    If you need moderation, please make a post in this thread. Below are some examples of things you can make a request for:
    • Posting on the wrong account
    • Mastery was updated incorrectly
    • Problems with currency
    • Shop purchase error
    • Your request for another service is taking longer than 7 days

    Request: I'd like to cash in the reward for my birthday Gacha in March (a bit belated, sorry). The reward was a Swimsuit Costume for one of my characters, and I'd like to use it on Vina using this outfit.

    P.S. I did contact a mod in private for the custom tailoring but they said that it'd be easier to just use Mod Request.

    I accidentally sent 400 GP instead of 400 MP when updating mastery. I have sent the correct currency, but need the GP back. Thank you.
