left Vina poured some more energy into cleansing Haru, not able to completely dispel it but at least bringing it back down to a level where the man wouldn't collapse from mental exhaustion or stress.

    Are you all right?

She yelled, at the same time looking around to see if others were also in need of cleansing or healing. They'd had plenty of time to recover after that museum, but they hadn't been able to properly get rid of the miasma that had accumulated and Vina saw that even as they fought the large grotesque monster the Dissonance was already beginning to thicken. Her amulet was pretty much worthless at this point as it just told her there was Dissonance everywhere, so the Felis tried to ignore it as she instead tried to do something about the quality of the air.

With Fjær's help she managed to conjure a minor gust which at least allowed them to breathe without choking on the rotting smell, although it wouldn't last very long and it wouldn't get rid of the actual issues. The white-haired Felis wasn't eager to step forward into the chamber, instead staying at the edge as she kept a careful eye out. Although seeing the large tentacle now dead and relatively safe to approach she at least went close enough to study it, not sure what she was looking for and suppressing the part of her that just wanted to yell in disgust.
