  1. Astral Magic

    Astral Eye

    img(Astral Magic: Utility/Buff) A spectral purple eye opens out of the fabric of reality directly above Daedalus’ head, following him wherever he goes. The eye is connected to his senses, thus allowing him to see with it as well as his own two eyes. The Astral Eye’s vision adds an extra layer to Daedalus’ vision; he can see through low-level disguises and glamour tricks as well as objects magically concealed with weaker spells.

    Incantation: "Open, Astral Eye!"

    Scry Fate

    img(Astral Magic: Utility) A pale blue orb appears in front of Daedalus, and allows him to briefly see the fate of a person, object or location after a certain choice is made. Once that vision has been seen, the orb winks out of existence. There is no precise way to tell how the choice will cause said vision will occur; the spell simply shows things as they will be.

    Incantation: "Every choice is another open door! Scry Fate!"

    Cosmic Crossroads

    img(Astral Magic: Utility) When Daedalus is at a loss of options and responses to a situation, he can evoke this spell to aid him. Cosmic Crossroads provides a monochrome overlay to the world Daedalus perceives, with white arrows detailing potential courses of action that may not be immediately obvious to him at the time.

    Incantation: "I'm not sure what I should do now...help me, Cosmic Crossroads!"

    Analyse Enemy

    img(Tinkering: Area of Effect; Buff) Daedalus uses his tinkerer's sharp eye to quickly analyse the stance, physique and equipment of a single enemy, exposing potential weaknesses and relaying this information to all allies within earshot, giving them a one-round damage buff against the analysed enemy.

    Incantation: "I can see right through your moves! Analyse Enemy!"

    Anklebiter

    img (Tinkering: Trap/Debuff) Daedalus tosses out a set of three modified mantraps, all designed with the express purpose of snapping together with brutal force when stepped on. Crushing the ankle bones of its victim to reduce their flexibility and movement speed drastically, the trap does near-negligible damage and is mainly used to impede and halt enemies.

    Incantation: "I'll stop you right there! Anklebiters, go!"

    Panacea


    img (Tinkering: Healing Over Time) Daedalus brews a healing salve in the midst of combat using alchemical reagents on hand and lobs it at an ally, coating them in a sticky solution of healing balm that is absorbed nearly instantly into their body, healing any non-immediately lethal open and internal wounds and weak poisons over a short period of time.

    Incantation: “Here, this’ll help! Go...Panacea!”

    Giga Gear Grind


    img (Tinkering: Area of Effect; Requires use of at least one Astral and one Spirit Skill before attack) The air in front of Daedalus fills with spinning, ethereal cogs, big and small, a small-scale manifestation of the very machinations of fate and the universe. When Daedalus completes the incantation, the gears lock for a second, then begin grinding and mashing violently at lethal speeds for half a minute before fading into nothingness.

    Incantation: “Spirits and fate, align...fabric of all existence, collide! GIGA GEAR GRIND!

  3. Spirit Magic

    Lesser Commune


    img (Spirit Magic: Utility) Daedalus calls forth from the spirit world a weak spirit from the immediate vicinity to commune with and obtain information from. The spirit may or may not choose to answer Daedalus’ questions and/or demands, and may attempt to attack or hinder him if somehow provoked unreasonably.

    Incantation: “Unrestful souls, come forth and answer my call! Lesser Commune!”

    Screamer


    img (Spirit Magic: Debuff) Daedalus summons a wrathful spectre from the underworld and commands it to unleash a piercing scream at a group of enemies, stunning them with sheer terror. The stun duration will vary depending on the strength of the enemies affected; enemies that cannot feel emotion (constructs, undead, etc) will be immune to this.

    Incantation: “Hear the lament of a thousand tortured souls! Screamer!”

    Marked For Death


    img (Spirit Magic: Debuff; Cannot be cast when health is above 50%) A skill that Daedalus only uses when he REALLY wants to see someone six feet under, Marked For Death summons a rather infamous hooded figure with a scythe from the underworld to stalk the spell's target...the Grim Reaper itself. For the next three rounds, all damage done against the target is doubled and all pain is felt far more acutely as the shadow of death hangs heavy over them, ready to reap, a presence that all in the casting vicinity can physically feel.

    Incantation: “Give up all hope of survival, adversary...for you've been Marked For Death.”
