@Sean Poteitoku
Thanks to Sean, Kepler was now free to unleash all of her considerable evils upon the world. Dusting (sanding?) herself off, Kepler put her hands on her hips and grinned wickedly at the red-haired swordsman.
"Oyoooo~~~? Hm~~? Really~? Well, I suppose I could~ you did free me from my prison after all, but revealing state secrets to anyone to beyond Witch Ops could be construed as high treason okay~~~~?"
Kepler winked. She was acting awfully smug, clearly Kepler was having her fun. Taking her share of delectables from Rias, the young artificer thanked the girl earnestly.
"Whoop~! This is perfect Rias, thank you~! I'm like, super happy to you could make it too, we would've been totally lost without you during the trial, okay~?"
Waving, Kepler ushered Sean away from the party and over behind the frog bar. With a dapper bow, the Frogtender made room for the two as he twirled his pencil thin mustache.
"Okay~!"
Kepler leaned in close and handed Sean a green crystal as she whispered.
"It's actually super easy... just use a wind crystal in reverse polarity like this----it'll pull in the air. Then, you just pull the crystal out with these tongs, close it up, and pressurize it. That jumbles the ingredients to more or less get what you're going for."
Leaning back, Kepler nodded.
"There's also the 'real' way of using baking soda and vinegar, but that's both expensive and impractical in our current setting. Yup, I don't think it's economically feasible yet. What you're holding, Ingredient X, if you will, while rare, is completely reusable. So it's like an investment or something, okay~? You can hang onto that, I can already mass produce this recipe. Yup, just keep it secret, okay~? Kepler's little present to commemorate us passing the trial~"
With that, Kepler walked around the counter to the customer side and hopped onto a stool. Kepler had placed the treats that Rias had given her on the bar counter as she did so.
"----Everything else is just basic cooking. Which means you'll have to figure out the ratios yourself. Use what our mutual ranger comrade gave us and make me something to drink, okay~? I'll be your taste tester, so borrow some of the bar's sugar and fixings until you get it right. Chop~Chop~Muhuhuhu~"
Pushing her and Sean's shares of Rias' frozen watermelon across the bar counter, Kepler handed Sean a large Seltzer Bottle from her inventory. With that done, Kepler rested her chin on the steeple of her hands and watched her apprentice with a cat-like smile.
"Mind the pressure okay~? If you overdo things, it'll explode."
