  1. To add to the weird and creepy factor. The three Majolicas began to talk in unison synchronizing their speech, stances, and movements.

"Hehehehe, still calling yourself a king, huh? Hehe, well I guess you're the type that doesn't understand until you see things first hand. Hehehehe, but you should realize, King Goblin, hehehe that nothing you say actually matters! You don't have the power to contend with the Grand Witch, hehehehe! But, squashing dummy little Goblin Kings is boring, so I'll do this. Hehehehe, I'll let you build your kingdom. Build it big and tall! With banners flying and lots of people praising their goodly Elf King, hehehe."

One of the Majolicas stepped forward for dramatic effect.

Then, when you've forgotten all about me... hehehe... which will be impossible because I'll probably already rule the entire world by then, hehehe, and you'll probably have already sworn to be my servant! Hehehe, but if that hasn't happened yet... I'll come back, hehehe, and I'll curse your entire kingdom!"

    Another Majolica stepped forward.

"But I'm not a villain! Hehe, I'm a dark hero so here's the deal! Hehehe, I'll put in a way to break the curse! Hehehe, but you'll be the only one that can go on the quest to break it. Hehehe, it will be a very difficult quest that will challenge you in body, mind, hehehe, and spirit. If you finish the quest, hehehe, I'll let you keep your kingdom! If you don't, hehehe, your kingdom will fall into ruin as long as you remain king! Hehehehe!"

    The last Majolica stepped forward.

"Hehehe, so put your little stick away would-be king. Hehehe, or should I say, dirty stinky poopy Goblin King?! If we actually fought, hehehe, you'd be no match for my powers. I could turn the whole area into a black smudge on the map if I wanted, hehehehe, but then all of my delicious giant mushrooms would be gone, and that's not fun. Hehehe, but you can pretend you own the land as much as you want. Hehehe, I'll come and go as I please! No force you build can keep a Grand Witch out of somewhere she wants to go! Hehehehe! And there's nothing you can do to stop me either!"

The first Majolica stepped up again.

"Hehehe, you know what. Before we do the Questing Curse, hehehe, I think we should teach this little poopy elf Goblin King some manners! Hehehe, I think we should teach him some respect! Hehehehe."

The other two Majolica's chime in.

"Hehehehe, we agree. But remember, this is only a tiny tiny bit of our power..."

The first Majolica spoke up again.

"Hehehe, we're just toying with you... hehehe, because that's all you are to us stinky little Goblin King, hehehe, a toy..."

Then in unison, all three Majolicas snapped and poof! In three little clouds of glittering purple smoke they were gone without a trace. At first, it seemed as though everything was now back to normal... but then a strange wind began to blow. As the wind blows through the camp, the fire suddenly begins to die down to only a flicker. After a second, it goes out completely leaving only the light of the moon and stars. If you listen closely, you can hear a whispering voice on the wind. The voice slithers through the camp like a snake, winding in and out of everyone's ear.

"Everything you build, every piece of your kingdom will slowly take on my aesthetic... hehehe, your buildings will be purple, your walls will carry my witch hat insignia. Hehehe, if you paint over it, the paint will chip. If you hide the sign, it will appear somewhere else! Hehehe, everything will look like me, that way you'll always remember who truly controls these lands! Hehehehe... Gibbity Goobty You... it all belongs to you. Gibbity Gibbity Gee... hehehe, but it all looks like me..."

    skill
    Claiming Curse

"Hehehe... if you want to lift the curse, hehehe, you'll have to find someone as powerful as I am in black magic. Hehehe, best start searching... we'll meet again when your kingdom's built, if not sooner. Hehehehe, poopy Goblin King."

After leaving, the campfire sparked back up. The voice was gone.

  2. "HEY! IS THERE ANYONE OVER THERE! WHY DO YOU KEEP TURNING ON AND OFF THE DAMN LIGHTS!"

Nagini had received a message from some Elven King guy or something about building up a kingdom. She didn't care about that, but kings typically have a lot of money, which means they can pay well and when you're a mercenary assassin, payment is always the goal.

Coming upon the campfire, Nagini saw the ragtag group of elves.

"Oh, more elves. Well, whatever. Are you guys here because of the Elf King message? It's not just some crazy guy that all of a sudden decided he was the king right? I might be really pissed if that's the case. I'm a lady boss after all, I have an assassin business to run. Besides, I don't really care about kings and I'm sure as hell not bending a knee, but as an assassin for hire I can offer my services. I don't just kill people ya know. Espionage, and stuff like that. I'm good at all that stuff. Can even make bombs. Specialty's poison though. Wait, why am I telling all of you this? I don't even care what you clowns think. So where's the kingdom, and castle, and all that? By the way, one of you bastards tries to edge in on my assassin business and they're getting a face full of poison. Sweet sweet murdering poison."

Nagini looked around the campfire and scowled.

"I"m Nagini. You should remember that name if you want someone killed. I only kill women and children though...."

    Nagini waited for a beat.

"Just kidding. Only men and women. Women are fine by the way. I'm a feminist so we gotta have equality..."

  3. The childish ramblings of the three obviously insane witches was beginning to wear thin on Galadions nerves, what exactly was wrong in their heads that they were incapable like a normal sane individual. I mean really who in their right mind continuously calls someone a goblin king especially when they were clearly not a goblin, or if it wasn't the goblin king that they were calling him it was the king of stinky poops. At first it was slightly funny but now he was seriously beginning to wonder if that player behind the character wasn't actually touched in the head.

His lips parted slightly and a soft growl escaped his lips when her insane ramblings took a turn away from mindless nonsense towards threats now, she had just not threatened to lay a curse on his entire kingdom. He honestly didn't know if she had enough power to curse a kingdom but the fact that she felt secure enough in her position to place a threat in there with her ramblings really irritated him to no ends. But as soon as the threat was made it was immediately retracted which further added to the appearance that the 'Grand Witch' was truly insane, she couldn't even commit to a threat that she had literally just made.

There it was again the insane witch had called herself a 'dark hero' multiple times now, what in the name of the gods was a dark hero? Was it like a anti-hero from the comic books in the real world, a hero who was perfectly willing to use the tactics of a villain to accomplish their goal? Was she trying to tell him that she thought that no matter what she did that the means justified the ends? It really was hard to understand the mind of an insane individual and it was beginning to hurt his head just trying.

And now here she was monologing as if she was the villain from a cheesy 1980's movie who laid out their entire plan to the hero just moments before their defeat. A way to break the curse, why would she even give him this information it honestly made no sense to him. Ah but wait what if she was lying to him, trying to get him to go on this quest to look for the supposed way to lift the curse only to move in and conquer his kingdom in his absence? If that was her plan then it truly wasn't that bad of an idea, maybe this who insane aura that she was putting off was nothing more than an act to distract him into letting his guard down so that he would be more easily to manipulate.

But then again she could truly just be insane, gaaah and here he was so deep in thought that he was giving himself a headache. Maybe she was trying to get him to overthink everything so deeply that he did all the work for her and defeated himself which at this point seemed like a very likely outcome. However this 'Grand Witch' had made something very clear to Galadion, he was truly lacking in power, his magic was on the rise and would soon be strong enough to be able to defend against an assault from any melee force but he had no magical defense what so ever and this needed to change and soon.

She had even given her curse a name, the Questing Curse, what kind of on the nose childish name was that? Ugh he really had to stop trying to understand this woman, it was clear that no matter how hard he tried he just wasn't going to be able to. And that was when she did it, Galadion could feel the mana being released as the witch let loose her curse. His mind ran rampant with all the terrible things that it would unleash upon the foundation that he would build his kingdom but purple buildings and witch hat sigils, this woman truly was a child. And just like that, after releasing her truly un-terrible curse the witch was gone, finally.

"Well now it looks like we just have to find a way to break this utterly ridiculous curse", Galadions attention was then ripped off into the distance when another individual made their appearance, this one was claiming to be a renowned assassin. Great he could always make use of one of those if it was true but her personality was almost as off putting as the witches had been. Slowly Galadion made his way over and looked at the newcomer "Hello, I am Galadion and I am the new King of Yladia. There are no castles and peoples, it is just us and we will build a new elven civilization starting right here", he used his right hand and pointed down at the ground to where he was standing "Can we count on your assistance?"

  4. Nagini looked the "King" up and down, then glanced around at the others sitting around the fire or sleeping.

"Wow, no castles, huh? What about gold? You got that? You have to have some type of funding right? You can't honestly think of calling yourself a king without any cash right? Please tell me you're not that big of an idiot... I came along way for this."

Nagini scratched her head in annoyed thought.

NOOOOOOO! HE'S A POOR LUNATIC! WHY! WHY DO YOU DO THIS TO ME GOD! WHY! I'M JUST AN HONEST PERSON TRYING TO EARN THEIR KEEP BY KILLING OTHERS AND TAKING THEIR THINGS! THAT'S FINE ISN'T IT? Well, it's probably not fine but it works. Maybe this guy is like a fixer upper king? Like, he's not much of a king now but later he'll be rich and find some treasure or something and then he'll owe me lots of money. And if he doesn't pay me, I'll just assassinate his ass then take everything for myself! Okay, that'll work.

"Okay, here's the deal. First off, no. You can't just 'count' on my assistance. But, you can hire me. Since you're planning on being nobility, I'll make you a deal. You don't have to pay now. BUT! And this is a big 'but' pal, when you do build up your kingdom and have castles and all of that crap, I'm going to bill you for my services. It wont' be a small bill either! But that shouldn't matter at that point because you'll have a royal treasury and whatever the hell. So, that's my deal. Also, here's my list of conditions:

    1. You can't order me around. You can tell me what you need done, and I'll agree to take the job or not. Every job I undertake will cost you though and I don't do anything for free. Think of this as me investing in you, and I'll tell you right now, you better be a god damn winning horse.

    2. I'm just going to call you your actual name. You're not a king until you have a castle, subjects, and most importantly money. You don't have enough of any of those things to be a king, so I'm not calling you that. Also, since I'm getting in early on this deal, even if you do become a king, I'm just calling you your actual name.

    3. You have to provide food and shelter. I think that's the bare minimum for a ruling party.

Well, do you agree? Or am I walking home super pissed while planning your demise the whole way?"

  5. A small sigh escaped Galadions lips as he looked at the female assassin before him, he knew what was running through her head it was the same thing that went through everyone's head when he told them that he was a King. They all thought that he was a mad lunatic or just some idiot that was running around and making claims at royalty without anything to back it up, which at the current moment they were right on that count it really was just a claim at this time. However he stood there and listened to the woman's conditions and nodded his head ever so slightly "Your conditions are acceptable, I am happy to have you in my employ"

Turning away from her Galadion strode forward slightly and motioned towards the fire "You are welcome to warm yourself by the fire if you want, its going to be a long night tonight.", with that Galadion strode away from everyone his hands folded together behind his back. He had a lot of things that he needed to consider at the moment, not the least of which was how was he going to undo this ridiculous curse that that stupid witch had placed on them. To break the curse he was going to need someone who matched the witches power in Black Magic or find someone with a master Spellbane mastery, at the very least he needed to find a cleric with a master White Magic mastery none of which were going to be very easy to come by.

He had heard of a rather famous player in this world known as Lucia, she was supposed to be one of the most powerful black magic users in the entire world so surely she would be able to break this damned curse. It wasn't like the curse was exactly hurting anyone but if it was left unbroken then his kingdom would forever be a joke and that was something that he refused to allow to happen. All of this irritated him greatly, wasn't the fact that he had to take the entire country of Yladia back from the demonic forces that currently owned it bad enough? But no apparently the gods wanted to add to his trouble and add the plague that took the form of Majolica upon him, but of course that would be his luck.

Turning back Galadion looked at everyone that had gathered in the clearing, they had all come because he had promised them a great kingdom made up entirely of elves a promise that was beginning to look rather hard to live up to. Slowly he made his way back to the campfire and lowered himself to sit on the ground in-front of it before looking over at Nagini "Have you ever heard of someone named Lucia Mierz?"

  6. The pinkette elf had seen the message from her friend Galadion and proceeded to meet up at the meeting place. It seemed he took his role as King very seriously. Sending out a message like a royal decree. Asking other Yladia to join him on his quest of rebuilding a kingdom. She was interested to see what the turn out would be. It was a good chance to meet other players and get to know them. One thing she like about these types of games were the friends that could be made. Everybody was so different. You never knew who you were going to meet. She was excited to see who answered his message and met up with him. Quickening her pace, she hoped to get there faster. Caelynn began to run as her pink hair moved along with her movements. Sometimes a few strands would get stuck around her arm before she shook herself free of its wrath. "Why did I pick a character with such long pink hair? Oh right, I liked the way it looked. Well atleast it's pretty." She smiled and giggled to herself. If she had to pick one thing she liked about her character it would be her hair. Although she liked having pointed ears too. They were so unique twitching to the sounds she heard trying to move in the coming direction.

Getting closer, Caelynn could smell the burning of fire. A camp fire. It made her think of the times she went camping with her friends. She would admit that camping wasn't her most favorite thing to do in the world. The bugs were oh so annoying. If you didn't have bug spray then you were a twenty- four seven buffet to all the mosquitoes and whatever else desired to take the blood from the human skin. Problems like that didn't exist in a game like this. There were no bugs to eat you alive. Well that wasn't entirely accurate. As seen before the game could throw anything at you to test your abilities and skills. Up until now she seemed to be doing good in outsmarting the game and surviving. In times of danger and distress, you had to really think about your options and movements. You had to consider all that could go wrong and right. It was like a game of poker and playing your cards right. Of course nobody ever knew the type of deck they would receive. It was based on pure luck. If you had it, you had it. That's all there was to it.

Approaching the meeting place, everything came into view. The lighted fire with King Galadion sitting by it. Looking around she saw all the Yladia folk gathered in one place together. They all looked different. She hadn't truly seen so many players gathered in one place before. Well the scene hadn't occurred in this game yet. She was still going through her firsts for everything that was happening. A couple of questions arose up in her mind. Why the heck were there so many mushrooms? This definitely wasn't like all the movies where the elves lived in beautiful magical forests. This place needed a lot of work put into it. Plenty of love and care. Good thing there were so many of her kind here. If the King attempted to rebuild the kingdom by herself, she would downright call him insane. There was no way it was a one person job. He had the right idea by sending out a message to all that would read and accept it. Sometimes it took a community to come together to get a task done. Looking up, she saw an ice wall. "King Galadion, I know you want protection but isn't the ice wall a bit much? I mean its kind of out of place. Why would you even put up a giant wall in the first place?" Caelynn spoke as she finally made her entrance for all to see her.

Looking around at all the new faces, the pinkette nodded as she looked around. Making her way over to the king, she stood on the other side of the fire and took a seat down on the ground. She didn't really care if her outfit acquired a little bit of dirt. Eventually she would earn enough currency to get herself some new clothes. For now it was temporary and would have to do for now. "So how's it going?"

  7. The darkness was slowly beginning to creep up on all of them and the small fire that had been created illuminated a larger area as the sun continued its descent. While Galadion sat there staring into the flames it seemed as if he had lost himself to his own thoughts, first of all was how exactly where they going to start taking back the Yladian country side. It wasn't as if they could just use this make shift camp as a staging area for their exploration, it was entirely to exposed that needed a true stronghold of some kind, something with defensible walls that weren't made from ice.

During his travels he had heard stories about some abandoned forts in the region but the only one that was even remotely close to their current position was up in the mountains. It possessed natural fortifications from the mountain range that it resided in, it also had tall and strong walls but all of that was working against them right now, not to mention who knows how many demons stood between them and the fort. It would be a fools errand to try and reach that fort with what he had right now but at the same time if he didn't do something and a demon showed up here it would slaughter them all like it was child's play.

Reaching down he reached into the left sleeve of his robe and pulled out a rolled up piece of paper, unrolling the paper it turned out that it was a rather detailed map of the Yladian region. Sitting there he stared at the map for a few moments, while they might not be able to retake the fort it seemed like there was a town that had been abandoned in the passed that was rather close to their current location. It might not have the fortifications that he would have liked it would still serve as a more defensible staging area than a small campground in an open field. Rolling the map back up he replaced it back into his sleeve as he nodded his head and made up his mind, tomorrow they would go forth and start taking Yladia back by starting with that village.

It was at this point that he heard a familiar voice ring out in the silence calling out to him and brought a small smile to his face as he lifted his head and seen Caelynn slowly walking towards him. Her comment about his ice wall fortification had caused him to chuckle slightly as he nodded his head "Your right, it is out of place but it was really the best that I could do right now, its better than nothing that's for sure". Turning his head away from his friend he looked at the ice wall fortification and frowned ever so slightly, what if she was right, what if it stood out to much and would only serve to draw more attention to their small band of adventurers, but that was a risk that he was just going to have to take.

Turning his head back to Caelynn he smiled again "Have you seen @Camus Varic, @Lorelei Varic, @Gwelundir? Do you know if they are coming as well?", he sat there and looked at the female across the flames from him and waited for an answer from her.

  8. Thanks to the rays of light cast by the makeshift campfire. Could it even be classed as makeshift? From the surrounding viel of night a figure seemed to approach with a noise similar to that of chewing. Approaching them was the ivory haired youth known as Gwelundir that the King @Galadion was looking for. In his hand was a bag of strawberries, as he scooped one out, approaching the group, he took a bite of the strawberry, before throwing the end of it to the flame.

"Man, I leave you for like - I forget how long, but that's not the point. But the point is that you'll be eating rats and whatnot." He said, licking along his lips. Despite it being a game, the strawberry's still had that sweet taste that was going to make him an addict, and if that was it was, then he didn't care. Probably one of the better addictions.. Unless he got a Death Affliction that gave him Fragariaphobia - the fear of strawberries. That thought alone had his spine shivering. That just wouldn't do at all.

He had looked to the members sitting around, a strange rag-tag bunch for sure. Obviously this thought dwelling within the head of someone wandering around eating strawberries that he plucked from a garden somewhere. Wasn't that technically thieving? Not that he would admit to it. His eyes cast upon the rosen haired female. She was still alive, now that was a surprise for sure. He had thought she would have died by now, considering the reckless stunt she pulled when they fought the mutated dire wolf. Now that was a thrilling contest. A tale he enjoyed telling Galadion once he joined up with him in that one abandoned town.

But those were times past. For now he was following the King so that he could build a new city, a new empire. It seemed his goal was bringing people in, it seemed that people wanted to join this expedition. Perhaps they all wanted to, but lacked the drive to do it themselves? Perhaps they were waiting for someone like Galadion to step forward, and make his claim. Not that it bothered Gwelundir, the more the merrier. Numbers were crucial for this type of world.

"So what's so special about starting the capital here?" He had asked, his body moving, and sitting down upon a spare log, another strawberry was pulled out, and eaten, the green pluck was thrown at the flame once again as he awaited the kings words. It seemed to him though, that the love-com duo hadn't appeared yet, and were perhaps frolicking in a bush or abandoned town somewhere. Thank the admins, he thought. He could enjoy the peace while they weren't around.

  9. It had been some time since she had left the others. It hadn't been for any reason other than that she felt the need to build herself up some, before trying to take on the offer that Galadion had given them all. That and she needed some time to think things over. The King's assassin...Not some hired hand, but a member of his personal royal guard...Was it something she truly would be cut out for? She didn't really doubt her abilities, to be honest. The fact of the matter was she knew she had the skill. It was the idea of actually pledging that sort of loyalty to someone; the idea of serving someone in such a manner. Galadion claimed to be King of their race; to be working towards rebuilding their nation into something glorious and worthwhile. She had to admit that the idea sparked something within her, but could she truly trust someone she had known for so little a length of time?

These thoughts spanned through the entirety of the small group she had found herself with back then. All of them had been Yladian. All of them had been given the same offer from the self-proclaimed King of Yladia; only for different positions. She still didn't know, really, how to think of all of them. Caelynn, the seemingly softhearted one, though not exactly always calm or gentle. Gwelundir the youngest, though definitely brave. Camus the flamboyant and arrogant one. She'd known him the longest and yet still knew so little of him. The self-proclaimed King, himself, she knew even less about. Were these truly people that she felt she could honestly spend her days fighting beside and helping to protect both a King and country? Was this truly a path that she believed she could take?

For whatever reason, despite her questioning thoughts, she felt a connection with these people, be it because of their shared race or the things they had been through together, already, it didn't matter. She wasn't normally one for creating bonds, but in this circumstance, it had simply seemed to just happen. For whatever reasoning the normally cold-hearted Yladian had learned to care what happened to this small group, at the least, and because of this, she knew the answer to her questions was 'yes'. She also felt a sense of responsibility and duty towards her chosen race, itself. It was because of this that she knew she would be willing to follow Galadion into the pits of hell, itself, if that was what it took to see his dream come to fruition. This was why she was currently journeying to reach the place his message had called their people to.

Lorelei's current route had her springing over mushrooms and through treetops to make her way towards her King~Her King; who would have ever thought.. She had learned early on that moving through the areas she could of Terrasphere's lands, in this manner, was one of the more secure routes, if she didn't want to be fighting something basically every other step she took. It also gave her a good view of surrounding areas, which helped her to make sure she wasn't snuck up on. Her eyes peered out from behind long, choppy bangs of a dark almost midnight-hued bluish black, as she came to a halt on the branch her feet currently rested on. She scanned the area, slowly, her normally mossy-tone hues glowing a soft yellow in the darkness that had begun to surround her, as they came to rest on a glow of firelight just off in the distance. There. Just to the North. That was her destination.

A small smile actually lit her usually straight face as she began to move again, springing from the tree to a nearby mushroom and back up into the branches of the next closest tree. Even if she wouldn't admit it to any of those she had been thinking of, for various reasons, she was actually looking forward to seeing them all. There were different aspects of each of their personalities that she did enjoy, as well as the fact that she knew, already, that they held their own well and with their little group in battle. She only questioned things, because she knew how easily bonds could break and things could go wrong. Trust wasn't something she gave easily, and though each one was well on their way, she couldn't say any were actually there, yet. That remained to be seen.

As she neared the area that she had seen the flickering glow of the fire, the dark-haired Yladian let herself drop from her above-ground path, her feet silent as they landed against the turf below her. The breeze coming off of the ice wall she had seen was definitely a refreshing feeling. She didn't spend much time pondering over the beauty of the landscape, though. Her mind had finally stopped reeling, and at this point, she could sense a dark presence near. The feeling only lasted for a split moment, but she was certain it had been there. Narrowing her eyes, as she moved towards the area she had seen the fire, she slipped into the shadows, only to make her way to where she could hear Galadion speaking. She gave no loud or boisterous introductions, in fact, she spoke to no one else, as she stepped out from the shadows to stand near the self-proclaimed King. “You Summoned, My Liege? Is there something wrong?” Her cold, yet lyrical, voice whispered from beside him, as she thought of the presence she had only moments ago felt in the air.

  10. The Island of Misfit Toys, oh they were an interesting bunch to say the least. A question that had yet to go answered, why because he wasn't the type to follow. He preferred to have people praise him, he used people. Though the prospect of this little group of theirs was worth something to him. They kept running into each other, some of the members were like thorns in his side-- yet he couldn't help but become lost in thought. "Why do I have to be surrounded by them?!" His voice raising as he gave the final thrust down of his sword to take care of the thing he was currently before.

He had a strange habit of talking to himself, it wasn't like people really mattered or anything. The beasties of this place was better than the players that he had come across. Of course, these were his own personal thoughts. Two of which had actually thought to want to kill the first beastie he had become-- was the word attached the right word here. They were all thorns in his side, every single one of the misfit toys. Even, the King was a thorn-- though than again he was someone that could make for an interesting story sooner or later in his journey. He was crouched still upon the creature that he had just made work of.

"Who do they think they are? Honestly, to think I would want to work with them time and time again. To rebuild the kingdom-- what a joke!" He was just speaking useless words at that point to a dead corpse. He let out a almost mad chuckling sound to himself. Yes he had gotten the message, yes he had made his way there-- but it didn't mean anything. "I didn't agree to this!" He gave a growl as he went to finally yank the sword out of the mound of fur that he was currently still on top of. "Then again I guess they need me. I am the most important person in the team! I will go and humour them with my presence. Who knows it might not be that bad either."

He looked at the thing and frown "what were you even again? Doesn't matter, you're dead now and I'll bring you with me as a present." He cleaned the thing as best as he could and took the meat and some of the hide into his inventory for later use. He had progressed a lot already in the game. He didn't just have some stick-- though he would from time to time use said stick still. It was fun to poke things with. On top of that he had his sword and his whip. "Good talk, glad we had it" he spoke to the remains of the thing and wiped off his sword before sheathing it once more. He would than stand to his full height and look out at the faint smoke in the distance.

Crimson eyes would roll "well time to join the party" he spoke once more. He would set off towards the smoke, it was in the same location as the location-- so it didn't take a genius to realize that was the destination. He could see the light as well as the faint shine of ice. He leaped upon a mushroom and over the wall. He was beaming as he met the ragtag campground they had set up. "You got to be kidding me, this is it. Well anyways I came baring gifts for you." He would walk straight up to the 'King' and gave a rather showy bow to him.

It seemed that he was the last to arrive. "Seems like the teams all here. The best came last, as to be expected" he gave a soft chuckle as he opened his inventory again and brought out the meat of the dire boar he had been fighting as well as some of the hide. "Figured might as well make the best of the latest kill, seems like we would be needing it." So maybe it wasn't his vocation, but he would do what he wanted. A person had to be prepared for anything, seeing as from the time of their last encounter he had gone off on his own. "I don't have a beastie of the week though" what he did with the things he wanted-- well that was a mystery. "So Lollie, Cruellie, Lun Lun, and Gladdie Poo I'm home. Now where's my welcome!"

He looked around at the rest of the campground. "Oh and whoever the rest of the people here are." This would be the rising Yladian Kingdom. It didn't look like much, and it was probably a wild shot for this to work-- but it would be fun along the way. So what if some people might die along the way. No Kingdom could be created without blood to pave the way, that was a given factor that could be found in anything. Though the question would be, would he actually miss any of them? They were only entertainment, that was all.

  11. Sitting there Galadion looked over at the pink haired female when he heard a familiar voice upon the air which caused a smile to spread across his face as he turned his head and looked at its owner. It was Gwelundir, the young Yladian male that he had met when the boy first dove into this world which was a good thing for the younger male because he had been dropped right into the territory of a hungry wolf pack led by a dire wolf. Had he not been there at the time of the young mans arrival he would surely had died right after entering into this virtual world, something that would have been rather unfortunate.

As he sat there he noticed that the young man still seemed to have his weird obsession with strawberries, something that he still found entirely odd but far be it from him to deny someone their creature comforts. He chuckle and shook his head as he listened to the boy smiling "Well then maybe you shouldn't leave again, I don't fancy the idea of eating vermin even your cooking is better than rat" he chuckled as he joked with the young male. He was about to reply to the young mans question about building their capital here when suddenly he heard a voice coming from the shadows behind him which caused him to tilt his head back and look at the female who now stood behind him and chuckled slightly as he nodded.

It was Lorelei, the female assassin that he had met when she accompanied Gwelundir to a place that the two had agreed upon to meet each other, she had built her character up to play the build of an assassin, a role that she took very seriously and very rarely seemed to break character. It was rather interesting to meet another individual who spent their entire time in this game wholly in the character that they had chosen to play as the way he did, most of the people he had met had thought he was either insane and many even mistook his for a NPC completely.

And of course the last to arrive, the one that he liked the least out of all of these individuals was Camus, the pompous and arrogant ass that he was he served a purpose and was actually pretty skilled despite the fact his personality made him a completely repulsive individual. Although he didn't need him to be liked, he needed him here to either kill or tame the creatures of this savage land, a task that he should easily be able to handle. It also helped that he came bearing food which made Galadion want to kill him less than usual but the urge still remained somewhat. Shaking his head he looked passed them all and noticed someone atop of the ice wall with his back to them peering out into the darkness, a bow in their hand....it was Tavion the ranger than he had met upon his travels. It appeared that he had decided to take up a watch up upon the wall given how many people had easily penetrated their camps defenses.

It seemed that the ones he wanted here the most had all answered his summons and so he turned his head back tow Gwelundir to once again address the question he had asked earlier "There is a town about half a days walk from here it had been abandoned long ago when the Yladian people first started to flee from Yladia. Tomorrow at first light I intend for us to make our way there and we take that town back. It won't be the new kingdoms capital but we will use it as a staging grounds to start taking back the country side"

  12. Looking around at the gathering of Yladias gathered, the size had grew upon her team mates making their appearances. Caelynn wasn't one to believe in fate but this was different. The feeling surrounding them was like this was meant to happen. Were they all destined to meet each other in a game and stick together? If so then that process was already happening before their eyes. As a group, they made up interesting and unique individuals. There was the King who thought of himself as Royalty. He must of had a good aura around him otherwise all these strangers wouldn't of showed up like they did. For the short time she knew Galadion, she did trust him. Caelynn didn't think he would lead them down a path of dangerous circumstances. If anything bad were to happen, he would probably step up and protect the entire group. That's how a king should be. Atleast she grew up thinking that all Kings were like that. Unless they were evil which she believed Galadion was not.

This would be the first big group project Caelynn would find herself participating in. Also it was a chance to meet new people and make more friends. It was also more bonding time for the party that was being formed by her and the four others. Training and becoming strong was an important factor but so were the friendships that were built. You had to trust and depend on each other. She knew well that there would be difficult tasks that couldn't be done alone. Anyone to go on a quest without allies was going on a suicide mission. In Caelynn's mind that just wasn't worth it. Hearing the voices of the other players showing up made her roll her eyes. The most annoying one there was Camus. He'd given her some stupid nickname like the rest of the players. She wondered if it was too much work to actually call a person by the name they called themselves. She sighed and adjusted her position in front of the fire and shook her head. She figured that she would come up with a nickname for Camus just to intentionally piss him off.

"So it seems we all received the message and headed over here. I guess when asked where our loyalties lye, the answer should be very clear." As she spoke, her eyes automatically looked up towards the king. If she didn't know any better she would of thought there was already a small village of people here. But alas this wasn't where they were going to stay. The King spoke and mentioned they would be journeying to a town to take back. It almost sounded like they would be going off to war. It had the essence that all the medieval movies did. There would be a big get together with food and wine while stories of the greatest heroic moments were being told. The at the first sign of light, they would all go off as a group and take what rightfully belonged to them. That's a bit dramatic even for her. They weren't even going to do anything bad. They were going to build up a kingdom which required alot of work. Besides this was a game after all. Yes you can die but you can delete the account and make a new character. Or if your character died, just deal with the death affliction and then pay it off. Simple as that. No need to get all crazy now,

"King Galadion besides traveling to the town to take it over, what else do you have planned. I'm sure I speak for most of us when I say I'm excited to be apart of this adventure." Caelynn's main hope was getting along with everyone. There were the players she already knew which was a work in progress. But these new players, she hadn't met along with the others. Each personality was different. They all had different views and opinions on things. Hopefully there were no fights or friendly fire. Friendly fire being the term she used if one was to attack them with out any reason behind it.

  13. The sounds of eating, and chewing were a constant as the ivorian haired Yladian shovelled Strawberries into his mouth, before throwing the green ends into the burning flames. The male listened in on the words being spoke, and the conversation. His hand lifted, pointing to the pink haired Yladian. "I still wish we made you Dire Wolf food." He commented, turning his attention to the bag he held.

Reaching a hand into it once again, it seemed that in his lust for eating the fruit, he had finished them completely, and decided to throw the paper bag at the flame, watching it burn. His mouth was covered in the strawberries colouring yet hadn't been aware of that face. He pushed himself to his feet stretching himself out, before returning a gaze to Galadion. "So are we making a move now? Or do we wait until sun rise?" He had asked.

While he didn't care much for the option they went with he just knew that sitting around here and waiting may have invited something to attack them, even if they had the mysterious Tavion at the Ice Wall watching for anything that might come to attack. He sat himself down, knowing that no doubt they were going to camp out until the light had risen, it would have been easier to move during the day, and not waddling around carefully at night.

Gwelundir let a yawn escape his lips as he looked upwards at the clear sky and moon. It was rare to see a sight like it. But that was odd. Ever since he came here, everything amazed him, and each little sight he saw was a wonder to look at, and a memory that he would keep with him as he travelled through the world. He just hoped that he could continue watching the sights as he travelled.

  14. Lorelei stood at her chosen position, just behind Galadion and to his left. Her eyes scanned the gathering of people, taking in the details of each face she did not recognize. Of course, there would be others here. She couldn't expect the man to have limited his chance to rebuild this nation to just himself and the four of them that had somewhat traveled her together. Her expression remained calm as she looked each one of them over. Sure, she trusted Galadion. The self-proclaimed Yladian King had given her no reason to not, just as each other member of the ragtag-seeming group of his king's guard were well on their way to such, despite how she might feel about each of them at times. These new faces, though, she wasn't so sure of, and she wasn't going to simply sit and ignore what might happen. It wasn't in her nature.

As she thought of the others, her eyes lit against each one of them. Caelynn and Gwelundir were already in their chosen positions, with Gwelundir speaking of how he wished they had fed the young girl to the Dire Wolf they had faced together. Camus was just coming in and it seemed that he had come bearing gifts. She had to give him credit, also, for the fact that he was still him. Sure, it was great that he had brought meat. Food was always good, especially when one might not know when their next meal was coming or from where but did he always have to be so loud and utterly obnoxious in his manners? Her eyes rolled, slightly, as she turned them from them all, and she continued to scan the gathered people. It seemed some things would never change.

Hearing Galadion speaking, she turned her mossy-toned hues to him, their brownish-green depths glowing almost ominously in the light of the fire they all stood or sat around. She remained silent, listening to the words of the others as they spoke to their Chosen King. Yes, Chosen. It had been their choice to follow him; herself included. She said nothing of Caelynn's inquiry as to what else might be planned. It was common for the girl to get ahead of herself, but it was also Galadion's business rather or not to answer. At Gwelundir's words, she raised a brow. Galadion had quite obviously stated 'at first light,' but knowing the younger Yladian, she could assume he was just eager and so she said nothing.

“My Liege, aside from the normal beasts, what possible dangers or barriers are we looking at facing along the way?” Her cold, lyrical voice finally cut through the shadows thrown by the fire as her mossy-toned hues looked up at her chosen Lord and King. They each had their questions; they each had their reasons for asking them. For herself, it was simply that. She wasn't one to allow herself to be caught unprepared or off guard easily. She had come a long way since her first days in this world, and she intended to continue to progress. Their King and Their People were reliant on each of them providing the guidance, protection, and help that they were expected to.

Her head turned from the silver-haired Yladian to whom they had all pledged their fealty, as she awaited his answer. Her hues scanning the area around them and beyond the glow of the fire. Her ears twitched as she grew silent once more, observing the nightly shadows that encased their campgrounds. She had that uneasy feeling that they were being watched, but she wouldn't let it shake her. It was rare anything did. Whatever awaited them, they would handle in due order. There was no turning back, now. This was it; the gathering of the few and the start of new adventures. She, for one, could not wait to see what was around the next corner.

  15. No one was grateful for him being here, they should be happy to be basking within his presence. Yet, not a single word in welcome to him and he had brought them presents. He didn't even get a thank you. Why was he working with this group again? They were useful to him and although he might look like some 'puppet' to others, he would be the one to get what he wanted in the end. He hadn't forgotten any of the encounters that he had faced with any of them-- although he might claim to have 'forgotten' such things ever happened.

The event that he would have loved to have erased was how he had met 'Gladdie Poo'. Though he was happy to have his front row seat to this creation mission of his. He could care less rather he failed or succeeded-- though if he got the kingdom built, that meant more power. His mind was a truly interesting and somewhat dark place. He thought of himself above everyone else, he could care less about the other. He would sooner see them all die by some beastie. It wasn't like he was known for being a team player or anything.

The idiotic nature of this group knew no bounds, so he had come to expect things like that-- especially from 'Cruellie'. So there was a town about a half a days walk from there. If it was abandoned it meant it actually wasn't truly abandoned-- the beasties would have taken over it for sure. Caelynn was an idiot for her comment about where all of their loyalties lied. It might be clear for the other three within this camp, but he wasn't so easy to read. It was better not to be so transparent about everything about one's self. It only got in the way.

He didn't comment about that at all, let them think what they would of him. Now for once he did agree with 'Lun Lun' however. He smiled and moved to half slam the pile of meat that he had brought in front of Gwelundir after the young male had just let out a yawn. "When one says at first light it means sunrise. Honestly, being young isn't a reason to be ignorant to what the man you chose to follow says. Though it isn't like I don't agree with you for once upon who we should have made puppy food. Even if she is oh so excited to begin this quest ahead of us."

His crimson eyes would flicker to watch Lorelei as she spoke, he walked away from Gwelundir at that and closer to her. "As for your question, don't you think I'm better to ask that of. If I recall I'm the one with the knowledge behind the beastiest not him" his right index finger had gone to jerk at Galadion at that point. It wasn't like he was stupid, he could figure out why he was asked to be part of this little project. No one else in this ragtag group had taken beast taming as a mastery. That was why he knew he could get away with what he wished, well of course within reason (for now).

"I'll tell you this about your plans of going to this abandon city" he was talking to only Galadion at this point. "Abandon by people is one thing, but it is never abandon of beasts. Nature in general will overtake when there are not people around to tame and hold it back. I say we just throw the bait in and see if the creatures attack her" he jerked his finger at Caelynn this time. When he did know all of the people in his parties names , he just preferred to not call them by their actual names because it was more fun to watch them react-- so far Gwelundir seemed the most apathetic to the names.

He had turned to look upon the ice wall, there he saw yet another familiar face. Tavion. "What we need to be watched and protected now?" It was a mutter and not truly directed at anyone this time. He was excited for what was to come, because anything could actually happen upon this journey they had been set on the course of. Blood would surely be spilled and he looked forwarded to being the one to do such.
