Please… Take care… Of me? Iván was a little concerned at that request. The chrono-illusionist has died far too many times to be considered capable of taking care of someone else. He wasn’t even sure he’d live through this endeavor. If it hadn’t been for @Portia Ahrens dragging him out there, he wouldn’t have come. He would’ve stayed in the safety and warmth of his Curry House, far from any danger, especially far from death, things that could kill him. “S-Sure… I’ll try my best… To keep you safe.” It was, most definitely, an odd promise to make, but Iván felt like there was nothing else he could say. Sure, he could’ve just ignored that request, but that would’ve been odder, right? Also, this guy, @Yukisa , was more or less friends with Portia, judging by the way she said hello. Iván didn’t want to risk getting punched in the face yet again. “Oh, uhh, I’m Iván Carl,” he smiled, extending his hand. “It’s a pleasure meeting you, Yukisa.” He turned towards the direction of the village and considered just walking towards it, like what Yukisa had suggested. But then he realized that could take time, and truth be told, Iván didn’t want to take more time than was necessary. He wanted to finish everything as soon as he could, not just for his own sake, so he could return to the Curry House and rest, but also for the villagers who need to get those houses built as soon as possible. “I know this might be an odd question, but can you run? Maybe we’ll save more time running to the village. I mean, I do have Aeromancy.” Yukisa did look like he was built for running. Maybe he at least had Acrobatics or something.
