  1. It is not often that anyone in their quest for satisfaction ever finds it -- though the reason for this seems to elude the common man. Shintai, however, was farther than any other man (or at this point -- boy) from discovering the secret to self-satisfaction. Shintai logged into Terrasphere, practically traumatized by his first time online -- and look around Brisshal. It truly was a sight to take in -- the lack of magical girls certainly did make for a change of scenery, but it is far from the truth to say he preferred the old way of life. Shintai observed his spell, conjure dirt. He now knew the methodology by which the spell was cast -- the arm was moved in a quarter circle forward motion, and then thrust forward in a similar fashion to a punch. Shintai looked down between his large feet, admiring the masculine features that he had granted Bjorn (though they may be deeper comments on his insecurity, hint hint.) and smiled. Shintai looked back up, taking in the ironically fresh air and smiling "Well...It's a big world out there, but there's no reason to sit around and be afraid of trying new things, huh?". Shintai moved toward the forest -- filled with childish motivation.

Shintai felt the crunch of leaves beneath his feet, the feeling of virtual wind across his cheeks -- the uncomfortable feeling of small insects landing upon his body. Shintai looked left and right, observing the environment around him and continuing to jog. It is quite important now to mention the emotion flowing through the reclusive NEET's heart at this time -- going from a man who never leaves the house to one bounding through the forest, feeling, for once in their life, strong. Shintai stopped, looking out upon a lake tinted green by the leaves above it -- lit up by a hopeful ray of sunshine. Shintai looked left, then right, and discovered a familiar creature in his vicinity. A slime had graced him with its presence.

Shintai turned toward the slime, letting out a grin -- He had played many games before -- mastered the skill of magical girl (or boy) combat -- he was prepared.

    He wasn't prepared.

Shintai dashed toward the slime, leaping and slamming down his fist, The slime, in response -- took that shit like a god. Shintai felt his arm, now burning with what seemed to a be a strong acid -- similar to just dipping his hand into hydrochloric acid, and leaped back. Yelling and grabbing his arm. "Oh my god! It burns! It burns!" Shintai yelled out, slowly growing more accustomed to the fact that he experienced actual pain in game now, and ran toward the lake, shoving his arm deep into the water and rubbing them -- attempting to neutralize the acid.

Shintai turned toward the slime -- now hopping toward him with reckless abandon -- and felt true fear. What do I do?! What do I do now!? Shintai thought, shuffling backwards, ass on the ground. Shintai thought long and hard, and at last a lightbulb turned on in his pitiful head. I know what Every Strength would do from My Heroine School! Shintai said, standing up. Shintai opened up his menu, keeping track of the slimes position -- and looked at his spell list.

    Fling Pebble: ↓→↑← Punch
Shintai realized now what to do, and moved his hand in a circular motion, then threw his fist forward. From the ground below him a pebble shot forth -- slamming into the green slime and tearing it.

Then Shintai frowned -- for it only did about a 10th of their life.

  2. Jenny bell spawned into the world which was new to him. Spending some time in character creation to make this super cute feminine boy. He pressed approved and found himself at the scene unfolding in front of him. A tall strong man attacking a strange slime.

"Don't worry strange blonde big fellow jenny bell is here to help"

His deep voice blaring as he charged forward.

Jenny bell wasn't sure were the combat began or when it finished. He started running only to fall on his face and got dirty. His outfit which was a starting one was covered in grass and dirt. Dusting himself as he had and started his run again but made sure his footing was right. Trying to pull off some cool kung fu movie stuff before he realized he wasn't sure what he was going to do.

Jumping into the air with a battle cry before over calculating the jump and going right over him and the slime.

"Alright...this was going to harder than he thought"

  3. Within the game, Suel-gi took it upon-self to venture in the shoes of Ms. Magpie: One part witch, one part vagabond. Being Yladian, the forest was her home. She spent most of her time drifting, and occasionally falling asleep in the tall grass, or worse yet, on a pile of jagged rocks. Despite the amount of strife she had suffered upon until this point, she hadn't actually suffered any consequences for her poor sleeping habits.

Having gone about her day in the food service industry, she decided to pick up where she had haphazardly left off. Returning to Terrasphere, Ms. Magpie was quickly overcome by the disorientating blare of warped, reflected sunlight. Having only been opened for a blink, her eyes were forced shut once again. No matter how tightly she clenched her eyelids, a beam of light found its way through the cracks. She was able to note that it was moving far faster than grand celestial bodies usually moved. Instead of facing her problems, she simply turned away--flipping herself to two blaring halos of light.

Trumpeting around here, as she lay hidden in the grass, were the unmistakable cries of low-level battle. If anything, that helped ease her mind. If there had been something about, these other adventurers had it dealt with, if not, she was dead anyway. For once, none of Ms. Magpie's illusions or hexes were needed, when they weren't usually expressly needed anyway.

Sooner or later, she was going to have to push herself off the damp ground, moving lights be damned. The day before had been filled to the brim with spell casts, hexes, and traumatic events, she felt like she deserved a few more moments of rest, no matter how meager. During this groggy state, she failed to notice the weight pressing down upon her jaw. Her peculiar choice of pillow was stuck to the side of her face--burning away. Snapping to attention, her eyes creaked open. The realization hit her rather starkly; she was surrounded.

As if having fallen asleep amidst the clammy grass wasn't unfortunate enough, she had just been awoken by the squiggly clamor of slimes. Not one of these dripping carnivores had been there when she laid her head down on that particularly soft, moist mass that now traveled along to the top of her head. Taking a deep, meditative sigh, the witch took a swing at steeling herself against the crippling discombobulation that came with waking up between two hapless hunters and their brainless quarry.

Easing her head up, slime still clinging to cheek, she tried to get a lay of just how bad her luck was. Immediately, she was greeted by a swift thwack to the back of her head. Her astute research had shown slimes were capable of all manner of violence, but complex areal maneuvers were out of the question. Perplexed and nearly concussed, she fell forward, where she wistfully returned to her state of hazy daze.

Once again, she attempted to physically orient herself properly. Pushing herself up from the grass, slime stubbornly attached, her eyes met with her assailant. Her heart shrieked upon having to face that her problems had escalated far past slimes. Not once distracted by the constant purring of the slime resting on her bleeding head, she took the time to rise all the way up to her feet. It took some time for her stand straight, where she was left towering over the vicious Jenny Bell, and even the more stocky colossus. Her eyes were fixed into a monstrous glare, all the way down at terrible twerp. In a reoccurring nightmare, she was yet again being tormented by a Fearin.

Yet that imp wasn't alone. Turning her gaze behind her, she brought her chilly blue eyes upwards enough to meet with the questionable colossus, "What seems to be the problem here?"
