I have a question for you all. Got any rumors that would be interesting to look into within the game world? As much as I enjoy wandering around and stumbling into things of varying consequence, something beneficial to do with my time would be a better course of action.

I have heard of a few taverns and hotspring that might be pretty fun if you're into slow stuff like that. I won't even charge you for this tip.

I doubt I'd be paying you for that information regardless. Don't suppose there's anything special about these places you know about? Better if someone found the truth now that can prepare for external circumstances than having some poor bastard wander into a random trap.

Well, I mean I could be a player killer, camping people at these places, you know. But if I was, why the hell would I announce it in world chat?

Also, to answer your question, no, there is nothing spectacular about them.

I have heard of another place where a treasure chest has spawned, however.

If you were a player killer I would've been more than happy to capture a screenshot and post it up so everyone knows to avoid you like the plague.

Regardless, I suppose I'll just mark those areas down if I have free time since there is nothing of importance there at the moment. As for that treasure chest spawn, why is that one in particular of note? Some powerful mob guarding it?

Yeah, like a full on Japanese-style hot spring on top of the mountain way out in the middle of nowhere.

I thought it was strange at first, considering that the game is like overwhelmingly European medieval fantasy? I thought it was some kind of Easter Egg or something.

Are you interesting in finding where it is? I can guide you when I have some free time. Not super confident about being able to find my way back though.

The last treasure chest I opened had a huge troop of Gnolls patrolling it. And you know what I got? some torch... I don't even use that level of crap gear anymore.

Attention all players in Adecus Forest:

Something suspicious is going on in Falderen. The elves claim they are fleeing from demons and that the nation has barred their peaceful entry. Evidence to support this can be seen by the recent bounty posted by the kingdom in which their members were persecuted without any room for negotiation. As such, [YULAN], [VALOR], and [COVEN] have agreed to enter an alliance to grant them a safe haven.

Halt all exchange of siege weapons and help us claim the castle. There's no point in slaughtering refugees if the king of Falderen won't give us a proper answer. We can figure out things later with expeditions to the north and diplomatic communication with the kingdom. As for now, we should seek to resolve things as peacefully as possible.

As Jack has stated; word has it yall are fucking fighting one another. For what...two sides obviously wrong. Why should we die for the selfish npc king? We remove him, take over and form an alliance with each other. In doing so, we show good faith and prepare for the real enemy. Demons from the north. Think about it, more or less shit's gone to hell, we can't save the city, we have too much to lose by supporting a king in the wrong; so we will take it over. Reestablish its government and ally the elves.

The enemy of my enemy is my friend if we are struggling to fight these folks, imagine those they are running for. This is not the time for war, but an alliance. We are trying to work thing out for us, I know some of you may have seen this head of time, this is not the time for I told you so because you still neglected to understand both sides are wrong; attacking us for any reason is not the diplomatic way; we are taking this path now. So let us save as many as we can on both sides; death is not needed when our blood will only strengthen those demons further. More updates as they come, work together please.

After reading these messages I have opted to hold off the emergency supply run. My messages will be short, as I will likely be distracted by trying to convince them to instead give the supplies to the siege instead of Falderen.

If not, consider this your definitive warning. [COVEN] has aligned ourselves with [YULAN] and [VALOR] to oppose the Falderen royal family for their crimes against the Yladian. I will not tire you with unnecessary details. Others messages should have those trivial aspects covered. Stay out of our way or you will die. That is very simple yes?
